Abstract

ABSTRAK Diet adalah bentuk pengaturan pola makan serta minum yang dilakukan guna menurunkan bobot badan ataupun dalam rangka melindungi kesehatan. Perbedaan diantara gambaran ideal serta persepsi atas diri sendiri berdampak pada body image yang buruk. Apabila individu mengalami ketidakpercayaan diri melihat keadaan badannya alhasil ia akan menjalankan diet guna memperoleh bentuk badan yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari tahu hubungan antara body image dengan perilaku diet pada mahasiswi Fakultas Kedokteran dan Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Warmadewa tahun angkatan 2020. Penelitian mempergunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan total sampel 68 orang. Kumpulan data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square dan didapatkan hasil yaitu mahasiswa yang memiliki perilaku diet tidak sehat sebanyak 25 orang (36.8%) memiliki body image yang kurang dan 2 orang (2.9%) mempunyai body image yang cukup dan sisanya mempunyai tindakan diet yang ekstrim dan sehat dengan body image yang kurang. Hasil pengujian pearson chi-square antara hubungan antara body image dengan perilaku diet memperoleh p value sebesar 0,030. Nilai tersebut kurang dari nilai kritis 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan, body image mempunyai korelasi pada tindakan diet yang dijalani mahasiswi. Kata kunci: Body Image, Perilaku Diet, Mahasiswi, Fakultas Kedokteran dan Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Warmadewa ABSTRACT Diet is a form of regulation of eating and drinking patterns that are carried out to reduce body weight or in order to protect health. The difference between the ideal image and the perception of oneself has an impact on a bad body image. If the individual experiences self-confidence to see the state of his body as a result he will go on a diet to get the desired body shape. This study aims to find out the relationship between body image and dietary behavior in students of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Warmadewa University in the year 2020. The study used a cross sectional approach and the total sample was 68 people. The data set will be analyzed using the chi-square test. The results were that 25 students (36.8%) had poor body image and 2 (2.9%) had sufficient body image and the rest had extreme and healthy diets with lacking body image. The results of the Pearson chi-square test between the relationship between body image and dietary behavior in students at FKIK Warmadewa University in the year 2020 obtained a p value of 0.030. This value is less than the critical value of 0.05 so that it can be concluded that body image has a correlation with the diet actions taken by female students. Abstract

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the government issued a social policy. Social restriction policy has forced the medical faculties around the world to change their conventional learning system into an online learning system. An online learning system may cause some problems due to limited network and a change in the assessment system. This can have an impact on the mental health of students. The purpose of this study was to determine the stress level of students from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Warmadewa University during online learning in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic. The research was carried out in December 2021, where the learning system at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Warmadewa University was still largely carried out online learning. A descriptive method with a cross sectional design was used, with a total of 110 subjects. Data were collected using the Medical Student Stressor Questionnaire. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and presented as a frequency distribution table.The results showed that most of the students experienced moderate stress (46.4%). Based on age, the highest stress level was found in students aged 21 years old (57,6%). Based on gender, most of the stress levels obtained were higher in female students (52,5%). Based on the class, the highest stress level was found in 2018 class students (57,1%). This research shows that most of the students of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Warmadewa University experienced moderate stress in the brave learning system during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially at the age of 21, female, and class 2018.

Abstract

Violence in the form of bullying is still rife even at the university level today. Students who are victims of bullying will have an impact on mental health to cause disruption of sleep patterns. This study was conducted to determine the correlation between bullying and sleep disorders in first semester students of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Warmadewa University. This research is an analytical study with a cross-sectional design. Implementation in November – December 2021 with a simple random sampling method. The data analysis used was univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis. The final result of multivariate analysis showed p value < 0.05 (0.005) with an OR value of 3.5 which means there is a relationship between the incidence of bullying and sleep disorders and students who experience bullying have a 3.5 times greater chance of experiencing sleep disturbances than university students. who did not experience bullying after controlling for the gender variable. Students are expected to be able to participate in preventing bullying in the high school area and further researchers are expected to add other factors that influence the relationship between bullying and sleep disorders.

Abstract

In society there are norms that regulate the way children behave according to the stage of growth and development. However, if the child engages in behavior that is not in accordance with the expectations of the community, then the child is considered to have emotional and behavioral problems. Emotional and behavioral problems that occur have an impact on the increase in cases of delinquency and criminality of children. This is inseparable from the parenting pattern given by the parents to their children. This study aims to find out the relationship between parenting patterns and emotional and behavioral problems in grade 4, 5, and 6 children at SD Negeri 2 Semarapura Tengah Klungkung Regency, Bali. The research design used in this study is an analytical method with a cross sectional approach, as well as analyzed using the Contingency Coefficient. Simple random sampling with a sample count of 47 people. The results of the study obtained a p value is < 0,01 in parenting patterns with emotional and behavioral problems, thus having a significant relationship. In conclusion, there is a relationship between parenting patterns and emotional and behavioral problems in 4th, 5th, and 6th graders.
