Abstract

This study aims to determine: (a) the relationship effort influence directly or indirectly on relationship outcomes, and (b) satisfaction influence on trust. In this research relationship effort model that includes four types of independent variables are communication, personalization, preferential treatment and rewarding. And the dependent variable in this study is the satisfaction and trust of listeners. In this study, the sampling technique is done by accidental sampling with amount of sample as much 88 respondents and methods of data analysis used was path analysis. The result of this research are: (a) communication significantly influence directly on satisfaction and trust of listeners and communication influence the trust through satisfaction of listeners, (b) preferential treatment significantly influence directly on satisfaction and trust of listeners and preferential treatment influence on the trust through satisfaction of listeners, (c) Rewarding significantly influence directly on satisfaction and trust of listeners and rewarding influence trust through satisfaction of listeners, (d) Personalization significant influence directly on satisfaction and trust with listeners and personalization influence trust through satisfaction of listeners and ( e) Satisfaction significant influence on the trust of listeners. Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimal amount of raw materials inventory needs and the reorder point of raw materials in UD Purnama Jati Jember. UD Purnama Jati Jember is a company engaged in the production of Jember Regency speciality food and souvenirs. Due to not having a standard method, there are problems of raw material inventory in the production process, including overproduction and excess or shortage of raw materials. Data were obtained by interviewing the company owner and observing the company's production process. Data analysis were performed using least square forecasting, JEOQ, safety stock, and reorder points method. The results of the study showed that the optimal raw material needs are 4,644.772 kg of tape, 2,491.411 kg of wheat flour, 3,967.927 kg of egg, 1,439.623 kg of butter, and 3,519.371 kg of sugar. The total inventory cost of raw material is Rp. 281,296,067 indicated a more efficient inventory cost than the previous method. Meanwhile, the amount of raw materials inventory for the reordering point is 417.39 kg of tape, 231.29 kg of wheat flour, 358.88 kg of eggs, 131.78 kg of butter, and 318.99 kg of sugar. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of damage and identify factors causing damage AMDK 220ml that occurred on March 13 to 11 April 2017 at PT. Tujuh Impian Bersama. The company is engaged in bottled drinking water industry (AMDK) with Al Qodiri brand. This research uses descriptive statistical research model. The analysis used is Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Kaizen. The results of the analysis show that the quality control of the product is beyond the control limits set. The most damage type is dent pack as much as 239pcs. From the causal diagram can be known factors causing damage from the most dominant include machinery, raw materials, humans, and methods. Based on the kaizen implementation tools, the recommendations for improvement are routine maintenance and re-adjustment of production machines, more rigorous selection of suppliers with more stringent standards, and improved human resource performance through supervision and briefing. Abstract

The lack of knowledge of the people of Gambirono Village about digital technology for business development is one factor in the unstable economy of Gambirono Village. The Gambirono community still really needs digital marketing assistance and training. This community service activity aims to increase the understanding of the Gambirono Village community about digital marketing and train the Gambirono Village community in the use of e-commerce and social media as a means of entrepreneurship, especially during this pandemic. The method used is the community development pillar approach, namely participation, institutionalization, and sustainability. In addition to the general problems faced by the people of Gambirono Village, the community service team has also developed a financial information system for convection business actors who during this pandemic have experienced difficulties in controlling the entry and exit of finances due to uncertain money. enter. In addition, the activities carried out are conducting door to door training on the use of e-commerce and social media in the surrounding community

