Abstract

Coelogyne dayana (Rchb.) merupakan salah satu anggrek spesies yang berpotensi mengalami kepunahan. Keberadaan Coelogyne dayana dapat dipertahankan melalui perbanyakan dengan teknik kultur jaringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi berbagai konsentrasi NAA dan BAP pada media VW bagi pertumbuhan eksplan Coelogyne dayana menggunakan eksplan tunas anggrek hasil kultur jaringan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Bioteknologi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak yang berlangsung dari September hingga Desember 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan percobaan faktorial dengan pola Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 2 faktor yaitu NAA dan BAP masing-masing terdiri dari 4 taraf (0,0 ppm, 0,5 ppm, 1,0 ppm, 1,5 ppm). Variabel yang diamati adalah waktu terbentuk akar, jumlah akar, waktu terbentuk tunas, jumlah tunas dan pertambahan jumlah daun. Data pengamatan diolah dengan ANOVA dan uji lanjut BNJ taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi NAA dan BAP yang efektif terhadap pertambahan jumlah daun anggrek Coelogyne dayana adalah tanpa NAA dan tanpa BAP. Perlakuan tanpa NAA memberikan hasil yang efektif terhadap jumlah akar, jumlah tunas dan pertambahan jumlah daun. Pemberian NAA 1,5 ppm memberikan nilai rerata tertinggi terhadap jumlah akar (5,77 helai), jumlah tunas (3,25 tunas) dan pertambahan jumlah daun (8,71 helai). Perlakuan BAP 0,5 ppm memberikan hasil yang efektif terhadap jumlah tunas dan pertambahan jumlah daun. Perlakuan tanpa BAP memberikan hasil yang efektif dan nilai rerata terbaik terhadap waktu terbentuk akar (17,86 HST), jumlah akar (6,26 helai) dan waktu terbentuk tunas (30,85 HST).Kata kunci: Coelogyne dayana, BAP, NAA, kultur jaringan, VW.

Abstract

There are some constrain in obtaining common tissue culture medium, such as hard to make, the chemicals is hard to find and the price is relatively high so it needs an alternative medium that is easily obtained and be able to give the same effect with commonly used tissue culture medium. Hydroponics fertilizer can be used as an alternative medium because it is easy to make and relatively low price compared to MS medium. The research aims to determine wether hydroponic fertilizers can be used as an alternative medium and to find the best type of hydroponic fertilizer to the growth of Dendrobium sp. orchid on tissue culture. The research was conducted from December 20, 2017 to March 20, 2018 at the Laboratory of Biotechnology Faculty of Agriculture, Tanjungpura University. This research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with one factor i.e. MS, WB Mix, Nutrisi Hidroponik, Veggie Mix, and Goodplant. The variables observed in this research include the increase number of leaves (piece), the increase number of root (piece), the time to buds appearance (weeks) and  number of buds (buds). The results showed that in general the use of hydroponic fertilizer as alternative medium for tissue culture medium provide equal response with MS medium to the growth of Dendrobium sp. orchids, but on MS medium the growth of buds is faster than all types of hydroponic fertilizer as alternative medium. Keyword : Alternative Medium, Dendrobium sp. Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effect of bamboo root extract and find the best concentration on the growth and yield of mung  bean on alluvial soil. This research was conducted in the village of Sungai Itik, Sungai Kakap District, Kuburaya. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), which consisted of a 6 treatments and 4 replication, each treatment consisting of 4 samples, so that there were 96 plants.  The treatment were : p0 = without bamboo root extract, p1 = 10 ml/l, p2 = 20 ml/l, p3 = 30 ml/l, p4 = 40 ml/ l, p5 =  50 ml/l. The variables observed were to plant height, dry weight of plants, dry root weight,  the number of productive branches, number of pods, weight of dry beans per plant, and weight of 100 dry seeds.  The results showed that the bamboo root extract has a significant  effect on plant height, dry weight of plants, the number of productive branches, weight of dry beans per plant,  number of pods but bamboo root extract did not significantly affect the weight variable of 100 dry seeds. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh POC                         (Pupuk Organik Cair) terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kailan hidroponik. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan enam perlakuan dan empat ulangan dan masing – masing ulangan terdiri dari 3 sampel tanaman.        Total dari seluruh sampel penelitian adalah 72 tanaman. Perlakuan yang dimaksud adalah p0 (10 ml/ liter air larutan nutrisi AB Mix), p1 (200 ml/ liter air POC kotoran ayam), p2 (250 ml/ liter air POC kotoran ayam), p3 (300 ml/ liter air POC kotoran ayam), p4 (350 ml/ liter air POC kotoran ayam), dan p5 (400 ml/ liter air POC kotoran ayam). Variabel pengamatan yaitu volume akar, luas daun, berat kering, jumlah daun dan berat segar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian POC kotoran ayam tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua variabel, yaitu volume akar, luas daun, berat kering, jumlah daun dan berat segar tanaman.                                                                                          Kata Kunci : hidroponik, kailan, POC kotoran ayam

