Abstract

Pada saat ini kemacetan sering kali timbul di kota-kota besar di negara kita karena banyaknya jumlah kendaraan yang lewat sehingga mempengaruhi dari kapasitas jalan yang direncanakan sebelumnya. Kota Pontianak merupakan kota  industri, pertanian, dan perdagangan.yang cukup besar. Sehingga menimbulkan daya tarik bagi orang untuk melakukan aktifitas/kegiatan ke daerah tersebut. Salah satunya di Jalan Ya? M. Sabran , yang semakin lama kinerja ruas jalan dari jalan tersebut akan semakin tidak stabil. Dan karena itu perlu dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui kinerja ruas jalan tersebut. Pada kondisi Existing Jalan Ya? M. Sabran lebar efektif jalur lalu lintas 7,84 m terdiri dari 2 lajur 2 arah dan tidak menggunakan median. Dari hasil Penelitian pada Jalan Ya? M. Sabran tersebut mengalami kenaikan dari segi kapasitas jalan yang semula 3144 smp/jam menjadi 6224 smp/jam, tingkat pelayanan jalan yang semula termasuk dalam kategori pelayanan C

Abstract

Highways are transportation infrastructure that most important for transportation activity. The transportation activity also very influence from growing of the people and increasing of vehicle. As high as level of growing people make level of vehicle also increases that will effect for traffic light problems, as that happened in Jalan Sungai Raya Dalam. This street is border and connection between Pontianak City and Kubu Raya Regency. The highway condition is crowded and not good, This condition cause side friction that make highways capacity is low and highways activity is decreasing. The purpose of this research is calculate of highways activity in 2013 and prediction in 2015 till 2020, then to know representation for fixing capacity planning for increase highways activity. This research, the data got from Statistic Center Department and Traffic Light Police Department. While survey of traffic volume and side friction did on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday (at 6-7 and 12-14 December 2013) from 6 pm – 6 am. Based the survey result will calculate and analyse while get capacity and degree saturation. Degree Saturation Value (DS) that require from Highways Capacity Manual of Indonesia (MKJI) 1997 for town road 0,85 is highways service level indicator and determine highwasy activity. Based on the result of research gained value degree saturation (DS) for in 2013 is 0,757, in 2015 is 0,917 and in 2020 is 1,485. This data show that in 2015 and in 2020 will get the traffic problem, so will give alternative and solution with fixing highways capacity, with do to widening highways geometric 8 m or change of highways type 2/2 UD be 4/2 D. From solution alternatif choosed the best alternatif and solution is changed higways type 2/2 UD be 4/2 D while degree saturation (DS) in 2015 lower 0,309 and 2020 lower 0,501.

Abstract

Intersection is the concourse of three or more roads or intersect on the urban road network system. In the high volume of traffic, especially at rush hour at the intersection of often conflicting traffic flows that can be dangerous for road users. This can be seen from the congestion that occurs on the streets and intersections protocol unresolved generally in Pontianak, particularly at the intersection of Jl. General Urip S. - Jl. HOS Cokroaminoto -  Jl. Johar - Jl. Merdeka Although the police have to work extra hard regulate traffic, but traffic jams still occur. Based on this, the purpose of the writing of this study was to analyze and evaluate the existing condition of the crossing and arranging intersections into traffic light settings. So we get the planning traffic light at the intersection In writing this study researchers used survey methodology, namely to observe the conditions on the location of the intersection of Jl. JendralUrip S. - Jl. HOS Cokroaminoto - Jl. Johar - Jl. Freedom and collection of secondary data, traffic flow and non-motorized vehicles. Then compile the data that has been collected is processed by using theoretical calculations Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997 quantitatively. Furthermore, the data that has been processed is the basis of researchers in preparing the plan of arrangement traffic lights that comply with the Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997. Results from this study is the existing condition with diameter dimension span of the roundabout was not in accordance with the regulations MKJI 1997 and Guidelines for the Roundabout Intersection piece, which is 9 meters. And the threshold of traffic flow conditions on average per hour at the intersection that is> 750 veh / h, so it needs to re-planning to organize the intersection with the traffic light settings. From planning the traffic light settings in 2015, then obtained a green signal, namely Jl. Jend Urip Sumoharjo 13 sec, Jl. HOS Cokroaminoto 14 sec, Jl. Johar 26 sec and Jl. Merdeka 12 sec. For 2020 after analyzed. It turned out that the traffic light settings in 2015 can not be used anymore because it is based on current traffic conditions perpertumbuhan the degree of saturation (DS) to 1,363.   Keywords: intersection, IHCM, traffic, traffic light

