Abstract

The purpose of this study to address learning problems volleyball student at the University of Pattimura Penjaskesrek 2011/2012. Research Methods class action through the method style of teaching practice (practice style) in learning the material passing on volleyball are: 1) The material presented part perbagian sequentially. 2) part of the material taught in advance was exhibited by lecturers / teachers in doing so. 3) Teaching can be done in groups include many students at once. 4) When used in learning will be more efficient although the instructional material taught in large numbers. 5) Fostering a sense of community in learning that will improve student learning motivation. 6) Feedback is done in groups. The results showed that there was a significant increase of each cycle. After the action value one cycle of learning outcomes obtained by the average value = 65%, in the second cycle of the average value = 73% and in the third cycle of the average value = 81%. volleyball skills test result is known that the average value of students is 84%. It shows that an increase in student penjaskesrek volleyball skills through the application of methods of exercise / drill.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengatasi permasalahan pembelajaran bola voli mahasiswa Penjaskesrek 2011/2012 di Universitas Pattimura. Metode Penelitian tindakan kelas melalui metode Gaya mengajar latihan (practice style) dalam belajar materi passing atas bolavoli adalah: 1) Materi disajikan bagian perbagian secara berurutan. 2) bagian materi diajarkan terlebih dahulu diperagakan oleh dosen/guru dalam melakukannya. 3) Pengajaran dapat dilakukan secara kelompok mencakup banyak mahasiswa sekaligus. 4) Waktu dipergunakan dalam belajar akan lebih efisien walaupun materi pembelajaran diajarkan dalam jumlah yang banyak. 5) Memupuk rasa kebersamaan dalam belajar sehingga akan meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa. 6) Umpan balik dilakukan secara kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan yang cukup berarti dari setiap siklusnya. Setelah tindakan nilai hasil belajar siklus 1 diperoleh rata-rata nilai = 65% , pada siklus 2 rata-rata nilai = 73% dan pada siklus 3 rata-rata nilai = 81%. hasil tes keterampilan bola voli diketahui bahwa rata-rata nilai mahasiswa adalah 84%. Ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan keterampilan bolavoli mahasiswa penjaskesrek melalui penerapan metode latihan/drill.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis : pengaruh interval treaning Terhadap kemampuan middle kick atlet muaythai club Pattimura Ambon. Penelitian eksperimen ini menggunakan desain one group pretest-posttest. Subjek dalam penelitian ini atlet senior putri club muaythai Pattimura Ambon. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analis uji-t. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis, maka hasi penelitian ini adalah interval treaning Terhadap kemampuan middle kick atlet muaythai club Pattimura Ambon. Dengan perhitungan thit sebesar 4,807. Maka dapat disimpulkan adanya pengaruh interval treaning Terhadap kemampuan middle kick atlet muaythai club Pattimura Ambon yang telah dibuktikan dengan uji-t. Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of the level of physical fitness on the learning outcomes basket ball of the 2018 classmates of the Penjaskesrek study program with a sample of 50 people. The methodology used in this study is an evaluative survey by measuring students' physical fitness and basketball learning outcomes. The research results show; (1) high fitness students with a mean value of 81 learning outcomes 81, (2) students with moderate fitness mean mean 7.8 basketball learning outcomes 84, while (3) students with low fitness 6.7 basketball learning outcomes 83. Based on the results of this study concluded that physical fitness had no effect on student basketball learning outcomes. This can be influenced by other factors, namely motivation to learn both in theory and practice.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of learning motivation of PJOk in students of MAN 3 Seram Timur, East Seram Regency. Motivation is one of the important elements that is very influential in the PJOK learning process, this is in line with the understanding of motivation according to Rahmiyanti 2017, motivation is the urge to move someone to behave, this urge is found in someone who moves something in accordance with the impulse within him. Thus, when students have motivation to learn PJOK, it can be ascertained that the participation of these students in learning will look good, but on the other hand, when students do not have motivation to learn PJOK, automatically these students will always be indifferent to learning PJOK. This research design uses quantitative descriptive research. Quantitative descriptive research, aims to describe, record, and analyze quantitatively the conditions under study. This research was conducted at MAN 3 Seram Timur, Seram Timur Regency with a population of 170 students and a sample of 100 students. Sampling was carried out using the Random Sampling technique, the data analysis technique was using the Percentage Formula. The results of the research conducted showed that PJOK learning motivation in MAN 3 Seram Timur students, East Seram Regency, there were 6% (6 samples) had very high PJOK learning motivation, 10% (10 samples) had high PJOK learning motivation, 33% ( 33 samples) have moderate learning motivation of PJOK, 47% (47 samples) have low learning motivation of PJOK, and 4% (4 samples) have very very low motivation to learn PJOK.

Abstract

This study aims to handle teacher perceptions of physical education models based on creativity and independence. The sample in this study were 24 elementary school teachers in Ambon city. The methodology used is research and development research with the dissemination stage. Data is taken by giving questionnaire to Physical Education teachers. The results showed that the teacher's perception of the model with a score of 404 or 15 people strongly agreed, 236 as many as 6 people agreed, 74 or 2 people disagreed, and 1 person disagreed. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the teacher's perception of the model is very good, and the effective model is used in the learning process

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the perception of Unpatti Penjaskesrek study program students class 2018 and 2019 towards online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The research method used is a survey. Survey research is used to collect information which is carried out by compiling a list of questions asked to respondents with a population of 2018 and 2019 Unpatti Penjaskesrek study program students. Sampling was carried out using probability sampling design. Then in the category of probability sampling technique the researcher used simple random technique. sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Test the validity of the instrument using the product moment correlation and the reliability test using the Cronbach alpha formula. The results of the study regarding the perception of Unpatti's Penjaskesrek study program students towards online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic were in the high category with a percentage of 74% or as many as 48 students. The number who entered the medium category was 26% or as many as 17 students and there was no response for the very high, low and very low categories. The data shows that students' perceptions are in the high category of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of leg muscle power training on the ability of straight kicks in Pencak Silat athletes from Setia Hati Terate Ahuru Ambon School. The research design used one group pre-test-post test. There are 2 (two) variables in this study, namely the independent variable (X) leg muscle power with indicators one step-jump, two leg-jump, vanch-jump, and kich-jump, dependent variable (Y) straight kick ability with indicators is the number of kicks. The population used in this study were male and female silat athletes from the Setia Hati Teratai school, totaling 15 people from green to white belt holders. Considering that the population has 7 green belts and 8 white belts, this study is a population study. The results of the study explained that leg muscle power training had a significant effect on the ability to kick straight. These results explain that there is an increase in the ability of straight kicks in the pencak silat athlete Setia Hati Teratai, Ahuru Ambon.Abstract is a summary that explains the entire contents of the article. Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk menguatkan kemampuan mengenali dan menyelesaikan soal Ujian Pengetahuan (UP) PPG berbasis HOTS yang dimiliki oleh guru PJOK di Kota Ambon sehingga kemampuannya meningkat dan mampu lulus pada pelaksanaan PPG. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah ModelTechnical Assistance dalam bentuk Training. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah guru PJOK tingkat SD dan SMP di Kota Ambon sebanyak 20 orang. Instrumen evaluasi kegiatan ini adalah tes untuk mengetahui pemahaman guru terkait materi yang diberikan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasil tes kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenali dan menyelesaiakan soal Ujian Pengetahuan (UP) PPG dari guru dapat meningkat. Nilai yang baik pada tes serta respon positif yang diberikan oleh guru menunjukkan keberhasilan kegiatan ini.
