Abstract

Molecular Identification of bacterial L-asparaginase activity from Sargassum sp were isolated from Barrang Lompo Island South Sulawesi in 2013. Among them three bacterial strains exhibiting glutaminase free L-asparaginase activity were identified as Pseudomonas putida, Enterobacter asburine dan Marinobacter arcticus on the basis of 16S rRNA gene sequencing. The Highest Max Score 1358 and Query Cover 98 % were Pseudomonas putida furthermore identified as bacterial L-asparaginase activity from Sargassum sp. Pseudomonas putida has Identities 756/765 (99%) with 778 bp Query length, Query cover 98% and Gaps 5/765 (0%).Key words: L-Asparaginase, Sargassum sp..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the physical and chemical properties of soil from paddy fields, garden lands and city area also determine the soil inhibitory test of dog saliva bacteria. The results showed that these three soil types have different physical chemical properties and have different inhibitory zones against dog saliva bacteria. The physical chemistry of soil from paddy fields, garden lands and city area (0 cm) are as follows: for color; dark chocolate; grayish brown; and blackish ash, for texture: clay; clay; and sandy clay, for moisture content: 7.14; 6.53; 2.13. for pH close to neutral around 6.52-7.03; Total N is low (0.08-0.23); organic C compounds are classified as moderate; nutrient content of Ca/Mg is classified as moderate (9.55 /1.70 - 14.89/2.22); cation exchange capacity is classified as high (25.32-29.03) in paddy fields and gardens and compounds. The inhibitory zone of the highest dog saliva bacteria is in garden soil (3.7 cm), then paddy soil (2.86 cm) and land in the city area (1.6 cm).

Abstract

This thesis discusses the detection of koi harpes virus (KHV) in koi carp (Cyprinus carpio L) Application Method Using the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). The purpose of this study is to determine the level of virus attacks causing harpesviridae group KHV Koi carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) using PCR applications in the Central Fish Karantian Hasanuddin Makassar. The research method used is descriptive with pictures PCR of Polaroid photographs. The results obtained with the results of attacks lightly infected 290 bp, the attack was infected with the results of 290 bp and 440 bp, with the result of severeinfection attack 290 bp 440 bp and 630 bp.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bobot molekul protein OMP S. Typhiasal Makassar dengan menggunakan metode SDS-PAGE. Penelitian ini dilakukanpada bulan Mei sampai Juni 2014 di Laboratorium Imunologi dan BiologiMolekuler Fakultas Kedokteran. Penelitian ini menggunakan antigen OMP hasilekstraksi kultur bakteri S. Typhi dari serum darah penderita demam tifoid yangdiperoleh dari Rumah Sakit di Kota Makassar. Monitoring bobot molekuldikerjakan menggunakan SDS-PAGE metode Laemmli yang telah dimodifikasiyaitu separating gel 12%, stacking gel 3%, dan pewarnaan gel (staining)menggunakan coomassie blue. Proses elektroforesis menggunakan teganganlistrik 120 volt 40 mA selama 3,5 jam. Gel hasil SDS-PAGE memperlihatkanadanya tiga band protein mayor OMP S. Thyphi yaitu pada 25 kda, 36 kda, 55kda, dikarenakan pada ekstrak kasar masih banyak debris dari protein lain

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of beef cattle population, as well as to identify government efforts in order to develop beef cattle population in Kajang District. The study was carried out from February – August 2021 which is located in Kajang District, Bulukumba Regency, South Sulawesi Province. Quantitative data were analyzed using trend analysis, with the results of the study that there is a development of beef cattle population in Kajang District, Bulukumba Regency. For the period 2021 and 2022 shows that have been made by the development will continue to occur in the following year.