Abstract

Growth and development of the city is what brings the impact of problems on the traffic system. Where the increasing number of vehicles passing that is not comparable with the infrastructure and facilities that have been available. St. Ampera stretches along 2.9 km with a width of 6 meters road is one of the main roads located in the city of Pontianak. St. Ampera is categorized as the Secondary Arterial Road Network and is included in the upgrading of the inner ring road network in Pontianak. The government is building a new line of St. Ampera which is under construction. Although it is hampered by social problems, the government will continue to gradually build up 400 to 500 meters of roads annually and promise to complete the new route in an undetermined time. Therefore, this condition causes the need for performance analysis and how big the role of the new path in distributing traffic flow to St. Ampera based on the degree of saturation and speed of traffic flow at present (year 2015) up to 10 (ten) years to be coming (year 2025).In analyzing the effect of road capacity change, it is necessary to have traffic data in the form of traffic volume, side barrier and road geometry before and after the new road is constructed so that it can be seen and compared how big the influence of the new road to the performance on St. Ampera. And the need for an overview of changes in vehicle volume so it can be known how much influence the increase in road capacity to the degree of saturation and speed.Based on the comparison data can be seen in 2015 from traffic pattern survey results in 2015, seen peak hour flow for segment A occurred at 11:00 to 12:00 pm by 666 smp / hour and for segment B occurred at 17:00 to 18:00 WIB of 808 smp / hour. From the comparison of degree of saturation based on vehicle volume change in 2015 can be seen that St. Ampera is said to be not jammed that is the degree of saturation <0.85 that is with degree of saturation of 0.293 in segment A and 0.329 in segment B. For the projection in 2025 can be seen that to the degree saturation in all segments is> 0.85, this illustrates that in 2025 the level of service at St. Ampera is already very bad, level E ie traffic volume close to capacity, unstable current, speed sometimes stalled. For comparison of degree of saturation of projection result 2025 (2/2 UD) with change of road capacity (4/2 D) it can be seen there is decrease 59,33% for segment A and 59,31% for segment B. Based on the increase can be seen service level changes, by 2025 the projected service level is E turns to B where the current is stable, the speed begins to be limited by traffic conditions, the driver has enough freedom to choose speed.Keywords: Capacity Building, Congestion, Performance, Service Level

Abstract

Jembatan penyeberangan orang merupakan salah satu fasilitas yang disediakan untuk pejalan kaki khususnya bagi yang akan menyeberang jalan. Fasilitas jembatan penyeberangan tersebut sangat dibutuhkan, khususnya menyangkut keselamatan pejalan kaki,karena pejalan kaki merupakan pengguna jalan yang paling rentan tingkat keselamatannya, padahal fasilitas jembatan penyeberangan tersedia bagi pejalan kaki yang akan menyeberang jalan dengan aman. Hal ini bias dilihat pada kenyataannya bahwa fungsi dan keberadaan jembatan penyeberangan kurang dipahami oleh penyeberang jalan, serta indikator menurunnya frekuensi penggunaan fasilitas jembatan penyeberangan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat pemanfaatan dan faktor yang mempengaruhi pemakaian JPO serta mengetahui tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna JPO di depan Mega Mall jalan A.Yani Kota Pontianak.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yaitu prosedur pemecahan masalah yang diteliti dengan menjabarkan keadaan objek penelitian pada saat sekarang berdasarkan faktor–faktor yang tampak atau sebagai mana adanya. Metode wawancara / pengisian kuisioner untuk mengetahui tingkat pemanfaatan dan faktor yang mempengaruhi pemakaian JPO.Persepsi pejalan kaki khususnya pengguna JPO A.Yani Kota Pontianak sudah baik dan pengguna sudah merasa nyaman. Adapun hasil penilaian dari responden adalah Intensitas penggunaan JPO sebanyak 45% responden menyatakan ya / sering menggunakan JPO A.Yani Mega Mall. Untuk alasan menggunakan JPO A.Yani Mega Mall sebanyak 57,5% responden menyatakan karena keselamatan. Alasan tidak menggunakan JPO A.Yani Mega Mall adalah sebanyak 32,5% responden menyatakan karena jarak tempuh. Untuk tingkat kenyamanan sebanyak 90% responden menyatakan Ya / sudah merasa nyaman. Untuk tingkat kepentingan pengguna JPO A.Yani Kota Pontianak skor tertinggi adalah item kebersihan dari variabel kenyamanan dengan 91%. Artinya kebersihan sangat penting menurut responden pengguna JPO. Untuk tingkat kepuasan Pengguna JPO A.Yani Kota Pontianak skor tertinggi adalah item pagar dari variabel keselamatan dengan 82%. Artinya responden sudah merasa puas dengan pagar di JPO A.Yani Mega Mall Kota Pontianak. Kata Kunci : Jembatan penyeberangan orang

