Abstract

Soft skills are very important in addition to academic knowledge. Soft skills are also non-technical abilities such as being able to think critically and time management. In the world of work, companies are not only looking for prospective employe with good hard skills but also for the soft skills they have. This is very important to be socialized and give knowledge to students in high school because they are the future successors of the nation who will enter the world of lectures and work, to improve their quality. One thing that can be done is the Community Service Training (PKM) activity entitled 'Improving the Quality of Human Resources Through Soft skill Training' where the participants of this activity consist of students from SMA Dharma Pancasila Medan. The methods given are briefing, presentation, discussion, case study, and final evaluation. This activity aims to provide understanding and mastery of soft skills to improve the quality of human resources. The result of this activity concluded that this activity was very helpful for participants in increasing their understanding and awareness of improving soft skills.

Abstract

Menjadi seorang wirausahawan adalah hal yang mudah saat ini, memiliki keinginan yang kuat, dan mau mencari referensi, itulah yang dibutuhkan agar ide dapat terwujud. Abon Ayam merupakan salah satu produk olahan daging yang sudah dikenal dan disukai oleh semua kalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Namun tidak semua orang bisa membuatnya dengan mudah dan rasanya cocok untuk lidah banyak orang. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah sebagai salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan minat berwirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa, sehingga nantinya mampu mandiri. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dengan sebelumnya memberikan penjelasan kepada mahasiswa Ilmu Manajemen Sekolah Tinggi Sukma tentang bahan-bahan yang dibutuhkan dalam pembuatan suwiran ayam, cara mengolah bahan-bahan untuk membuat suwiran ayam dan cara mengemas suwiran ayam agar terlihat estetis dan awet. Sehingga nantinya mereka bisa berlatih secara mandiri dengan membuat abon dengan bahan baku varian lainnya

Abstract

Salah satu sektor yang menjadi tumpuan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan daerah akibat kunjungan wisatawan ke suatu objek wisata adalah sektor pariwisata yang sangat erat kaitannya dengan perkembangan objek wisata di suatu daerah. Selain amenitas, daya tarik, dan aksesibilitas yang mendukung daya tarik wisata tersebut, kualitas daya tarik wisata juga dapat ditentukan oleh keadaan objek wisata itu sendiri. Evaluasi tempat wisata yang ada saat ini oleh pengunjung dapat menjadi model untuk penciptaan tempat wisata baru. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana minat wisatawan mengunjungi Eden Park 100 dipengaruhi oleh atraksi, aksesibilitas, dan amenitas. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, 30 pengunjung tempat wisata diberikan kuesioner sebagai bagian dari proyek penelitian. Dengan nilai Sig F Change sebesar 0,003 < 0,005 didapatkan hasil bahwa variabel atraksi, aksesibilitas, dan amenitas berpengaruh terhadap minat wisatawan untuk mengunjungi objek wisata Eden Park 100 dalam waktu yang bersamaan.

Abstract

The middle class restaurant is Ayam Penyet Cindelaras Kualanamu, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. Loyal customers of Kualanamu's Ayam Penyet Cindelaras in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra, have made it a special place in their hearts. However, the benefits presented by this restaurant are not ideal. Customers continued to voice their dissatisfaction with the various services, as well as the cleanliness, portion sizes, tidiness, and empathy of the employees at the restaurant. This can obviously affect the purchase choice. At Ayam Penyet Cindelaras Kualanamu, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra, the purpose of this study was to find out how consumer purchasing decisions are influenced by service quality and menu variety. Explanatory research is the term for this type of research. The population of this study consisted of 100 respondents who were customers of Ayam Penyet Cindelaras Kualanamu, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. In this study, accidental and purposeful non-probability sampling was used as the sampling method. Cross tabulation, correlation test, determination, and linear regression are the analytical techniques used.

Abstract

This Community Service will be carried out in 2022 at Keloria UMKM, with the theme "Empowerment of Keloria UMKM Employees Through Database Creation Training Using Microsoft Access". Considering that the development of technology is so fast, knowledge of databases and how to operate it is only natural for Keloria MSMEs to know about it and be able to make it because Keloria MSMEs have grown rapidly, their sales have penetrated abroad. This activity aims, in addition to the interests of lecturers with the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, but also to equip employees with knowledge and techniques for building databases. The software used is Microsoft Access 2007. The benefit that can be taken after this activity is carried out is that apart from the need for lecturers to get functional positions, Keloria UMKM employees can of course build databases related to their work. This activity is only limited to knowledge about databases and how/steps/techniques for making them. For application design as a bridge for input, process and output data, it is necessary to carry out further services in the future.
