Abstract

Negara Republik Indonesia dihajatkan pendiriannya --sebagaimana termaktub dalam pembukaan UUD 45—untuk ”...keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia...”. Demikian juga dengan pembentukan daerah-daerah otonom, seperti Kabuaten/Kota, termasuk Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Salah satu cara untuk mewujudkan tujuan tersebut, dijelaksan dalam Pasal 33 UUD 45, dengan memberikan wewenang Agar pemerintah dapat menjalankan kewenangan ini dengan penuh akuntabilitas atau amanah dan bebas dari kesalahan atau penyalahgunaan kekuasaan, maka harus diimbangi dengan kehadiran rakyat yang kritis dan terorganisir sebagai kekuatan kontrol dan pressure bagi pemerintah.

Abstract

Kebijakan desentralisasi penuh dalam penyelenggaraan dan pengelolaan satuan pendidikan menjadikan PP LP Ma’arif NU menetapkan kebijakan bahwa setiap satuan pendidikan yang dikelola di bawah naungan LP Ma’arif NU mempunyai susunan organisasi yang sesuai dengan jenis, jenjang, ruang lingkup, bidang tugas, dan besarnya rombongan belajar/kelas masing-masing. Desentralisai kewenangan kepada lembaga pendidikan NU ini meliputi hak kepemilikan atas semua asset pendidikan termasuk pengadaan, pengelolaan dan pengembangannya, penentuan struktur organusasi di sekolah, keuangan, standar SDM tenaga pendidik dan kependidikannya, bahkan termasuk manajemen pembelajarannya; kurikulum, evaluasi dan sebagainya. Lantas, dimana dan bagaimana peran, tugas dan fungsi LP Ma’arif NU NTB yang dibentuk sebagai departementasi PWNU NTB bidang pendidikan? Inilah problem dasar yang digali dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Adopting a child is a tradition that has long been practiced by Arab society and continues to this day. The practice of adopting children when Islam came was then perfected by the Prophet Muhammad PBUH, so that it has a basis in Islamic law. This study explores adoption practices in contemporary Sasak society and their implications for reformulating Islamic Marriage Law. This research uses a normative juridical approach analyzed with the theory of maqāṣid al-sharī'ah. The data analyzed are laws, legal regulations and decisions of religious courts on the island of Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara regarding child adoption cases and norms regarding child protection as normative legal material. These data sources are collected through documentation techniques and analysed using data compaction, display, and conclusion-drawing stages, employing analogical and teleological legal interpretation approaches. The study identifies three classifications of adopted children based on marital status and the presence of biological parents: legitimate children, illegitimate children, and children with unclear status. The research upholds the Islamic legal principle that adoption does not sever the child's lineage from their biological parents, even if their existence is unknown, and does not establish a lineage between the adopted child and their adoptive parents. The study has three implications for Islamic marriage law in Indonesia: including adoption provisions in the Marriage Law, eliminating the article that allows polygamy as a solution for childless couples, and adding requirements for marriages involving "unclear children" as authentic evidence to prove no blood relation between the prospective bride and groom, thus preventing invalid marriages.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter pada peserta didik ialah suatu pendidikan yang mengajarkan akhlak, moral, tingkah laku maupun kepribadian. Program imtaq merupakan pembelajaran yang bertujuan agar peserta didik dapat mengembangkan kemampuan beragama dan dapat membentuk pribadi yang cerdas dan berperilaku sesuai norma agama. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pendidikan karakter peserta didik melalui program imtaq. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data di lakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil temuan dari penelitian ini meliputi 1) Pendidikan karakter peserta didik melalui program imtaq. 2)Implementasi pendidikan karakter peserta didik melalui program imtaq. 3) Perubahan karakter peserta didik melalui program imtaq.

Abstract

Background. Character education is a value education that emphasizes moral or ethical aspects. The term character is known as morals which not only emphasizes moral knowledge (moral knowing/learning to know), but also moral formation (moral feeling/moral loving) and application or actualization of values (moral action/moral doing).   Purpose. The purpose of this study is to describe the types of Islamic religious education activities that become a medium for strengthening character, forms of character that are strengthened through Islamic religious education activities and models of strengthening character values through Islamic religious education for students in public high schools in Mataram City. Method. This research is a qualitative research with data collection using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model starting from data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. Data validity was carried out with observation persistence, extension of participation, reference and triangulation. Results. The results showed that the model of strengthening character values through Islamic religious education at school was carried out through three process/stage models, namely: a) Knowledge of morals, b) Moral formation, c) Application or moral actualization which emphasizes the actualization of character values both in the school environment and in the wider environment. Conclusion. he character education model in this school is carried out with two models, namely the hidden curriculum model and the integration model.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic not only leaves grief for its survivors but also triggers the netizens to create memes containing religious narratives, especially Islam. This research focuses on uncovering meme narratives about COVID-19 which contain the content of religious thought battles between moderate Islamic groups and fundamentalist Islamic groups. The results show that the COVID-19 global disaster has been used as an arena for fighting as well as promoting the thoughts of moderate Islamic groups versus fundamentalists by using memes as an instrument. The thinking of moderate Islamic groups is represented through COVID-19 memes that are rational and tolerant, while COVID-19 memes containing radical thinking content and blasphemy against certain religions and countries mark the thinking of fundamentalist Islamic groups.