Abstract

Media kultur merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang menentukan keberhasilan perbanyakan dengan kultur in vitro. Media dasar kultur in vitro seperti Murashige and Skoog (MS) dalam pembuatannya rumit serta bahan-bahan kimia yang relatif mahal dan terkadang sulit untuk didapat. Media  alternatif pupuk dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif karena harga bahan-bahan yang murah, mudah didapat dan kandungan unsur haranya lengkap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan anggrek Phalaenopsis hibrid pada media MS dan berbagai jenis media alternatif secara in vitro. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 27 Maret hingga 27 Juli 2017 di Laboratorium Bioteknologi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura. Penelitian ini menggunakan pola Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) satu faktor yaitu media MS, Growquick S, Growmore, Hyponex hijau dan Gandasil D dengan penambahan BAP 1,5 ppm dan air kelapa 100 ml/l. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini meliputi pertambahan jumlah daun (helai), pertambahan jumlah akar (helai), waktu terbentuk tunas (MST), jumlah tunas (tunas) dan persentase eksplan membentuk tunas (%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan media alternatif lebih mampu mendorong pembentukan tunas dibandingkan media MS pada persentase eksplan membentuk tunas meskipun respon pertumbuhan anggrek Phalaenopsis hibrid secara umum sama baiknya pada media MS maupun media alternatif. Media alternatif pupuk Gandasil D menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik pada persentase eksplan membentuk tunas, yaitu sebesar 75% dibandingkan dengan media alternatif lainnya. Kata kunci : Anggrek, In Vitro, Media Alternatif, Media MS, Phalaenopsis Hibrid

Abstract

Dalam perancangan penelitian ini dibuat robot yang bisa mengenali benda berdasarkan warna dengan menggunakan mikrokontroler berbasis arduino uno.Robot akan mengelompokkan jenis ban yang sama secara otomatis Robot ini mendeteksi 3 macam warna yaitu merah, hijau, warna biru yang terdeteksi dengan menggunakan Sensor warna mencakup frekuensi keluaran, frekuensi frekuensi yang dihasilkan tergantung pada kepekaan cahaya. Sebagai pusat kendali menggunakan bahasac. Sensor warna yang digunakan untuk membaca RGB adalah sensor TCS3200. Sensor ini memiliki jarak optimal dan nilai cahaya untuk memaksimalkan pembacaan nilai RGB, yaitu jarak 8 cm dari sensor warna ke objek objek. Sedangkan untuk mengukur bentuk dan tinggi badan menggunakan sensor ultrasonik. Sensor ultrasonik akan membaca objek dengan ketinggian sekitar 8 cm.untuk mendapatkan kontrol logika fuzzy nialai yang terlihat dari ketinggian benda dan penempatan benda. Dalam desain ini memnggunakan logika logika mamdani untuk inputnya yaitu warna dan jarak RGB, jadi untuk outputnya adalah warna (merah, hijau, biru). Jadi dalam penyimpanan data yang menggunakan data base phpmyadmin pengganti data bermanfaat untuk dilaporkan ke manajemen. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa Lengan robot baik digunakan untuk membantu pekerja bekerja lebih praktis sehingga tidak memakan waktu lama dalam memisahkan dan menggerakkan ban

Abstract

Risiko selalu ada dalam setiap proses pekerjaan proyek dan apabila risiko ini tidak diantisipasi dengan benar dan tepat oleh pihak penyedia proyek, maka dapat menghambat pelaksanaan proyek, atau bahkan dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya kerugian. Maksud dan tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor risiko  paling dominan dan melakukan mitigasi risiko yang ada pada proyek Gedung K3 Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara melalui instrumen skala likert, analisa data menggunakan analisis bantuan aplikasi SPSS 24 dan  penelitian ini menggunakan metode probability impact matrix. Hasil penelitian menemukan 2 faktor dominan yaitu : (1) Kesalahan perencanaan manajemen, (2) Ketersediaan material. Risiko tersebut termasuk dalam kategori risiko yang harus dicegah dengan respon risiko agar tidak terjadi keparahan. Kata kunci : Risiko, mitigasi, Lumpsum, Kontrak.