Abstract

Research question’s will be answered in this study is how’s the supply chain performance of coffee processing company UD "Matt Coffee" in Bondowoso Regency. This study uses a mix method using the SCOR version 11.0. Qualitative data is obtained through observation and interviews. While quantitative data is obtained from internal parties of the company. Results showed that COGS metrics were still high, this happened in the source process. It can be concluded that if the high COGS value will reduce income. Therefore, in this study, COGS metrics were calculated up to the third mapping level to find phenomena that resulted in high COGS values ​​in the source process. This study also formulates academic and managerial implications to overcome the problems that occur on the upstream and downstream side.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang masih dihadapi objek pengabdian antara lain meningkatkan kesadaran pengelola dan masyarakat sekitar obyek tentang kolaborasi dan pemberdayaan dalam mengelola obyek wisata. Meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat sekitar obyek wisata bahwa kontribusi masyarakat merupakan hal utama dalam pengembangan desa wisata dan pengembangan sarana dan prasarana kebersihan khususnya dalam menghadapi pandemic virus serta dalam upaya meningkatkan kesadaran hidup bersih dari wisatawan dan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal. Metode ini memungkinkan para anggota perangkat desa serta lembaga bumdes dan pengawas desa di Desa Sukosari Kidul untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilannya dengan tim pelaksana sebagai fasilitator dari luar, berbagi informasi, membuat perencanaan dan tindakan nyata. Secara praktis, kegiatan dapat dilakukann dalam bentuk sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan sesuai permasalahan dan tujuan yang ditetapkan. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah pengelola lebih kompeten dalam aktivitas teknis pengelolaan serta masyarakat semain memahami fungsi dan manfaat desa wisata serta mampu bekerja sinergis untuk kemakmuran bersama. Kata kunci: tata kelola; ciri khas; desa wisata; sukosari kidul ABSTRACTIncrease the understanding of the community around tourism objects that the community's contribution is the main thing in the development of tourist villages and the development of hygiene facilities and infrastructure, especially in dealing with the virus pandemic as well as to increase awareness of clean living from tourists and the public. Problems still faced by the object of service include increasing the awareness of managers and the community around collaboration and empowerment in managing tourism objects. The method used in implementing this service is the Participatory Rural Appraisal approach. This method allows members of the village apparatus, bumdes institutions, and village supervisors in Sukosari Kidul Village to improve their knowledge and skills with the implementing team as external facilitators, share information, make plans and take concrete actions. Activities can be carried out through socialization, training and assistance according to the problems and objectives set. The result of community service is that managers are more competent in technical management activities, and the community increasingly understands the functions and benefits of tourist villages and can work synergistically for mutual prosperity. Keywords: governance; characteristics; tourism village; sukosari kidul.

Abstract

Waste management in the batik making industry is very important. Apart from complying with the regulations made by the government, waste management is also one way to improve the environmental ecosystem around the industry. Based on the results of interviews conducted at Dewi Rengganis Batik Industry House, there are problems regarding industrial waste management. It is known that Dewi Rengganis Batik Industry House does not carry out waste management properly, due to the absence of WWTP and not knowing how to properly manage waste. The research objective was to determine the quality standards of waste owned by Dewi Rengganis Batik Industry using the Total Quality Environmental Management (TQEM) method. This type of research is descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the waste quality standards in Dewi Rengganis Batik Industry House have not reached the optimal standard in waste quality standards. This is caused by 6 parameters. The six parameters are pH, BOD5, COD, TSS, Sulfide, and Oil and Fat. The factors causing the failure of waste management at Dewi Rengganis Batik Industry House include material, human, tools, and method factors. The recommendation for improvement at Dewi Rengganis Batik Industry House is to carry out waste management using methods, biology, physics and chemistry. It is hoped that the batik industry will not use chemical dyes so as not to produce waste that is harmful to the environment.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis desa binaan di Desa Sukosari Kidul Kecamatan Sumberwringin Kabupaten Bondowoso pada tahun kedua ini merupakan lanjutan dari kegiatan sebelumnya yang telah dilaksanakan pada tahun 2021. Berdasarkan mapping permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra dari hasil wawancara dan observasi, masih diperlukan program pengabdian desa binaan dengan sosialisasi dan pendampingan smart government berbasis ICT melalui aplikasi whatsapp secara bertahap menuju smart village melalui aplikasi administrasi e-government dalam layanan masyarakat desa. Terdapat beberapa tahapan metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan, yaitu: melalui FGD, pelatihan dan juga sosialisasi. Hasil dari program ini adalah meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien.
