Abstract

Sensitizing communities against street children is lacking. Though the community of street children is a component that has the same right to get all the attention and guidance. This training aims to appreciate batik to street children as a form of devotion to the community. Batik training is done with a social approach that begins with the observation that the place has a lot of street children. Alternative non-formal education suitable to be developed on street children as batik and control emotions is one of the nations preservation of culture. Results are achieved such products handkerchief, Splash batik, batik shoes, shirts / batik shirt, batik cloth, batik brands.

Abstract

AbstrakBahasa Indonesia akan senantiasa berkembang sesuai dengan perkembangan penuturnya. Bahasa Indonesia juga banyak menggunakan kosakata dari luar yang dianggap lebih mewakili konsep, gagasan, atau ide tertentu. Bahasa yang  menjadi sumber serapan bagi bahasa Indonesia adalah bahasa Melayu, bahasa daerah lain di Indonesia, atau bahasa asing. Sebagai bahasa daerah dengan penutur yang cukup banyak, bahasa Sunda mempunyai kemantapan, baik dalam korpus (tata bahasa, kamus) maupun dalam pemakaiannya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) kosakata bahasa Sunda yang berpeluang masuk ke dalam bahasa Indonesia, dan (2) karakteristik kosakata tersebut dilihat dari segi makna, kategori, dan bentuk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode deskriptif. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa kosakata bahasa Sunda banyak yang berpeluang menjadi kosakata bahasa Indonesia, terutama kosakata yang memiliki konsep, gagasan, atau ide yang tidak ada dalam bahasa Indonesia, baik menyangkut istilah kekerabatan, berkaitan dengan fisik manusia, nama tumbuhan dan bagiannya, aktivitas badan dan aktivitas sehari-hari, aktivitas terkait benda, rasa sakit, sifat manusia, alam dan keadaan, nama penyakit maupun konsep lainnya yang tidak ada dalam bahas Indonesia. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan banyaknya kosakata Sunda yang masuk ke dalam wacana dan menjadi interferensi leksikal (atau harus dimiringkan) dalam media massa berbahasa Indonesia. Selain itu, kosakata yang berkaitan dengan budaya Sunda, seperti nama kesenian, alat musik, tradisi, dan sastra Sunda berpeluang juga menjadi kosakata bahasa Indonesia atau setidaknya menyumbang Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia cetakan selanjutnya.  Kata kunci: Bahasa Indonesia, KBBI, kosakata, bahasa Sunda AbstractIndonesian will continue to evolve as its speakers grow. Indonesian uses plenty of vocabulary from the outside which is considered to better represent particular concepts or ideas. The languages that have been the sources for borrowing are Malay, regional languages in Indonesia, or foreign languages. As a local language with a significant number of speakers, Sundanese is established, both in the corpus (grammar, dictionaries) as well as in its use. This paper aims to describe (1) Sundanese vocabulary is likely to enter into Indonesian, and (2) the characteristics of such Sundanese vocabulary is likely to enter into Indonesian in its meaning, category and form. The method used in this research is descriptive. A large number of Sundanese words are likely to be the vocabulary of Indonesian, especially those concerning a concept, or an idea that does not exist in Indonesian, e.g. kin terms, human physical nature, names of plants and parts, the activity of the body and everyday activities, activities related to objects, pain, human nature, the nature and circumstances, and names of diseases. This is evidenced in the number of Sundanese vocabulary in Indonesian passages and lexical interferences in Indonesian mass media. Moreover, the vocabulary related to Sundanese culture, such as names of arts, musical instruments, traditions and literary are likely to also be the Indonesian vocabulary and contribute to the next edition of the Great Dictionary of the Indonesian Language.Keywords: vocabulary, Sundanese, Indonesian, Indonesian dictionary

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to examine the influence of self-concept and family social support partially or simultaneously toward career maturity of the students. This research uses quantitative technique using associative method. Population of this research is 65 student on an educational study program at X University year 2013. Technique of sampling uses saturation sampling which uses all the participants of this research as samples. In addition, technique of collecting data are by documentation and questionnaire. Moreover, analysis data use multiple linier regression analysis and technique analysis data apply SPSS software version 22.0 for windows. The results of this study are (1) there is a positive and significant influence of self-concept toward career maturity. It is proved from the result of t-test which shows significance value = 0.000 which was smaller than 0,05 (0,000 <0,05). (2) There is a positive and significant influence of family social support toward career maturity. It can be seen from the result of t-test which shows significance value = 0.002 which was smaller than 0.05 (0.002 <0.05). (3) There is influence of self-concept and family social support to career maturity as pointed out by the value of sig F = 0.000 which was smaller than 0,05 (0,000 <0,05).Keywords: Self Concept, Family Social Support, Career MaturityABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji ada tidaknya pengaruh konsep diri dan dukungan sosial keluarga secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kematangan karir mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa angkatan 2013 pada suatu program studi kependidikan di Universitas X yang berjumlah 65 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh dengan menjadikan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan software SPSS versi 22.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan konsep diri terhadap kematangan karir. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari hasil uji t yang menunjukkan sig < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Kedua, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dukungan sosial keluarga terhadap kematangan karir. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari hasil uji t yang sig < 0,05 (0,002 < 0,05). Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh konsep diri dan dukungan sosial keluarga terhadap kematangan karir. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari hasil uji F yang diperoleh hasil sig F < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05).Kata Kunci: Konsep Diri, Dukungan Sosial Keluarga, Kematangan Karir

