Abstract

Lubuk Larangan merupakan salah satu nilai kearifan tradisional yang masih tetap dipertahankan. Pengambilan ikan dalam Lubuk Larangan mempunyai Ketentuan Adat dan Desa. Pengambilannya dilakukan dalam satu tahun sekali  dan hasilnya dari Lubuk Larangan dipergunakan untuk kepentingan pembangunan desa dan mesjid. Bentuk kearifan lain yang diatur oleh adat dan desa adalah adanya larangan pengambilan ikan di sungai dengan mengunakan pukat panjang, tuba, racun, sentrum, dan bahan-bahan kimia lainnya serta menggunakan lebih dari satu lampu (petromak).  Latar belakangnya adalah jumlah ikan yang diambil oleh seseorang akan melebihi dari  kebutuhan konsumsi rumah tangga (hasil tangkapan besar). Pengambilan buah durian sebelum masak/jatuh dalam jumlah besar juga tidak diperbolehkan dalam peraturan adat dan desa. Semua ini bertujuan untuk menjaga ketersediaan sumber daya alam serta memenuhi kebutuhan anggota masyarakat dalam jangka panjang. Gambaran tersebut adalah merupakan konservasi lingkungan yang berasakan kearifan lokal, secara teoritis hal ini apa yang disebut sebagai Integreted Community Development Conservation. Lubuk larangan adalah sseusatu yang unik dan khas yang tidak dijumpai di tempat-tempat lainya selain di Jambi. Oleh karena alasan tersebut di atas, maka tujuan dari penelitian yang akan dilaksanakan adalah:(1) Memetakan persebaran keruangan dan pola keruangan lubuk larangan di Kabupaten Bungo, Jambi; (2). Menganalisis proses keruangan yang terjadi sebelum, selama dan setelah terbentuknya Lubuk Larangan: (3) Mengetahui sejauh mana peran masyarakat dalam konservasi lingkungan di sekitar lubuk larangan; (4) Mengetahu sejauh mana Integreted Community Development dapat berjalan dalam masyarakat di sekitar lubuk larangan. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Bungo, Jambi, dengan mengambil sampel penelitian di Desa Lubuk Beringin di Kecamatan Bathin III  Ulu, Kabupaten Bungo, Jambi. Penelitian akan menggunakan metode survey sebelum pra survey akan disiapkan peta tentative tentang persebaran Lubuk Larangan dengan menggunakan source dari Citra Satelit. FGD juga dilaksanakan guna menjaring data tentang pranata-pranata social dalam menyiapkan lubuk larangan, serta hal-hal yang selama ini menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaannya. Semua data akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis GIS serta analisis deskriptif kualitatif, semua untuk menjawab pola dan proses keruangan seperti yang dipersyaratkan dalam kajian Geografi