Abstract

Diatoms are the largest phytoplankton group and as the primary producer in marine waters. This research was conducted in September 2016 around Cawan Island of In-dragiri Hilir Regency of Riau Province. The aim of this research was to determine the structure of epiphytic diatom community on the midrib of Nypa fruticans and to deter-mine water quality as well as to see the relationship of epiphytic diatoms abundance with water quality. The survey method was applied in this research and sampling loca-tion determined by purposive sampling. Measurement of water quality was done by in situ and ex situ which consist of biology, physics and chemical parameters. Nitrate concentrations in waters ranged from 0,0139 to 0,0639 mg/l and phosphate concentra-tions ranged from 0,1342 to 0,2345 mg/l. The epiphytic diatoms on the midrib of Nypa fruticans in Cawan Island consist of 18 genera of diatoms, the average value of abun-dance ranged from 7.385 to 23.042 individual/cm2, the mean value of diversity index ranged from 1,41 to 2,05.The dominance index value ranged from 0,27 to 0,52 and the uniformity index value ranged from 0,58 to 0,91. Meanwhile, the correlation of diatom abundance with concentration of nitrate was 0,21 (weak relationship) and correlation of diatomic abundance with phosphate concentration was 0,11 (very weak relation-ship). Based on the result of epiphytic diatom calculation on the midrib of Nypa fruti-cans can be concluded that the waters in Cawan Island was in medium contaminated condition.

Abstract

ABSTRACT According to John Dewey, education is a process of forming fundamental fundamental abilities, both concerning thinking (intellectually) and feeling power (emotionally), leading to human and ordinary human nature. Education as a rearrangement or reconstruction of various experiences and events experienced in an individual's life so that everything new becomes more focused and meaningful. John Dewey adheres to pragmatism. That is, the educational process is only about ideas that can be put into practice that are correct and useful. Ideas that exist only in ideas are also indecisive about the reality of sense objects, they are nonsense to pragmatism. The philosophy of thinking about education is reflective thinking, which is a way of thinking that starts from the problems that are faced with it to be solved. According to John Dewey, learning should be focused on practice and trial and error. Humans must be active, full of interest, and ready to explore. Therefore education must be restructured not only as preparation for maturity, but education as a continuation of the growth of the mind and the continuation of life light. Education is directed at social efficiency by providing the ability to participate in activities for the fulfillment of common interests and welfare freely and maximally. John Dewey criticized a lot of traditional education patterns, namely education patterns that make children the object of education, not the subject of education. He does not agree with the concept of traditional education, which states that the focus of education is outside children, whether it be teachers, books, infrastructure, or others. Because the concept of traditional education makes school a formal place for listening, for mass instruction, and separate from life. Traditional education patterns will not be able to see children as living things that grow in their own experiences and then develop them in an environment in accordance with their basic potential. Therefore education needs to be organized in a democratic manner. All adult students are encouraged to participate in shaping the values ​​that govern life together. The science of education cannot be separated from philosophy, that the purpose and aim of the school is to generate a democratic attitude to life and to develop it.

Abstract

Improving the quality of graduates of Islamic religious colleges (PTKI) is an urgent urgency for immediate improvement. Basically, quality improvement can be done with a strategy to change one of the subsystems: people, structure, technology, and organizational processes. In relation to the study of strategies for improving quality graduates in tertiary institutions, the changes were made to the human and technology subsystems, including: (1) students being educated; (2) lecturers as educators and lecturers; and (3) facilities and infrastructure. To get students with the best seeds, a selection system that only considers quality, not the target number of students, can be done so that the output (graduates) can compete in the labor market. In addition, national standardization of the level of student ability in mastering subjects needs to be carried out through the National Examination of the Study Program. Apart from being a teacher, a lecturer is also an educator who educates prospective scholars to become human beings who have the same qualities as the purpose of education. To carry out this function, lecturers must have a functional position and improve their abilities through education to the Masters or Doctoral level as well as various seminars or training activities. Likewise with the facilities and infrastructure, which includes student practical equipment in the laboratory or adequate computerization.
