Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the existence of modern markets on the marketing performance of traditional markets from the perspective of traders and consumers in Wonogiri Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using interviews. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling (purposive sampling) with data analysis, organizing data into categories, describing it into units, synthesizing, compiling into patterns, choosing what is important and what will be studied, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the presence of modern markets in Wonogiri Regency has positive and negative impacts where traditional market traders do experience a decrease in profits and market share due to segmentation, but traders also feel that with the changing times and regional development it is necessary to adapt and renewal of business systems so as to minimize competition and increase partnerships and competitiveness in the industry. The Government of Wonogiri Regency should be aware of this condition and take a policy in structuring the operating system of the traditional market and modern market, so that it can run more dynamically and side by side without having to have a price war that has a negative impact on the market ecosystem or price stability.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the last few decades has impacted the business world. Information technology is one of the best examples of that rapid development. Large companies aware of the importance of information technology seek to increase its use to increase competitiveness in the market. In contrast to the conditions in the SME sector, it has not significantly comprehensively adopted information technology to increase competitiveness in the industry. This study uses a qualitative method. The respondents of this study were MSMEs who were randomly selected using snowball sampling by previous informants from various sectors regardless of the size of their business. Informants from the MSMEs are business owners with different educational backgrounds and experiences. We will only look at the status of MSMEs in deciding whether or not they are ready to use information technology to increase competitiveness in the industry. We found that four main factors become the basic considerations for SMEs in Surakarta to use or not to use information technology to increase competitiveness in the industry

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi yang komprehensif tentang peningkatan pendapatan melalui digital entrepreneurship (e-commerce) serta pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan akun dan lapak di e-commerce, penentuan produk dan harga, promosi, pengemasan, dan pendistribusian produk melalui jasa ekspedisi. Metode dalam program ini adalah IbM (Iptek untuk Masyarakat), yang dilakukan melalui pendidikan dan pengarahan secara komunikasi dua arah (duplex), dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan keterampilan dan pendampingan e-commerce untuk simulasi implementasi bisnis digital. Hasil program peningkatan keterampilan kewirausahaan melalui e-commerce sebagai media startup bisnis dilakukan secara bertahap: (1) metode IbM yaitu pelatihan pendaftaran dan pengelolaan profil e-commerce; (2) Mengelola akun e-commerce secara berkala sampai terjadi penjualan; (3) Menjual dan membuat laporan bisnis online yang telah dijalankan. Kegiatan pendampingan untuk membuat business plan dapat mendorong Anak PAKYM di Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah secara mandiri dan inovatif mengembangkan ide, tujuan, strategi dan mengimplementasikan bisnis digital yang akan berjalan efektif.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of leadership style and employee loyalty on employee performance, where leadership style and employee loyalty are the independent variables, and employee performance is the dependent variable. The population of this study was 53 employees of the Wonogiri Regency DISPORA. Data collection uses populative research methods (Census). The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that leadership style and employee loyalty simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

A sustainable business strategy is inevitable for 21st-century businesses. Consumers expect MSMEs to adopt sustainable strategies but realizing one's needs is the only impetus for any consumer. Thus, there is a gap between business sustainability practices and consumer expectations. This research identifies strategic sustainable business strategies to be integrated into business practices. This type of research uses exploratory qualitative methods. The type of data is primary data which is a direct answer from the informant. The data collection technique uses an interview method. The sampling design used non-probability sampling (snowball). The analysis technique is through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding because it can explain, assess, and visualize superior MSME empowerment modeling. The results of this study indicate that four strategies can be applied by MSMEs, including New vs. returning visitors, Bounce rate, Abandonment rate, and cost per conversion. The results of this study can contribute to the development of a technology-based sustainable business strategy which is expected to become the primary role model in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs. Keywords:business strategy, competitiveness, capability, digital, sustainability

Abstract

The potential success of a business depends on its organizational performance, meaning its ability to implement strategies effectively to achieve institutional goals. This study aims to describe a number of studies regarding organizational performance through effective leadership styles to achieve job satisfaction. The research method uses a literature review system with the stages of data analysis compare, contrast, and criticize. The research results show that leaders play an integral role in both organizational success and employee performance. Leadership requires special skills and abilities that are useful in complex leadership situations. Social competence and emotional intelligence must exist in every organization, so that even if there is conflict or upheaval within the organization, employees can still be motivated to work at full capacity because they feel satisfaction at work. Organizations that are oriented towards improving organizational performance must be able to fulfill employee job satisfaction, which in turn helps stimulate better employee performance and improve organizational performance.