Abstract

This research aims at reducing the risks of tsunami by (1) optimizing the learning media of earthquake and tsunami disaster mitigation, (2) designing Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), and (3) applying community-based disaster risk management through spatial modeling to students. Through the activities, the students are expected to comprehend the early detections of tsunami and mitigation efforts that need to be made. The methods employed are conducting survey at lowland areas in Pacitan which are vulnerable to tsunami disaster, mapping tsunami-prone areas, constructing the map of tsunami disaster risks. By applying Geospatial Information Technology a tsunami model and its impacts are created at the lowlands in Pacitan. The preliminary data are taken by using either remote sensing imagery or aerial photography in which the image processing has been conducted before. The results of this application will be used to train teachers in the Teacher Networks (MGMP—Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran) of Geography and Guidance and Counseling (BP) subjects. This research will be carried out in three stages, comprising the identification of DRR media, the practice of DRR using spatial information technology, particularly spatial modeling, and the simulation of tsunami disaster mitigation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the spatial pattern merariq culture, public perception of merariq culture, trends merariq cultural change, and the implementation of research results as enrichment materials on thesubject of national culture and global interaction. Field work in the district are still often do merariq which is in District Sakra and rarely do merariq in District Aikmel, using descriptive qualitative method. The sampling technique using snowball sampling and random sampling. Data were collected through documentation, in-depth interviews (depth interview) in order to obtain information about the distributionand trends of cultural change merariq and questionnaires are used to obtain information about the public perception of culture merariq and to obtain student feedback on the implementation of the research resultsas a material for enrichment. The data has been analyzed using interactive techniques, conducted since the beginning of the study and during the study process is implemented. The results showed that people'sperceptions of the fundamental principles of doing merariq (elope), the public perception of the implementation merariq, and the public perception of the procession merariq most communities in the District Aikmel perception cons so that the downward trend in culture merariq higher, while in District Sakra have the perception that pro so that the tendency of decrease in the low merariq culture. Subdistrict Community Sakra most have royalty notch group so that they often do merariq, spread in the village Sakra, Suangi village, village news, Sakra village south, Rumbuk Village East Village East Village Suangi Moyot. people who rarely do merariq is Keselet Village and Village Rumbuk. While in the District Aikmel majority of communities have rarely do merariq because most of the people included in the group of students that emphasizes the line of Islam, spread in the village Aikmel, Village Aikmel East Village Aikmel West Village Aikmel North, Village Toya, Village Bagiq Nyaka Pupils, Village Kalijaga, Village Kalijaga East, Central Kalidjaga village, village Lenek Kalibambang, Lenek Village, Duren Lenek village, village and village Kembangkerang Sukarema. As well as residents who often do merariq (elope) is located in the village of Lenek power, Kembang Kerang Power, New Kalidjaga Village, Village Lenek Lauk, New Lenek Village and Village Lenek Pesiraman. Student and teacher responses to the indicators content / material, linguistic indicators and indicators presentation mode high values obtained on the criterion strongly agree (SS) and agree (S). With these criteria that the spatial patterns of material culture Aikmel merariq in the District and in the District of Sakra can support students' horizons in understanding the subject matter of the national culture and global interaction.Keywords: Merariq, Spatial Pattern, Perception, Enrichment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1). pengaruh model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) terhadap hasil belajar geografi materi sejarah pembentukan muka bumi dan jagad raya. (2). pengaruh motivasi belajar geografi terhadap hasil belajar geografi materi sejarah pembentukan muka bumi dan jagad raya. (3). Pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar geografi terhadap hasil belajar geografi materi sejarah pembentukan muka bumi dan jagad raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode eksperimen semu dengan desain postes. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui tes hasil belajar geografi bentuk pilihan ganda dengan 5 pilihan jawaban dan angket motivasi belajar geografi dengan rating scale dengan 5 alternatif jawaban. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis varians faktorial 2 x 2. Hasil penelitian adalah (1). Model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan model ceramah dalam pembelajaran geografi materi sejarah pembentukan muka bumi dan jagad raya. (2). Motivasi belajar geografi berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar geografi materi sejarah pembentukan muka bumi dan jagad raya. (3). Tidak terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar geografi terhadap hasil belajar geografi pada materi sejarah pembentukan muka bumi dan jagad raya .Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS), model pembelajaran ceramah, motivasi belajar geografi , hasil belajar geografi.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to: (1) Determine the requirement in the use of character-based geography learning module at XI IPS SMA BinaUtama Pontianak, (2) Describe the steps of character-based geography learning module development in natural resource subject at XI IPS SMA Bina Utama Pontianak, (3) Identify the eligibility of the use of character-based geography learning module in the main subject of natural resource at XI IPS SMA Bina Utama Pontianak, and (4) Find out the improvement of environmental care attitude of students at SMA BinaUtama Pontianak after using the character-based geography module.Type of the study is research and development (R&D). Stages of R&D used are according to Borg and Gall’s theory with modification within four stages which are preliminary, arrangement, validation, and testing of product. Subject of the study is students of XI IPS SMA Bina Utama Pontianak 2016/2017 period with total of 42 students. Data collection techniques used are interview, questionnaire, and documentation methods, while data analysis techniques used are product moment and percentage formula.Results of the study show that: (1) From the analysis of the requirement in the use of character-based geography learning module at XI IPS SMA Bina Utama Pontianak, it is obtained a percentage of 80.92%. (2) The development of the design used in accordance with Borg and Gall’s theory within 4 stages is modified regarding the stages which are preliminary, development, validation, and testing stages.Structure of learning module presented consists of three parts: a. Introduction: cover, preface, table of contents, instructions, competence standard,basic competence, learning objectives, concept map; b. Contents: subtitle, learning objectives, complete subject description, do you know, formative tests, summary; and c. Final part: key answers, glossary, bibliography, author’s curriculum vitae, character refinement. (3) The average of the eligibility of development product at all stages is that the assessment of validation stage by the experts obtains 77.93% with very valid criteria,and the assessment of small-scale testing stage obtains very decent criteria. At all stages, it obtains an excellent category. (4) The attitude of environmental care before the use of character-based geography learning module is 63.30% andafter the use of character-based geography learning module is 85.17%. Thus, the use of characterbased geography learning module could improve the environmental care attitude of students.Keywords: Module, Character-Based, Attitude, Environmental Care

