Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa dengan model kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Division (STAD). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, bentuk penelitian yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas, sifat penelitian kolaboratif. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak 3 siklus namun sebelumya melakukan observasi untuk melihat aktivitas belajar siswa sebagai data awal. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh aktivitas belajar siswa dari data awal 31,27%, siklus 1 yaitu 52,72%, siklus 2 yaitu 65,09%, dan siklus 3 yaitu 84,88%. Hasil belajar siswa dari siklus 1 yaitu 72,40, siklus 2 yaitu 78,20, dan siklus 3 yaitu 87,60. Dengan dilaksanakannya model kooperatif tipe tipe Student Team Achievement Division (STAD terlihat aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan. Kata kunci : Aktivitas, Hasil Belajar, Kooperatif Tipe STAD Abstract: The research problem is how is the increasing of students’ activity in learning and result student achievement social science material in the fifth grade of SDN 29 City Pontianak by using Student Team Achievement Division technique?. The research purpose is to describe the increasing of students’ learning activity and student achievement by using Student Team Achievement Division technique. Method of this research is descriptive, by using classroom action research, collaborative. This research is alone three circles but to do observation to see activity as base line. Research result is students’ activity on base line 31,27% and activity of the first is 52,72%, the second circle is 65,09% and the three circles is 84,88%. Student achievement of the first circle is 72,40, the second circle is 78,20 and the three circles is 87,60. By conducting cooperative model Student Team Achievement Division technique, it seems that students’ activity and Student achievement increased.
