Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh sistem pengukuran kinerja strategik terhadap kinerja manajer. Penelitian ini juga menginvestigasi peran pembelajaran organisasi sebagai mediator pada pengaruh sistem pengukuran kinerja strategik terhadap kinerja manajer. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 75 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei yang dilakukan dengan pengumpulan kuesioner pada manajer dan kepala departemen hotel berbintang 3, 4, dan 5 di Kota Makassar. Sebelum dilakukan analisis, terlebih dahulu dilakukan pengujian kualitas data, yaitu dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, serta uji asumsi klasik. Analisis penelitian ini berfokus pada path analysis dan uji sobel untuk menguji pengaruh variabel mediasi antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sistem pengukuran kinerja strategik memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja hotel. Sistem pengukuran kinerja strategik juga berpengaruh positif terhadap pembelajaran organisasi, yang secara tidak langsung juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja manajer. Secara singkat, sistem pengukuran kinerja strategik sepenuhnya memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja manajer dengan bantuan pembelajaran organisasi sebagai mediatornya.

Abstract

AbstrakPerumda Pasar Juara is a company that offers traditional market services. According to survey, there are several problem phenomena that occur in the company where employees are currently considered not to be able to perform well at work so that they cannot complete all of the tasks assigned to them. This is due to poor employee discipline, which precludes employees from executing multiple tasks assigned to them on time. Moreover, compensation is thought to influence employee performance so when pay is calculated to be standard, making employees lazy to work and eager to find jobs with higher pay. As a research  collect data. A Likert scale is employed in the data collection technique. Kata kunci: Work Discipline, Compensation, Work Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the effect of health protocol-based services Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy for consumer satisfaction GrabCar transportation service during the covid-19 pandemic.This reseacrh uses associative method. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to the sample. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were students at the Atma Jaya Makassar University in the category of having used GrabCar based on health protocols or GrabCar Protect at least once. Data collection techniques using non-probability methods, the purposive sampling technique. The results of this study F test, show that the health protocol-based service variables consisting of Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy have a simultaneous effect on consumer satisfaction using GrabCar transportation services by Atma Jaya University Makassar students.

Abstract

Traditional food is food that has been consumed since the previous generation, is regional in nature, and has been adapted to the tastes of the local community. The goal of this study is to determine the impact of distinct capabilities and entrepreneurial orientation on competitive advantage in traditional Bandung food SMEs. The independent variables in this study are distinct capabilities and entrepreneurial orientation, and the dependent variable is competitive advantage. The research method used is quantitative. In this study, 32 SMEs representative of Bandung traditional food were sampled using the saturated sample technique. The researchers used multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the SPSS data processing application version 26. Abstract

Social media is an internet platform where it is possible for individuals to share directly and communicate continuously with their community. The use of social media has become part of the experience of growing up for teenagers to seek entertainment and the latest information. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the effect of using Instagram social media on millennial purchasing decisions at Gokana Ramen Restaurant & Teppan Mall Ratu Indah Makassar. The data collection technique was carried out with a quantitative approach with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis method in this study used descriptive data analysis, simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the use of Instagram social media has a significant and positive effect on millennial purchasing decisions at Gokana Ramen Restaurant & Teppan Mall Ratu Indah Makassar.
