Abstract

Sub urban of madiun region is area of the border between urban and rural development which experience a lot of road construction and the settlement. This is resulted in damage to the natural habitat of various species of birds. Damage to vegetation or habitat, caused a change in the adaptability of birds that could potentially affect the abundance of birds. The purpose of the study was to determine the type and abundance of bird in the west of sub urban Madiun. The method used is the encounter rates. Results from observational studies with a total of 75 hours indicates the total number of birds species were more abundant in the morning than the afternoon. The most abundant bird is Collocalia fuciphaga with the amounts 576 and a value of abundance 76.8, There are three species that protected by laws: Alcedo meninting, Cloris todirhamphus, and Aethopyga mystacalis. Abstract

Community empowerment with callina papaya cultivation is one form of utilization ground that have high economic value. Community usually only planted cassava and vegetables for daily consumption. Callina papaya is one of the crops that have high potential to sold, long harvest time, easy and simple treatment. Land use of Setono Ngrambe with Callina papaya cultivation is a creative solution for the development of natural resources and human resources to increase the income of society. This community service program carried out over 4 months including observation, training, mentoring and evaluation. Training and socialization going well and get good responses. Community enthusiastic following the training and socialization of papaya callina cultivation. In this training, community trained by team to do organic farming using cow urine fermentation. Material in this training include the introduction of papaya Callina, potential, and methods of cultivation. Government of Setono village make the Memorandum of Understanding that contains the community willingness to lend their land for planting Callina papaya in a supervision of IKIP PGRI MADIUN. Callina papaya can be excellent products and potentially make Setono Village as suppliers Callina papaya in East Java.Keywords: callina papaya, critical land, organic farming

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui manfaat penerapan program pendidikan inklusi untuk anak usia dini. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Labschool Rumah Citta Yogyakarta pada bulan April-Juni 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subyek penelitian adalah murid Labschool Rumah Citta dari usia 2-7 tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Humberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa program pendidikan inklusi yang diterapkan di Labschool Rumah Citta memberikan manfaat baik bagi anak yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus mapupun anak normal pada umumnya. Penerapan program pendidikan inklusi di Labschool Rumah Citta dapat menstimulasi perkembangan dan menanamkan nilai karakter pada anak, yaitu: (1) anak mau saling membantu dan bermain bersama dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus; (2) anak dapat mengenal dan menghargai perbedaan; (3) anak memiliki tanggung jawab dan rasa percaya diri; dan (4) anak memiliki keterampilan sosial AbstractThe purpose of this study to determine the benefits of the implementation of inclusive education programs for early childhood. The research was conducted at Labschool Rumah Citta Yogyakarta in April-June 2016. This research used qualitative approach with research case study type. The subjects of the study were students of Labschool Rumah Citta from the age of 2-7 years. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using interactive models Miles and Humberman. The results showed that the inclusion education program implemented at Labschool Rumah Citta provides benefits for children with special needs and normal children. Implementation of inclusion education program at Labschool Rumah Citta can stimulate development and instill character value in children, namely: (1) children want to help each other and play together with children with special needs; (2) children can recognize and appreciate differences; (3) the child has responsibility and confidence; And (4) children have social skills.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kompetensi emosi dengan interaksi teman sebaya anak usia 5-6 tahun. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2019 dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 82 anak dan orangtua anak usia 4-5 tahun di Gugus Cempaka Mojosongo. Pengambilan data dari penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada guru dan orang tua. Hasil uji hipotesis korelasi Spearman’s rho menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya hipotesis diterima, yaitu adanya hubungan kompetensi emosi dengan interaksi teman sebaya anak usia 5-6 tahun. Hasil nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,783 menggunakan uji hipotesis Spearman’s rho, yang artinya semakin tinggi kompetensi emosi anak maka semakin tinggi interaksi teman sebaya anak. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini mengutarakan bahwa terdapat hubungan diantara kompetensi emosi dengan interaksi teman sebaya anak berusia 5-6 tahun. Kata kunci : Kompetensi Emosi. Interaksi teman sebaya, anak 5-6 tahun ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the relationship of emotional competence with peer interactions of children aged 5-6 years. The approach in this study used quantitative approaches to the type of correlation research. This research was conducted in May 2019 using a sample of 82 children and parents of children aged 5-6 years in the Cempaka Mojosongo Group. Retrieval of data from this study used questionnaires distributed to teachers and parents. Hypothesis test results of Spearman’s rho correlation indicate that the significance value is 0,000 <0,05, which means the hypothesis is accepted, namely the relationship of emotional competence with peer interactions of children aged 5-6 years. The results of the correlation coefficient of 0.783 use the Spearman’s rho hypothesis test, which means that the higher the child's emotional competence, the higher the child's peer interaction. The conclusions from the results of the study indicate that there is a relationship between emotional competence and peer interaction of children aged 5-6 years.   Keywords: emotional competence ,peer interaction , children aged 5-6 years