Abstract

Making as asphalt mixture requires a huge amount of aggregates because its structure contains 90-95% of aggregates. One of the many materials that are mostly used is gravel. Continuoes use of gravel in large amounts will have an impact on the environment where the gravel is obtained. On the other hand, the high levels of infrastuctrural construction out of concrete in Kalimantan barat aspecially in Pontianak allows the possitility of structural failure, fire and precast concrete failures to increase. Therefore, the use of concrete shards to substitute coarse aggregates becomes an alternative in this research. This research uses the experiment method of comparing between the use of course aggregates and the use of K-225 and K-300 concrete sherds with the varielies of asphalt grudes at 5,0%,  5,5%,  6,0%, 6,5%, 7,0%. We use a total of 45 sampels with each variely of course aggregates gotting 15 samples.we tested each samples using the marshall method so we get the marshall characteristics and optimum asphalt content of the mixture. Refrens of the bina marga 2010 specification. Based on marshall test, the parameters of marshall that meet the stability value at 5.0% - 7.0% asphalt content for the three types of mixture of the highest stability value occurred on the natural broken stone of 7.0% asphalt content of 2822.5kg. Flow value at 6.0% and 6.5% asphalt level of 3.767mm and 3.733mm for natural broken stone, 6.0% for 3.73mm for concrete mixture of K225, and for fractionation of K300 5%, 5.5% and 6.5% concrete mixture of 2.77mm, 3.73mm, and 2.80mm. VIM values for the three mixtures at 7.0% asphalt content of 4.460% natural broken stone, 4.57% of K225 concrete mixed fractions, and 4.31% for K300 concrete mixed fractions. The value of FVB for natural crushed stone at 6.5% and 7.0% asphalt content of 76.116% and 81.538%, 6.0% - 7.0% by 69.92%, 79.87%, and 90.66% for concrete mixture of K225 mixture, and concrete mixture of K300 5.5% 7.0% by 65.81%, 71.17%, 74.31%, and 87.72%. the MQ values for the three mixed types meet the standards but at 5.5% asphalt content of 223.80 kg / mm for the fractional mixture of K225 concrete does not meet. From the data analysis, the optimum bitumen content (KAO) was obtained for the mixture of crude aggregate aggregate of 6.54%, the coarse aggregate of K225 concrete mixture was 6.05%, and the crude aggregate of K300 concrete mixture was 6.65%.     Key words: Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course , mixed concrete mixture, Marshall Characteristic, Coarse Gradation

Abstract

Simpang bersinyal Bundaran Digulis merupakan simpang yang sering mengalami kemacetan. Simpang tersebut merupakan simpang yang sangat sibuk karena merupakan jalan utama dengan akses menuju pusat komersil, pendidikan dan perkantoran. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada perhitungan besar panjang antrian pada setiap lengan Bundaran Digulis dan mencari alternatif solusi untuk mengurangi panjang antrian tersebut. Perhitungan panjang antrian dilakukan melalui dua cara yaitu, panjang antrian yang didapat  dari teori dan pengukuran panjang antrian di lapangan. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 2014 (PKJI 2014) dengan menghitung manual jumlah kendaraan yang melintasi simpang pada jam puncak pagi, siang dan sore hari, kemudian didapatkan kapasitas, derajat kejenuhan serta  panjang antrian.Sebagai contoh diambil perhitungan panjang antrian untuk jam puncak pagi. Dari hasil analisis perhitungan, panjang antrian eksisting dengan pengaturan dua fase adalah sebagai berikut ; pada puncak pagi untuk lengan Ahmad Yani (Polnep) adalah 253 meter,  Daya Nasional 91 meter, Ahmad Yani (Al-Azhar) 245 meter dan Prof. DR. Hadari Nawawi 45 meter. Hasil pengukuran panjang antrian di lapangan adalah berikut ; pada puncak pagi untuk lengan Ahmad Yani (Polnep) adalah 268 meter,  Daya Nasional 84 meter, Ahmad Yani (Al-Azhar) 263 meter dan Prof. DR. Hadari Nawawi 40 meter.Alternatif solusi pengaturan tiga fase dengan metode turbin diperoleh panjang antrian sebagai berikut ; pada puncak pagi untuk lengan Ahmad Yani (Polnep) adalah 455 meter, Daya Nasional 371 meter, Ahmad Yani (Al-Azhar) 421 meter dan Prof. DR. Hadari Nawawi 90 meter. Alternatif solusi pengaturan empat fase dengan metode turbin diperoleh panjang antrian sebagai berikut ; pada puncak pagi untuk lengan Ahmad Yani (Polnep) adalah 495 meter,  Daya Nasional 104 meter, Ahmad Yani (Al-Azhar) 459 meter dan Prof. DR. Hadari Nawawi 75 meter. Dari hasil analisis perhitungan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaturan 2 fase (eksisting) pada bundaran Digulis lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan alternatif pengaturan 3 fase dan 4 fase dengan metode turbin. Abstract