Abstract

This research focus on students ability in writing narrative text using puzzle on X grade student of SMA Yapis Manokwari in academic year 2016/2017 with present two research problem, there are (1) how the students ability in writing naration text of student on X grade SMA Yapis Manokwaribefore using puzzle, (2) how the students ability in writing narative text on X grade of SMA Yapis Manokwari after using puzzle. This research using quantitative methode and using tecnik data text analysis (student work sheet) and data nontest (observation, interview, and documentation). The result of this research can conclude that student ability in writing narative text at precyle with the avarage scor 43,56 with percentage 41,67%, its occur changed cyed I with the avarage scor 69,30 with the percentage 66,67% and increase in the II cyle with the avarage scor 77,91 with the percentage 91,67%.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze how implementation PAILKEM in SDN Kauman 1. The four aspects studied were: (1) How is implementation PAILKEM learning in SDN Kauman 1 Malang, subdistrict Klojen, (1) What is the enabler and barrier, (3) What school efforts/strategies to handle it and (4) What is the impact. This research used a qualitative research method. The results showed PAILKEM implementation in SDN Kauman 01 schools have been begun in 2007. PAILKEM implementation in SDN Kauman 01 has strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Then the enabler factors in the implementation of PAILKEM in SDN Kauman 01, among others (1) educators and education, (2) infrastructure, (3) BOS funds and parents fund participation and (4) school management strategies. Strategies to overcome barriers are (1) increase the professionalism of teachers, (2) Conducting additional lesson activities. Finally, the impact generated is increasing student achievement.Keywords: Implementation, Learning, PAILKEM Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pelaksanaan PAILKEM di SDN Kauman 1. Kondisi pelaksanaan PAILKEM di SID Kauman 01 memiliki kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman. Kemudian Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan PAILKEM di SDN Kauman 01, antara lain (1) tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan,(2) sarana dan prasarana , (3) dana BOS dan dana partisipasi wali murid, (4) Strategi manajemen sekolah. Strategi untuk mengatasi hambatan  adalah (1) meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, (2) Mengadakan kegiatan pelajaran tambahan. Terakhir, dampak ditimbulkan adalah prestasi siswa semakin meningkat.Kata kunci: Implementasi, Pembelajaran, PAILKEM

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of Edmodo as a media study review of the learning outcomes; Knowing the learning independence relationship with learning outcomes and Knowing the influence of hybrid learning on learning independence and learning outcomes. This is experimental method with  Non-Equivalent  Control  Group Design,  consists of four groups of treatment with varied hybrid learning proportions,  each  50% (meaning  50%  learning hybrid learning and  50%  face to face), 60% (meaning  60%  of hybrid learning and  40%  face to face),  and  70% (meaning  70%  hybrid learning and  30%  face-to-face),  and one  group of others is a  conventional group (only face to face),  this group as a  control group. Data Collection with questionnaires for learning independence and knowledge tests to determine learning achievement. The  results  showed: (1)  the  use  of  Edmodo  was  effective  in  enhancing  the  results  of  a  larger  experimental  class  learning  compared  to  the  control  class  so  that  learning  became  Optimal, (2) a  significant  relationship  of learning independence learning  with  learning  outcomes,  significance  0.000, (3)  there  is  a  difference  of  influence  of  significant  variation  of  hybrid  learning  to learning independence and  learning  outcomes,  with  significance  0,037

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of learning by improving student learning outcomes and competence in grading women’s fashion patterns using the CAD Pattern System learning media. The design of this study is Classroom Action Research. This research was conducted in two cycles, in each cycle consisting of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were students of grade XI Fashion 1 State Vocational School 5 Malang totaling 34 students. Data collection by tests, and performance tests (performance). The results showed an improvement in student learning outcomes and competence in grading women’s fashion patterns. From the aspect of knowledge, an increase in the average score from cycle I to cycle II was 17.0. From the aspect of skills/competence, an increase in average score from cycle I to cycle II was 1.03. This study concludes that the use of the CAD Pattern System learning media is very effective, indicated by (1) improvement in student learning outcomes in making women’s fashion patterns grading, (2) improvement of student learning competence in making women's fashion patterns grading, (3) CAD Pattern System is expected to be used as a learning medium in the subjects of Industrial Clothing Making, in pattern grading competencies fashion, but still pay attention to school conditions and the characteristics of students.

Abstract

Soursop leaf (Annonamuricata L) is a fruit plant originating from the Caribbean, Central America, and South America. In soursop leaves, there are flavonoid compounds, namely phenol compounds with antioxidant, antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, and anticancer activities. The capture of free radicals causes this compound's antioxidant effect via the hydrogen atom donor from the flavonoid hydroxyl group. Some diseases such as atherosclerosis, cancer, diabetes, parkinsonism, Alzheimer's, and decreased immunity have been affected by free radicals in the human body. Flavonoids are of concern because of their medicinal role in the prevention of cancer and cardiovascular disease. One obstacle in the use of soursop leaf extract is the inefficiency of the solvent used so far. This research uses ethanol solvent because ethanol solvent can extract soursop leaves with flavonoid levels 1.36% greater than n-hexane solvents, flavonoid content is 0.66%, and 2propanol solvent is chosen because its polarity is lower than ethanol, so it is expected to extract flavonoid levels. More optimal than ethanol. This study aims to determine the optimization of maceration time and type of solvent on the levels of flavonoids in the soursop leaf extract. This study was designed with a 2 level design factorial method, and two variables changed, namely maceration time (48, 72, 96) hours, ethanol, and 2propanol fractionation solvent types. Fixed variables used were drying time 30 minutes temperature 50oC, sample weight of soursop leaf 10 grams, extraction solvent volume 200 ml, extraction temperature 28oC (room temperature), the method used spectrophotometer. These static and changing variables have a positive effect that can increase phenol levels, and the most influential variables are the type of solvent and extraction time. The best conditions in the cytotoxic extraction process are ethanol solvent and maceration extraction time of 72 hours.
