Abstract

Masa pandemi covid-19 ini menuntut masyarakat banyak melakukan adaptasi baru dikehidupan sehari-hari, dalam hal ini kebijakan pemerintah untuk mencegah penyebaran virus ini telah banyak dikeluarkan sehingga berdampak pada standar pelayanan publik yang diterapkan oleh penyelenggara layanan salah satunya yaitu PT Pelni. Peningkatan standar pelayanan publik ini membuat perusahaan harus bekerja ekstra dan memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi konsumennya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan di era pandemi terhadap kepuasan penumpang di terminal PT. Pelni Cabang Bima. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian yaitu deskriptif kualitatif serta jenis data yang diperoleh adalah data primer dan data sekunder dari PT. Pelni Cabang Bima. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan dalam era pandemi ini, PT. Pelni cabang bima telah melakukan peningkatan kualitas dalam pelayanan serta menjalankan prosedur protokol kesehatan dengan ketat namun tetap memprioritaskan tingkat kepuasan penumpang sebagai aspek yang sangat penting bagi keberlangsungan eksitensi perusahaan sehingga penumpang merasa puas atas layanan yang di berikan.

Abstract

Kegiatan bongkar muat adalah jenis usaha jasa di pelabuhan yang sangat vital bagi kelancaran distribusi barang. Maka itu membutuhkan pertanggungjawaban dalam pengangkutan laut mengenai bongkar muat barang. Hal ini sangat penting serta berhubungan erat dengan hak dan kewajiban pihak terkait. Namun seiring timbulnya klaim-klaim pemilik barang berupa kerusakan barang, penting diperhatikan proses pengangkutan untuk dapat menentukan pihak mana yang benar-benar bertanggung jawab terhadap tuntutan ganti rugi atas kerusakan barang. Agar fasilitas pelabuhan memadai dan kelancaran kegiatan bongkar muat di pelabuhan utama Makassar terutama pada Terminal Sukarno-Hatta, maka fokus pada penelitian ini tentang implementasi pengawasan otoritas pelabuhan dalam kegiatan bongkar muat di pelabuhan utama Makassar. Metode yang di gunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dalam prosedur pengawasan bongkar muat di kantor otoritas pelabuhan utama makassar sudah sesuai dengan peraturan menteri perhubungan Republik Indonesia Nomor 36 Tahun 2012 tentang organisasi dan tata kerja kantor otoritas pelabuhan. Namun masih terdapat beberapa hambatan atau kendala dalam kegiatan bongkar muat di pelabuhan utama makassar maka perlunya perhatian khusus agar kegiatan bongkar muat di pelabuhan utama Makassar dapat berjalan lebih lancar.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the objectives of 1) to determine the effect of labor on production in the industrial sector in Sidenreng Rappang Regency; 2) to determine the effect of private investment on production in the industrial sector in Sidenreng Rappang Regency; 3) to determine the effect of government investment on production in the industrial sector in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research was carried out in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, starting from November 2021 to January 2022. Data collection was carried out at the Regional Financial Management Agency Office, the Sidenreng Rappang Regency Trade Office, the internet, and various agencies refining research data. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely data on the number of workers, private investment, and government investment. As well as data on the amount of production in the industrial sector within ten years (2012 - 2021) is analyzed and processed by the multiple linear regression method, using the SPSS version 22 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) labor has a positive and significant influence on production in the industrial sector; (2) private investment has a positive and significant impact on production in the industrial sector; (3) government investment has a positive and significant impact on production in the industrial sector. This shows that production activities in the industrial sector in Sidenreng Rappang Regency rely on labor, private investment, and government investment to continue to increase production capacity.

Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between financial performance variables, financial distress, and firm value. The object of this research is property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The choice of research location is based on the consideration that company value needs to be increased by streamlining financial performance, company value and financial distress. Meanwhile, the time required by the author in this study was two months, from June 2021 to August 2021. In this study, the population is 40 property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The data analysis method used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis to analyze data and path analysis to determine the effect of intervening variables. Path analysis is an extension of multiple linear regression analysis which is useful for estimating the causal relationship between variables that have been previously determined based on theory using SPSS. The results of the analysis state that simultaneously and partially financial performance variables and financial distress have a significant direct effect on the value of property companies listed on the IDX. The direct effect of the financial performance variable on firm value is greater than that on firm value through financial distress as an intervening variable, and the t-count value of the sobel test < from the t-table for each variable, so financial distress is not proven as an intervening variable. Indirectly, the financial performance variable has no significant effect on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX through financial distress as an intervening variable

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of competence, emotional intelligence, work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Angkasa Pura IV Makassar and to analyze the variables that have the most influence on the performance of employees of PT. Angkasa Pura IV Makassar. This study chose the object of research to employees of PT. Angkasa Pura IV Makassar and data collection was carried out with primary data and secondary data with sampling methods using the slovin technique, namely 68 respondents from a population of 211 employees. The results of research on competency variables, emotional intelligence and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competency variables partially have a negative but insignificant effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence variables partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance while work environment variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Angkasa Pura IV Makassar. Data processing using multiple regression with spss version 26. This writer suggests that employees of PT. Angkasa Pura IV Makassar. further improve the Kempetensi variable and emotional intelligence to improve employee performance. and for other researchers to continue this research so that the limitations in this study can be refined
