Abstract

In Islamic banking, the sale and purchase of tawarruq is increasingly being used in the product structure of deposits, financing, asset management and risk coverage. Even so, the general public still does not know about the existence of the sale and purchase of tawarruq, and there are even people who know about its existence but do not understand the sale and purchase of the bargain in terms of understanding and implementation. The sale and purchase of this tawarruq is a sale and purchase that has been agreed upon by the jumhur ulama that its practice is permitted in fiqh mu'amalah. However, Ibn Taymiyyah prohibited the sale and purchase of this offering. The purpose of this research is to find out the essence in more detail about the meaning of the sale and purchase of bargains both in terms of language and terms according to what has been proposed by the scholars, scientists and Ibn Taymiyyah as well as to know the law of the sale and purchase of bargains according to Ibn Taymiyyah. This research method is a research library with a qualitative approach consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary data. The data collection technique used descriptive analysis and synthesis analysis methods. By presenting first the data regarding the theories about the concept of the concept of tawarruq, as well as the views of the scholars regarding the concept of bargaining and Ibn Taymiyyah prohibitions against the concept of tawarruq then analyzed in narrative form. The results of the study show that the meaning of the sale and purchase of tawarruq in general is when someone who needs money and does not get someone who can provide a loan, then buys goods to someone on credit and resells them in cash to a third party with the intention of getting money or capital , then take advantage of the sales. Ibn Taymiyyah stated that the law of the sale and purchase of tawarruq was makruh. Keywords: Tawarruq, Fiqih Mu'amalah, Jumhur Ulama, Makruh.

Abstract

In Indonesia in general the community began to lead to a materialistic and hedonic attitude. They make material a measure of success and happiness. As a result, people often lose control. The more visible humans justify any means to achieve goals. In fact, true happiness and peace of mind cannot be obtained from material, position, long life and freedom. For those who do not find happiness and peace of mind with their glamor, the world seeks tranquility or happiness in its soul by reciting and following the tarekat. The practicing people believe, feel, and declare that through the practice of the teachings and practices of the tarekat this inner peace and essential happiness can be achieved. Of course, this was achieved not apart from the role of murshid who consistently guided and nurtured the spiritual practitioners through their practices and teachings. This means that spiritual education in the form of internalizing religious spiritual values ​​instilled by the murshid to the practitioners of the tarekat Qa> diriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah in Riba> t Taz \ kiyat al-Nafs South Bengkulu has a tremendous impact on changes in both psychological and mental and spiritually the practicers who in the end are able to change the behavior of the practicing person into a commendable person.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the content of the prayers of the people of Lahat Regency. The method that will be used in this research is qualitative. This approach was chosen because this type of qualitative research approach focuses on describing, analyzing and interpreting group culture. Apart from that, a historical approach will be used. The informants in this research are community figures, religious figures, who understand the adages in the Lahat Regency area. Then, in qualitative studies, the main research instrument is the researcher himself who is assisted by several implementers. The data mining techniques will be carried out by means of observation and in-depth interviews. Next, data regarding the substance of these sayings will be analyzed using content analysis. The results of this research found that based on the research we conducted with the framework and analysis used, information was obtained that the contents or messages contained in the sermons of the Besemah Malay community (with a few exceptions) were in line with Islamic teachings. In other words, the content of these sermons is a combination of the local culture of the Besemah Malay community, global culture and Islamic teachings, especially those related to society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan memahami peranan pemikiran filsafat dalam sejarah pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Filsafat sebagai induk dari semua disiplin ilmu, memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk dan mengarahkan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Jenis penelitian ini ialah studi literatur  dan analisis historis, penelitian ini menelusuri bagaimaan pemikiran filsafat telah mempengaruhi berbagai bidang ilmu mulai dari fisika hingga psikologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran filsafat telah berkontribusi signifikan dalam membentuk paradigma dan metodologi dalam berbagai disiplin ilmu. Filsafat membantu ilmuan dalam memahami dan menjelaskan fenomena yang mereka observasi serta dalam merumuskan hipotesis dan teori. Selain itu, filsafat juga berperan dalam mengevaluasi dan mengkritisi metode dan hasil penelitian sehingga memastikan bahwa ilmu pengetahuan berkembang dalam arah yang benar dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Parents and teachers have the responsibility to introduce and teach religious knowledge to children. In the process of memorizing the Koran, the role of parents and teachers in motivation is a very important dynamic aspect. With inner motivation, the memorization process will be maximized. Many children's lack of achievement is not due to their lack of ability, but because they lack motivation to learn. This research aims to analyze the strategies of teachers and parents in motivating children to memorize the Al-Qur'an. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The results of this research show that 1) the teacher uses strategies by memorizing verses sequentially, deposits, Talaqqi and Muroja'ah methods. Apart from that, the teacher does not move on to another verse, before the verse is completely memorized, repeats the memorized memorization, muroja'ah when students deposit their memorization; 2) parents use strategies by listening to children's memorization, and Muraja'ah; and 3) there are several types of collaboration between parents and teachers, namely parenting; communication between parents and teachers either directly or indirectly; and volunteerism.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the sale and purchase of dropshipping which fall into the category of Salam, Ijarah and Wakalah contracts and laws according to the Malikiyah and Syafi'iyah schools of thought. The research method used is qualitative with primary data sources obtained by interviewing the sources, with secondary data in the form of literature studies of previous research and fiqh books of the Malikiyah and Syafi'iyah schools. The results of the study show that the dropshipping buying and selling system is included in Salam, Ijarah and Wakalah contracts, as Syafi'iyah's opinion allows salam contracts which have a short estimated delivery time, called salam haal and with cash advance payments when the transaction takes place. As for the Maliki school, it does not allow the salam haal contract because the estimated time for delivery of the goods is short.