Abstract

Karakter adalah perilaku yang sudah terpatri dalam diri seseorang dan telah menjadi kebiasaan di kehidupan sehari-hari. Penanaman karakter diharapkan dapat menghasilkan kepribadian yang beradab dan berakhlakul karimah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan karakter pada anak usia 4-5 tahun dengan penerapan cerita rakyat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek yang digunakan di penelitian ini adalah anak usia 4-5 tahun. Teknik dalam mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan juga dokumentasi. Uji validitas menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Sedangkan teknik analis menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif dengan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil yang optimal pada penanaman karakter anak melalui penerapan cerita rakyat. Penanaman karakter terlihat dari indikator yang dinilai yaitu berdoa sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan, mengucapkan kata-kata santun, tidak mudah mengeluh dan cengeng, dapat merapikan peralatan/ mainan. Hasil keseluruhan penanaman karakter setelah diterapkannya cerita rakyat pada siklus I, 12 anak sudah menunjukkan penanaman nilai karakter dengan baik. Siklus II mencapai 19 anak, dan siklus III mencapai 23 anak yang menunjukkan penanaman karakter dengan baik. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa melalui bercerita dengan cerita rakyat dapat digunakan sebagai upaya penanaman karkater pada anak berusia 4-5 tahun. Kata Kunci: cerita rakyat, penanaman karakter, anak usia dini

Abstract

Nowdays, children prefer to do activities using electronic tools and less often culturally read. The importance of introduction and reading culture applied since early childhood is expected to make children a literate and broad-minded generation. Introduction and reading culture is done by the nearest child (parents and teachers). The purpose of this research is to know the literacy program conducted by Library and Archives Service in realizing the literacy of early childhood, as well as the supporting facilities provided for the implementation of the literacy program. This research was conducted in the Regional Library of Bantul Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach to case studies Forms of literacy programs for early childhood include: 1) Visits to the library and reading books, 2) Screening, 3) Writing workshop. The literacy program focuses on the introduction of pre-school pre-school literacy.

Abstract

Science processing skills (SPS) is a psychomotor ability in 2013 curriculum. The implementation of SPS can be done well in the planning or in the learning process. This research aimed to analyze X grade students’ potentials of SPS in biology in senior high school “Y”, Ponorogo regency. This research used descriptive qualitative research. The data in this research were collected from non-test way using observation and documentation. The learning process was analyzed using the instrument of SPS evaluation in eight aspects 1) formulating the hypothesis, 2) planning experiment, 3) conducting the experiment, 4) doing observation, 5) interpreting data, 6) predicting, 7) implementing the concept, and 8) communicating. These aspects have four indicators. The analyzed learning process was in the material of Bryophyte and Pteridophytes. The analysis of data was in descriptive quantitative. The results of the analysis were aspect 3) was 35.29%, aspect 4) was 23.54%, aspect 5) was 11.76%, aspect 6) was 11.76%, and aspect 8) was 17.65%. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that X grade students’ science processing skills in Senior High School “Y” Ponorogo regency have not been optimally used and in the low category. It is suggested that there should be a planning and designing of practicum in the learning process.

Abstract

This activity was carried out in Gugus Mawar, Karanganyar Regency. The service activity aims to provide training to preschool (PAUD) and kindergarten teachers of Gugus Mawar, Karanganyar  about the application of the among system (asah, asih, asuh) to instill character valuesin early childhood. The training participants consisted of 20 teachers of preschool and kindergarten in Gugus Mawar, Karangannyar. The training was carried out in three stages, namely (1) Pre-implementation, (2) Implementation, and (3) Monitoring and Evaluation. The training material were (1) material about the concept of the among system, early childhood learning, and the character valuesthat must be inculcated in early childhood; (2) learning device material that applies among systems to instill the character values of early childhood; (3) the implementation of among system in learning to instill the character values of early childhood in their respective schools. The material given during the training resulted in preschool and kindergarten teachers in Gugus Mawar, Karangannyar being able to develop learning instrument, carry out learning, and instill character valuesin early childhood by implementing the among (asah, asih, asuh) systems.
