Abstract

Irrigation efficiency is defined as the ratio between the amount of water supplied less water loss and the amount of water supplied. Water losses that occur during water supply are caused mainly by seepage in the wet section of the channel, evaporation (generally relatively) small and operational losses. This study aims to determine how much the flowrate, and efficiency of the secondary channel Blang Bintang in the channel and the amount of water loss due to evaporation and seepage. Based on the analysis that has been done, obtained the amount of secondary flow flow Blang Bintang on the channel section that is to flow upstream at the channel of 1.58 m3 / sec and downstream of the channel at 1.29 m3 / sec. The maximum evaporation value found in August is 3.23 mm / day. The seepage value (S) of the Blang Bintang secondary channel on the channel section is the same for each month which is 0.01 m3 / sec / km. The value of the water debit lost in the secondary channel is 0.29 m3 / sec with a percentage of water loss of 18.63%. Is 81.37%. Means that the channel is less efficient in delivering water, the allowable efficiency in the secondary channel is 90%.

Abstract

The rapid development of the Construction Industry is certainly followed by various impacts. These impacts include waste came from the construction industry. Construction contribute to one third of the world's total waste. This research was conducted to identify the materials that most often cause waste in construction work. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to construction companies, by looking at the characteristics and types of materials that were most frequently wasted. The results showed that the characteristics of construction companies are M1 subqualification (intermediate 1) with working experience more than 10 years. The material that most often wastefully  is cement with a value of 16%.

Abstract

Building of State Elementary Islamic School 8 in Banda Aceh City is planned to be constructed for 2-story building with round columns, aiming to get a safe calculation of the structure of round columns and to get a comparison of the estimated costs between round columns and square columns. The scope of this research is to calculate the building structure using the SAP 2000 application. The research process begins with data collection in the form of structural data, building plan drawings, and Budget Plan.  The calculation of the spherical column structure in the equation, the floor deviation limit is 12.411 mm < 87.5 mm. Based on the estimated cost between the round column and the square column, the cost is Rp. 180.340.013.34 (One Hundred Eighty Million Three Hundred Forty Thousand Thirteen Rupiah) for round column. Rp. 222.512.998.00 (Two Hundred Twenty Two Million Five Hundred Twelve Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Rupiah) for square column.Keywords: Round Column, Square Column, Column Steel, Column Comparison, Cost.Gedung MIN 8 Kota Banda Aceh direncanakan 2 lantai dengan kolom berbentuk bulat, bertujuan untuk mendapatkan perhitungan struktur kolom bulat yang aman dan mendapatkan perbandingan estimasi biaya antara kolom bulat dengan kolom persegi. Ruang lingkup penelitian ini adalah menghitung struktur bangunan dengan menggunakan aplikasi SAP 2000. Proses penelitian diawali dengan pengumpulan data berupa data struktur, gambar bestek gedung, dan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB). Perhitungan struktur kolom bulat pada persamaannya batasan simpangan lantai adalah 12,411 mm < 87,5 mm. Berdasarkan estimasi biaya antara kolom bulat dengan kolom persegi maka didapat biaya Rp. 180.340.013.34 (Seratus Delapan Puluh Juta Tiga Ratus Empat Puluh Ribu Tiga Belas Rupiah) untuk kolom bulat. Rp. 222.512.998.00 (Dua Ratus Dua Puluh Dua Juta Lima Ratus Dua Belas Ribu Sembilan Ratus Sembilan Puluh Delapan Rupiah) untuk kolom persegi.Kata Kunci: Kolom Bulat, Kolom Persegi, Pembesian Kolom, Perbandingan Kolom, Biaya.