Abstract

Objective: Consumers expect MSMEs to adopt sustainable strategies but realizing there is a gap between business sustainability practices and consumer expectations. This research aims to identifies sustainable business strategies to be integrated into business practices. Research Design & Methods: This research uses exploratory qualitative methods. The data collection technique uses an interview method. The sampling design used non-probability sampling (snowball). The analysis technique is through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding because it can explain, assess, and visualize superior MSMEs empowerment modeling. Findings: The results of this study indicate the technology-based sustainable business strategy must be the primary role model to increasing the MSMEs competitiveness. A successful sustainable business strategy has four core dimensions: innovation, collaboration, communication, and commitment. Digital businesses can be used as a medium to achieve their vision of sustainable practices in competitive advantage, brand loyalty, risk mitigation, and cost reduction. Researchers prove that the sustainability can lead to an increase in the market value of MSMEs. Implications & Recommendations: MSMEs who proactively make the core of business strategy sustainability will encourage innovation and generate enthusiasm and loyalty from employees, customers, suppliers, communities, and investors. Implementation of integrated digital business strategy should include guidelines for understanding consumer behavior, accessing market data more easily, and using social media as a form of continuous communication that shows the proximity of MSMEs to customers. Contribution & Value Added: Empirical research to measure the relationship between proposed sustainable business practices and consumer expectations holds excellent opportunities for future research.

Abstract

ABSTRAK UMKM di Sragen semakin banyak dari sektor agribisnis,fashion dan kuliner sehingga persaingan antara penjual atau produsen sangat ketat. Para produsen harus memiliki ilmu manajemen dalam mengelola bisnisnya seperti manajemen pemasaran, manajemen SDM,manajemen oprasional dan manajemen keuangan, semua harus saling berkesinambungan dan dengan manajemen yang baik akan membuat bisnis semakin lebih kuat dan semakin ter koordinasi secara profesional . Di desa Karangmalang Sragen sudah memiliki UMKM yang paling banyak di bdang Fashion dan di pasarkan di area Sragen dan sekitarnya. Akan tetapi UMKM tersebut memiliki masalah dengan legalitas produk yang belum terdaftar secara sah dan berbadan hukum serta masalah label pada kemasan yang kurang menarik, segmen pasar yang masih sempit, masalah keuangandan pengembangan produk. Maka dari itu kami ingin membantu menyelasaikan masalah- masalah tersebut agar produk ini dapat berkembang dan berkemajuan. Selain itu, pengelolaan sumber daya yang ada akan kita maksimalkan agar dapat mendongkrak penjualan dan menambah pendapatan UMKM yang berada di desa Karangmaang Sragen tersebut. Abstract

Background: Vaginal discharge is also known as vaginal discharge. Vaginal discharge is a physiological condition, but because this fluid can make the genital area moist, so often the genital area becomes a good habitat for the growth of various organisms such as bacteria or fungi to thrive. Efforts can be made to make young women more concerned about genital health by providing insight, continuous motivation on the importance of maintaining genital health and direct practice on ways to maintain genital health. Betel leaf contains kavikol can be used as an antiseptic that can kill fungi and germs. Betel leaf boiled water is easy to make, inexpensive, easy to obtain, low risk because it is an herbal medicine, and has been used since our ancestors. Objective: This PKM aims to provide knowledge, personal hygiene practices and train betel leaf stew for young women who live in the Aisyiyah Orphanage, Wirun Mojolaban Sukoharjo Village. Methods: To provide personal hygiene knowledge, it was carried out by providing personal hygiene education counseling using the lecture method for training in the skills of making betel leaf boiled water. Results: Based on the evaluation during community service activities, several positive results were obtained, such as: 1) PKM participants totaled 30 people 2). Participants gave positive feedback. 3) Participants are able to independently make a solution from boiled green betel water to be used to maintain genetic health. The conclusion of this activity is that health education with lectures, discussions and training methods is effective to increase knowledge about how to maintain genital health.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out on Monday 5 April 2021. The implementation of service on increasing beef cattle sales with E-commerce involved one partner, namely the IZZAH SEJAHTERA MULTIFARM livestock farmer group, a beef cattle farm located in Ringinwok RT03/RW01, Jagoan Village, District Sambi, Boyolali Regency, Central Java with a population of 19 beef cattle. This beef cattle business is managed by a manager, Mr. Sulistyo, ST who is also the owner of the livestock business and two employees. The activities carried out include, Introduction and socialization about sales using the Facebook social media marketplace, Conducting training on how to make sales using the Facebook social media marketplace. Participants in community service activities were very enthusiastic about participating in the activity from beginning to end, even though in this activity they used e-meeting because the situation and conditions were still in the Covid-19 pandemic. Participants in the training on creating a Facebook marketplace account are very interested because so far partners are still using conventional marketing Keywords: Pelatihan; Pendampingan; Pemasaran.
