Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: Most Indonesians understand that waqf only applies to certain assets that are not growing, nowadays waqf management must begin to shift in a more productive direction so that it can provide wider benefits. The concept of productive waqf is a new paradigm in developing waqf assets where the proceeds from these assets can empower the community.Purpose/Objective Study: This research aims to measure the impact of utilizing mauquf 'alaih funds managed by Rumah Wakaf to help business actors, micro, small and medium (MSMEs) in the process of their business activities so that they become better and can increase income..Design/Methodology/Approach: This research uses Social Return on Investment (SROI) analysis, the method used is a mix method by combining qualitative and quantitative. The sample was determined using purposive sampling and data collection through field observations, in-depth interviews and document studies, while determining the SROI ratio value using the equation of Net Present Value of Benefit and Net Present Value of Investment.Findings: The findings of this research show that the impact of utilizing mauquf 'alaih funds provided in the form of business carts based on SROI calculations is 1.95 : 1, meaning that every Rp 1 contribution will produce a benefit of Rp 1.95. So that the mauquf 'alaih funds generated from productive waqf have an impact on business actors and can be categorized as a feasible and targeted program.Paper Type: Research Article.

Abstract

This study focus on identifying medical images by proposing the Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT), Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) and Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) transformation watermarking technique and prove an increase the quality of watermarked images is good in terms of imperceptibility. Due to reduce the need for data memory compression is applied to the host image, where the compression technique chosen is lossless so that the compressed host image experiences a decrease in file size while maintaining data integrity, to maintain image degradation perceptions and diagnostic quality standards during the watermarking process. Here, we use DWT-DCT-SVD and Run Length Encoding (RLE). A good Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) more than 30 dB using over than 200 compression size. The extracted watermark image is quite good with a fairly high PSNR value. The highest compression result size is in 32.2511.

Abstract

Public Street Lighting (PJU) plays an important role in transportation infrastructure, especially at night. Currently, complaints about PJU damage are only made using social media. This research designs and builds a web-based PJU complaint system with real-time notifications via WhatsApp in Pemalang Regency. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. This system is built with PHP and MySQL, with WhatsApp notification integration to ensure accurate and real-time complaint information. The system trial involved the community, showing the system's effectiveness in increasing reporting efficiency and officer response. The system provides easy online reporting and real-time notifications via the website and WhatsApp. This system is expected to improve community services and PJU management. The results can be a reference for the development of similar systems in other areas.

Abstract

Microsoft office powerpoint provides slide facilities to accommodate talking points that will be conveyed to students. With animation facilities, each slide can be modified very attractively. Likewise with the facilities: front picture, sound, and visual effects that can be used to make good and attractive slides so as to accommodate the learning modalities of students. This program can accommodate students who have audio, visual and kinesthetic types. Canva is an online design program that provides a variety of tools such as presentations, resumes, posters, pamphlets, brochures, graphics, infographics, banners, bookmarks, bulletins, and so on that are provided in the Canva application. The purpose of this service is a workshop on making interactive ppt using the Canva application. This workshop was conducted for UPTD SDN Pangeranan 1 Bangkalan educators. Community service activities are carried out through several stages of activities, including: Preparation and Briefing, Implementation, and Program Sustainability Planning. After the workshop, educators are able to create interactive PPT using the Canva application that is interesting and fun for students.

Abstract

The innovation of submerged or submerged robots is currently prominent enough to be noticed by the general public, the country and even the world. Previously there were still many submerged exercises that were controlled using cable media. In this research, the diving robot controller uses wireless conductive media. Because currently robots can move submerged, it is hoped that they can help human activities. The Submerged Pack robot is an Arduino-based ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) which is smaller than usual. This robot uses 4 engines to move and is equipped with a camera and lighting frame to screen submerged conditions. Arduino as the main microcontroller controls the Flysky FS-i6 via a link so that the robot can be controlled from above the water surface. The essence of this examination is to be able to design submerged robots that can replace traditional submerged exercises. The main thing in the scaled-down ROV plan is its control frame and watertight frame. The framework for the observation and lighting system uses lights and is equipped with a camera. The expected results from this diving robot are normal, that the robot can move according to the four commands which can be applied as a prototype for observing diving.