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) to investigate the dispersion of poor families in Tanon sub-district, Sragen regency in 2013; (2) to investigate the dispersion of targeted households receiving temporary direct cash assistance in Tanon sub-district, Sragen regency in 2013; (3) to investigate the effectiveness of temporary direct cash assistance distribution in Tanon sub-district, Sragen regency in 2013; (4) to investigate the benefit of temporary direct cash assistance for the targeted households in Tanon sub-district, Sragen regency in 2013; and (5) to arrange the learning materials of Geography on the basic competency of Analyzing the Dynamics and Problems of Population and Human Resources in Indonesia for Development. This research used the qualitative research method with spatial approach. Its population was all of the targeted households receiving temporary direct cash assistance in Tanon sub-district, Sragen regency. The samples of research were taken by using the proportional random sampling technique and the simple random sampling technique. They consisted of 100 targeted households. The data of research were gathered through field observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. The results of research are as follows: 1) Of 17,686 households in Tanon sub-district, Sragen regency, 7,793 are poor families. The largest number of poor families, namely: 830 is found in Bonagung village, and the smallest number, that is 279, is found in Suwatu village. 2) Of 7.793 of poor families, 5,588 are the recipients of the temporary direct cash assistance. 3) Through the consideration of 14 criteria of poverty, 37 targeted households are eligible to receive the temporary direct cash assistance, and through the calculation of calorie adequacy, 76 targeted households are eligible to get the temporary direct cash assistance. Thus, the distribution of the temporary direct cash assistance to its recipients in Tanon subdistrict, Sragen regency in 2013 is effective with the percentage of 76%. 4) Through the consideration of income, rice price, and life style variables, the targeted households can feel the benefit of the program. The level of benefit in term of income and rice-purchasing ability is 91%, and that of benefit in term of life is 89%. 5) The result of this research is a supporting one to the learning material in Geography for Grade XI, Semester I of the 2013 curriculum on the on the basic competency of Analyzing the Dynamics and Problems of Population and Human Resources in Indonesia for Development.Keywords: Poor families, targeted households, effectiveness of temporary direct cash assistance distribution, and benefit

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to know: (1) To determine differences in student learning outcomes in material resources between students and teaching methods for a field trip with students who use the lecture method, (2) To determine the influence of a caring attitude environment students both high and low the learning outcomes in the matter of natural resources, (3) To understand the interaction between the learning method field trip and a caring attitude to the environment students student learning outcomes in natural resource materials. This research used experimental method with 2 x 2 design factor. This research was conducted in August 2016 with student of Junior High School in Siantan as the population. The sampling technique used is Cluster Random Sampling. The sample taken are 68 students consisting of 34 students of class XI IPS 2 as the experiment class and 34 students of class XI IPS 5 as the control class. The data is collected by means of the questionnaires to obtain the students’ attitude data, and class test is used to get the students’ learning outcome. The validity of the instrument is tested by using point validity technique and by using the pearson product moment. Instrument realibility is tested by using Alpha Cronbach. The data analysis technique used is the two-way Variance Analysis with 5% of significance level. The results of this research show that: (1) Method of learning field trip yield the same learning with the learning method lecture in the presentation of material natural resources in class XI IPS SMAN 1 Siantan, (2) attitude is environmentally students on the classification of high using field trip better than the lecture method in influencing student learning outcomes, (3) There is no interaction between the method of field trip and environmentally conscious attitude toward student learning outcomes in natural resource materials on student class XI IPS SMAN 1 Siantan.
