Abstract

The background of this research is the increasing number of patients infected with the COVID-19 virus in Indonesia and in the world. This is greatly influenced by the clean and healthy lifestyle of the community. If this clean and healthy lifestyle can be carried out properly, then a person can minimize the risk of the virus. The purpose of this study was to determine a clean and healthy lifestyle during the Covid-19 pandemic. Physical Education Lecturer at STKIP PGRI Jombang. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, the instruments in this research are interview guides and questionnaires. The results of this study are that the lecturers of Physical Education STKIP PGRI Jombang and Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya have implemented a clean and healthy lifestyle both before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, namely by continuing to exercise. The types of sports that are mostly done during the COVID-19 pandemic with the highest percentage are Gymnastics, Jogging and Cycling. Meanwhile, for physical activity at home with the highest percentage that is mostly done is cleaning the house and cooking. By implementing a clean and healthy lifestyle and regularly exercising an average of at least 30 minutes per day, the Physical Education lecturer at STKIP PGRI Jombang and Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya is confident that with a fit and healthy body due to exercise, you will avoid Covid 19.

Abstract

The world of education is currently facing quite complex problems due to the spread of the corona virus or commonly known as Covid-19. Therefore, the government has issued various policies to prevent the spread of this disease, one of which is the policy issued by the Minister of Education and Culture Number 4 of 2020 which regulates the process of teaching and learning at home, namely online/distance learning. This study aims to describe teacher difficulties in learning PJOK via online in the era of the co-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that teachers experience difficulties in planning, implementing, and evaluating. The difficulties faced by teachers are: (1) Difficulties in choosing the type of assessment; (2) Difficulties in explaining material (3) Difficulties in evaluating students.

Abstract

One branch of sportis athletics and it was explained that getting maximum results in this sport is of course influenced by one's physical abilities. Purpose: to measure the accuracy of the psychomotor assessment instrument developed by the PJOK teacher on long jump material. Methods: Two teachers subject participated in this study. Documentation method used in this study then were analyzed used four indicators. Results and discussioin: The assessment instrument developed by the subject is still not sufficient to assess students' long jump abilities. Each item needs to be specified further to make it easier for the observer. Conclusion and Implications: The developed instrument is not appropriate so it needs for the further. It is necessary to have workshop activities to train PJOK teachers to develop assessment instruments. Limitation and recommendation: This study is only limited to the development of long jump psychomotor assessment. So, it is necessary to further develop psychomotor instruments in other sports

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the choice of PJOK material based on the curriculum in small classes by PJOK teachers. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with 22 lower-class PJOK teachers as subjects in elementary schools in Jombang District. The collection of data used is a non-test instrument in the form of a questionnaire and interviews. Research data is converted into a percentage. From the results of the data analysis, it was found that the choice of learning materials for elementary school PJOK teachers in Jombang District for grade 1 received a percentage of 50 percent, grade 2 received a percentage of 45 percent, and grade 3 received a percentage of 48 percent. It was concluded that small-class PJOK teachers in Jombang District had selected, implemented, and presented materials to students in order to achieve the curriculum, and the selection of PJOK materials in elementary schools in Jombang District had reached the minimum standards set in the teacher's book and student book. The following factors influence the choice of PJOK teacher material: infrastructure and teacher competence.