Dengan adanya pembangunan kawasan perdagangan Ruko Anggrek Pontianak otomatis akan memberikan dampak lalu lintas yang baru dan akan mempengaruhi ruas jalan di sekitarnya seperti ruas jalan pada Jembatan Landak, baik untuk kondisi saat ini dan kondisi beberapa tahun kedepan. Jembatan Landak merupakan akses darat satu-satunya yang menjadi penghubung antara Pontianak Utara, Pontianak Timur, ke pusat Kota Pontianak dan sebaliknya. Saat ini kondisi lalu lintas di Jembatan Landak sudah sangat memprihatinkan dimana arus lalu lintas telah melampaui kapasitas akibat dari bertambahnya jumlah kendaraan dan aktivitas yang tinggi pada pengaksesan sehingga ruas jalan pada Jembatan Landak sudah tidak mampu menampung jumlah kendaraan yang melintas yang dikarenakan lebar ruas jalan tidak seimbang sehingga membuat antrian kendaraan mengakibatkan kendaraan menjadi lamban.Berdasarkan keadaan tersebut maka perlu diadakan studi untuk mengetahui kinerja Jembatan Landak yang mungkin akan dipengaruhi oleh aktivitas dikawasan perdagangan Ruko Anggrek Pontianak, sehingga didapatkan perencanaan arus lalu lintas yang sangat baik pada masa yang akan datang dan diharapkan dapat tergambar pola perjalanan kendaraan yang teratur pada lalu lintas di Jembatan Landak.Dari hasil perhitungan dapat diketahui perubahan-perubahan kinerja yang terjadi pada Jembatan Landak akibat adanya pengaruh dari kawasan perdagangan Ruko Anggrek pontianak pada kondisi yang diasumsikan tanpa kawasan perdagangan Ruko Anggrek Pontianak (kondisi 0%), saat kondisi sekarang (kondisi eksisting), dan pada kondisi yang diasumsikan sudah sepenuhnya beroperasi (kondisi 100%). Kondisi lalu lintas pada Jembatan Landak yang diasumsikan sebelum beroprasinya kawasan perdagangan Ruko Anggrek Pontianak (kondisi 0%) dengan kapasitas (C) jembatanya 3007 smp/jam dan volume (Q) 2685 smp/jam tingkat derajat kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 1,161 termasuk dalam tingkat pelayanan F, Setelah dipengaruhi kawasan perdagangan Ruko Anggrek Pontianak disaat sekarang (kondisi eksisting) volume (Q) puncaknya bertambah menjadi 3018 smp/jam dan tingkat derajat kejenuhan (DS) menjadi 1,165 termasuk pada tingkat pelayanan F, dan pada saat kawasan perdagangan Ruko Anggrek Pontianak diasumsikan sudah sepenuhnya beroperasi (kondisi 100%) volume (Q) puncaknya bertambah menjadi 3090 smp/jam dan tingkat derajat kejenuhan (DS) menjadi 1,193 termasuk pada tingkat pelayanan F.   Kata Kunci: Jembatan Landak, Ruko Anggrek Pontianak, Pengaruh, Kinerja, Tingkat Pelayanan

Abstract

The crossing is part of a network of roads that need to be arranged in such a way so as to reduce the conflicts that frequently occurs at every intersection. United States in the meeting of Supadio Arterial and Major Alianyang road which is the intersection of a piece in the shaper of the roundabout.The survey methods used to 'obtain primary data with observational techniques  provide that became the object of study. The Equipment which is used in the primary data capture i. e : Hand tally counter, a survey form letter, gauge and wrist. Secondary data collection using the method of documentary study that is how data collection is done with the category and classification of written material relating to research issues. While the method of calculation using the Indonesia Manual calculation of the road capacity satwa Braided Gravel . The results of the analysis capacity calculation of the existing conditions at the Supadio Arterial and Major Alianyang road in 2015 gained the greatest Degree of Saturation value (DS) 0.744. By using the method of trial and error from the data, the number of for military and comercial purpose by 2015, then obtained a degree intersection design which is saturation is lower than on existing conditions, the united states well as the addition of the islands dividing the value of the Degree of Saturation (DS).  And the results of the analysis --: 0.657 < 0.85 Key words : Crossroads Strip, The Survey Methods, Degrees of Saturation
