Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work experience on the performance of education personnel at the University of Prima Indonesia. This research is a survey research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were education staff at Prima Indonesia University, totaling 104 education staff at Prima Indonesia University. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results of the research by testing the hypothesis show that work experience with a t count value of 2,067 with a t table of 1,98397, obtained t arithmetic > t table (2,067 > 1,98397) partially significant effect on the performance of education personnel

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tuition fees and facilities on student decisions to choose to study at the Faculty of Agro Technology, Prima Indonesia University partially or simultaneously. The research was conducted on students of the Faculty of Agro Technology UNPRI. The population in the study were students of the Faculty of Agro Technology UNPRI. The data collection method in this study is a questionnaire or questionnaire. The sampling technique used is the Random Sampling technique. Determining the number of samples in this study used the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% so that a total sample of 121 students was obtained from a total population of 173 students from the Faculty of Agro Technology UNPRI. Test prerequisite analysis using validity, and reliability tests. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, multiple correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination using SPSS version 20.0. The results of research originating from data processing show a positive relationship between the variables of education costs and facilities on the decision to choose students of the Faculty of Agro Technology UNPRI. Partially, the effect of education costs and facilities on the performance of UNPRI permanent lecturers is 0.129 each; and 0.144. Simultaneously, the variable costs of education and facilities have a significant influence on the decision to choose students from the Faculty of Agro Technology, UNPRI, which is 0.273. From the results of the analysis, it was found that part of the influence of competence, training, and motivation on the performance of UNPRI permanent lecturers was 12.9% and 14.4%, respectively. Simultaneously the effect of competence, training, and motivation on the performance of UNPRI permanent lecturers is 27.30% and the rest is influenced by other variables not proposed in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of career development, training and motivation on employee performance at PT. Lamtoro Blang Mane Medan. The population of this study consisted of 187 individuals, while the sample included 57 employees who work in outsourcing. The procedure used in this research is a quantitative approach. This research uses a type of survey by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data testing was carried out using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that partially, career development has no effect on employees at PT. Lamtoro Blang Mane Medan. But in some cases training has a significant impact on employee performance. Besides that, partially, motivation has a significant impact on employee performance. Simultaneously, career development, training, and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at PT.Lamtoro Blang Mane Medan.

Abstract

PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) company engaged in information and communication technology. PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (Telkom) which is equipped with a package (3-1) three services in one package or Tripel play with communication and data service facilities provided such as landline (voice), internet (Internet on Fiber or High Speed Internet), and interactive television services (Usee TV Cable, IP TV). This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and brand image on purchasing decisions with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable (Case Study on Indihome Company Customers (PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Pematang Siantar Branch). this research is non-probability, namely convenience sampling with the population, namely all customers of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Pematang Siantar Branch and the sample used was 96 respondents. The data collection technique used is primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data obtained through documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses quantitative data processed with the SPSS version 29 program, namely the t test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results obtained in this study show, 1) there is a significant effect of promotion and brand image on customer satisfaction, 2) there is a significant effect of promotion and brand image on purchasing decisions, 3) Customer satisfaction variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, 4) Customer satisfaction variables are not able to mediate between promotion and brand image on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Laporan keuangan dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam rangka menilai kinerja perusahaan melalui efisiensi dari aktivitas dalam menghasilkan keuntungan. Apabila suatu informasi disajikan dengan benar, informasi tersebut sangat berguna bagi perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan dan untuk mengetahui kinerja perusahaan. Untuk mengukur seberapa besar keberhasilan perusahaan dalam memperoleh tingkat pengembalian atas laba maka perlu dilakukan analisis keuangan, Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam penelitiannya, dimana data berasal dari pengolahan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan di BEI yang tersedia di www.idnfinancial.com, dengan menggunakan 44 sampel laporan keuangan perusahaan Peraih The Indonesia Most Trusted Compeny-CGPI Periode 2018-2021. Current ratio terhadap kinerja keuangan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Thitung 7,112 > Ttabel 2,023. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa current ratio secara parsial positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Debt to equity ratio terhadap kinerja keuangan 0,901 > 0,05 dan nilai Thitung 0,126 < Ttabel 2,023. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa debt to equity ratio secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Quick ratio terhadap kinerja keuangan 0,673 > 0,05 dan nilai Thitung -0, 425 < Ttabel 2,023. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa quick ratio secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Inventory turnover terhadap kinerja keuangan 0,791 > 0,05 dan nilai Thitung 0,266 < Ttabel 2,023. Nilai Fhitung 12,906 > dari Ftabel 2.61 Maka Terdapat pengaruh antara variabel independen dan dependen pada penelitian Kata Kunci : Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Quick Ratio, Inventory turnover Dan Kinerja Keuangan

Abstract

The research aims to find the relationship between the influence of competence, training, supervision on employee performance simultaneously and how to influence competence, training and work supervision on employee performance partially. The research method with this research approach used is a quantitative approach. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The data collection technique in this research was carried out by: Interviews (interviews). The partial test results show that competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Toyota Astra Motor. The partial test results show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Toyota Astra Motor. The partial test results show that supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Toyota Astra Motor. Simultaneous test results show that competency, training and supervision have a positive and significant effect on performance at PT. Toyota Astra Motor. The adjusted R2 coefficient of determination from training and communication explains the employee performance variable of 93.7% and the remaining 6.3% is explained by other independent variables not examined.
