Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of audio cassette learning media towards English listening skills at fifth grade elementary school students. This research uses a quantitative approach. This study used the Quasi-Experimental Design with the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The study population was the entire fifth grade of elementary school students, with the fifth-grade sample divided into two groups, namely the experimental class and the control class. The sampling technique was done randomly. In the data collection technique, the researcher used tests. Data analysis technique was done using T-test. The results showed that the post-test results for the experimental class was 76.67 and the control class was 61.61 and a value of 4.0. This means that there is a significant difference between the post-test results of the experimental class using audio cassette learning media and the control class using the conventional teaching method. So that, it can be concluded that there is an effect of audio cassette learning media towards English listening skills at the fifth grade students of SDN Kuta Baru 1 Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Student Facilitator and Explaining Learning Model on English speaking skills. This study uses a quantitative approach and the type of research used is a quasi-experimental research. The population of this study was the fourth-grade students of MI Darul Ulum, totaling 54 students, while the sampling technique was carried out with a saturated sample, namely the entire population was sampled. Based on the results of research and data analysis of students who were taught by applying the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model, it affected the speaking skills of the fourth-grade students of MI Darul Ulum. This can be proven with a significant level = 0.05. From this value, it is obtained that tcount > ttable is 3.492 > 0.013, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. So, it can be concluded that through the application of the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model students can improve speaking skills in the fourth grade of MI Darul Ulum

Abstract

The development of social media makes performance faster, precise, accurate so as to increase the resulting productivity. The social media that are often used at this time are WhatsApp, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media. One of the current users of social media is students, because by using social media students can easily communicate near and long distances without having to meet or face to face. Social media for students is important not only as a place to get information but also can improve critical thinking, and can develop skills and creativity in terms of work.This study aims to determine the use of social media for learning media. This study uses a data analysis method that focuses on library research or library research, namely through reading, studying, and examining books and written sources that are closely related to the research problem. Utilization of social media in learning media can further improve the quality of learning if it is used as much as possible. But that does not mean that social media has a negative impact when its use is not controlled and the information is not filtered, errors can occur in the learning process.

Abstract

Morality is very important for human life. In the modern era like today, there have been various advances in all aspects of human life, but some of these advances have not been accompanied by progress in human morality. So it is known that most educational figures, especially two figures who offer ideas about moral education such as Al-Ghazali and Emile Durkheim. There are 3 foundations put forward by Durkheim to become a moral human being, namely discipline, group attachment, and autonomy. Everyone must have these three factors to become a moral individual. Moral education is a way of teaching someone to behave well so that they become good people and are accepted in social life. Through society, moral education can be grown in a person, especially in the growth and development of a child. Morality plays the most important role, because morality in all its forms can only exist in society. In addition, morality is not born from individuals but from society and is a symptom of society. The existence of moral discipline not only supports moral life itself, but has a wider impact. This moral discipline also plays an important role in the formation of character and personality in general

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai Pancasila pada anak-anak Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (TKI) di SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Makassar. Anak TKI adalah mereka yang orang tuanya bekerja di luar negeri untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarganya. Tumbuh di negara asing membuat mereka berisiko tidak mengetahui identitas nasional mereka sendiri. Selain itu, mereka terpapar nilai-nilai budaya asing yang dapat memicu karakter liar dan absurd. Internalisasi pendidikan karakter Pancasila diharapkan dapat meminimalisir atau mencegah tindakan-tindakan yang tidak sejalan dengan ideologi bangsa Indonesia. Pendidikan pancasila diharapkan tidak hanya menghasilkan generasi muda yang cerdas tetapi juga berkarakter. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik purposeful sampling dengan 11 informan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan anak TKI yang berasal dari Malaysia untuk melanjutkan pendidikan di SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Makassar, Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pendidikan karakter anak TKI di Sabah Malaysia membentuk nilai-nilai karakter Pancasila; 2) pemahaman anak TKI terhadap makna Pancasila diwujudkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari; dan 3) nilai-nilai Pancasila ditanamkan kepada anak-anak TKI sejak dini dan dipelihara serta diajarkan oleh orang tua dan guru di sekolah.

Abstract

In the Indonesian economy, UMKM is the business group with the largest number and proved to be able to withstand various types of economic crises. The number of UMKMs increases from year to year. The new development of the UMKM can only be seen from the number side. In general, especially in the financial aspect, only a few UMKMs have experienced development in terms of their financial performance. This is not apart from the unconsciousness of UMKM’s perpetrators about the importance of corporate finance management. Financial management becomes one of the important aspects of the company’s progress. Financial management can be done through accounting. Accounting is a systematic process for generating financial information that can be used for decision-making for its users. Method of implementation: 1. Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak dari lingkungan kelas yang inklusif, kebijakan dukungan akademik, dan keterlibatan organisasi kemahasiswaan terhadap keterlibatan akademik di kalangan mahasiswa di Jakarta. Melalui analisis kuantitatif yang melibatkan 170 partisipan, data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan survei untuk menilai persepsi siswa tentang inklusivitas, kesadaran akan kebijakan dukungan akademik, keterlibatan dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan, dan tingkat keterlibatan akademik. Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural (SEM) mengungkapkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara lingkungan kelas yang inklusif, kebijakan dukungan akademik, keterlibatan organisasi mahasiswa, dan keterlibatan akademik. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya membina lingkungan belajar yang inklusif, menyediakan layanan dukungan akademik yang kuat, dan mempromosikan keterlibatan ekstrakurikuler untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan keberhasilan mahasiswa di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi.
