Abstract

Each stage of career development raises special characteristics that are not had by other stages of career development. These characteristics are seen to be related to the dimensions of OCB which will then affect the employee's OCB as a whole. Establishment stage, someone who is at the age of 25-44 years where the person tries to adapt at work. Maintenance stage, someone who is at the age of 45-64 years who feels comfort in his job position, will take care and maintain the position as best as possible. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in OCB levels reviewed based on the stages of career development. This study uses comparative quantitative research. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling with a total sample of 60 employees divided into two sample groups, namely 30 employees aged 25-44 years and 30 employees aged 45-64 years. Data retrieval uses the OCB scale. Obtained the results of the analysis of independent sample t test with a t count value of 6.198 and a probability of 0.000, these results indicate that OCB are have significant differences in terms of the stage of career development.

Abstract

Abstrak. Membanjirnya iklan produk fashion di berbagai media dan mudahnya mendapatkan produk pakaian, membuat keputusan berbelanja anak-anak muda lebih didasarkan pada aspek emosi. Keputusan berbelanja seringkali dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan gengsi atau penghargaan dari orang lain dapat mendorong mereka melakukan belanja kompulsif.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran avoidance coping dalam memediasi hubungan antara contingent self-esteem dengan belanja kompulsif pakaian. Subjek   penelitian ini berjumlah 276 mahasiswi Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang Angkatan 2018 yang diambil dengan teknik stratified sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam proses pengumpulan data adalah: skala Contingent Self-esteem (CSE), skala Coping Respon Inventoty (CRI)  dan skala  belanja kompulsif pakaian.  Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode  Mediation Analysis dari Hyes menunjukkan  bahwa avoidance coping mampu memediasi hubungan antara contingent self-esteem dengan belanja kompulsif yang ditunjukkan dengan B=0.322; dengan p=0.006 (<0.01).Kata Kunci: avoidance coping, contingent self-esteem, belanja kompulsif Abstract. Shopping decisions are often meant to get prestige or appreciation from others, which can encourage them to do compulsive shopping. This study aims to determine the role of avoidance coping in mediating the relationship between contingent self-esteem and compulsive shopping for clothing. The subject of this study amounted to 276 female students at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang Force 2018 taken by stratified sampling technique. The measures used were: Contingent Self-esteem (CSE) scale, Inventory Response Coping scale (CRI) and clothing compulsive shopping scale. Data analysis was performed by the Mediation Analysis method from Hyes showed that avoidance coping was able to mediate the relationship between contingent self-esteem and compulsive spending as indicated by B=0.322; with p=0.006 (<0.01). Abstract

This research was aimed to analysis and described motivations and kinds of consumer values Japanese comics. The methods used in this research is quantitative research. The subject in this research is 35 students State Yunior High School in Malang, which is using incidental sampling techniques. The instrument to collect the data is questionare. The data analysis methods is quantitaive descriptive. The first result of the research are the motivating factor is social needs, egoistic needs, self actualization and safety needs. The second, the values Japanese comics is the picture and the language used in the Japanese comics are more understandable, the topic is varieties and almost the same with Indonesian culture ever it is more realistic storys and the cost is cheaper than American comics.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan lingkungan fisik dan lingkungan sosial yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 25 tamu hotel bintang tiga di kota Malang yang diambil dengan teknik sampel insidental. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan interviu, sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa25 % reponden menyatakan desain eksterior hotel merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kepuasan mereka dalam memilih hotel, 37% responden merasa nyaman bila kendaraannya terlindung dari sinar matahari dan hujan, 47 % responden menyatakan bahwa kamar, furniture, desain interior hotel, kondisi lingkungan yang tidak bising serta perlindungan terhadap privasi juga merupakan faktor yang dapat membuat mereka puas, 41% responden mengatakan bahwa kepuasan mereka dipengaruhi oleh karyawan hotel yang berpenampilan menarik dan responsif, 16.67% responden menyatakan bahwa empati karyawan hotel juga merupakan faktor yang membuat mereka puas.Kata kunci: Lingkungan Fisik dan Sosial, Kepuasan KonsumenThis research aimed to analyze and describe of hotel environment, both physical and social environment which influence to the customer satisfaction. The method used in this research was descriptive quantitative research. Subjects in this research were 25 three-star hotel customers in Malang. Sampling procedure used in this research was incidental sampling. The instruments used in collecting the data were open questionare and interview. Method to analyze data is procentage. It was found that twenty five of respondents stated that exterior design of the hotel was the main factor that influenced customer satisfaction in choosing a hotel. Thirty seven percent of respondents stated that they felt comfort if their vehicles were protected from sunlight and rain. Forty seven percent of respondents stated that room condition, the furniture, interior design, lack of noise and privacy protection were factors that related to their satissfaction. Forty one percent respondent said that attractive and responsive employees and 16.67% respondents said empathic employees make them feel satissfied.Key words: Physical and Social Environment, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Masa remaja adalah masa peralihan dari anak-anak ke dewasa. Di masa remaja banyak sekali terjadi perubahan pada diri anak. Mulai dari fisik, emosi, dan kognitif. Perubahan-perubahan itu mempengaruhi hakekat relasi orang tua dan remaja itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, di masa remaja seringkali menjadi masa-masa yang kritis. Karena pada tahapan inilah seseorang mencari identitas dirinya. Fakta-fakta tersebut juga terdapat pada siswa akselerasi di MAN I Malang, beberapa anak mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola dirinya sehingga membuat belajarnya tidak maksimal pada hal tuntutan akademik sangat tinggi dengan adanya batasan masa studi selama dua tahun. Selain itu, banyak keluhan yang disampaikan oleh para guru khususnya guru Bimbingan Konseling bahwa terdapat beberapa masalah yang perlu mendapat perhatian khusus, yaitu terkait dengan pengembangan soft skill sehingga perlu kiranya dilakukan pendampingan khusus dalam rangka memberikan fasilitas untuk pengembangan diri siswa akselerasi.  Hasil dari pengabdian ini menggambarkan bahwa siswa akselerasi sangat tertarik dengan kegiatan ini dan melalui kegiatan ini siswa akselerasi dapat mengetahui potensi psikologisnya sehingga membantu siswa akselerasi dapat lebih mudah untuk mengoptimalkan potensi-potensinya.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, almost all student activities are carried out from home, whether for lectures, shopping, etc. The number of activities carried out at home for a long period has resulted in students feeling bored/bored and feeling pressured by their routine activities. They seek entertainment by looking at the products offered in online store outlets. This can encourage students to spend excessively or compulsively, especially for students who are less able to regulate emotions. This study aims to empirically prove the effect of emotion regulation on compulsive shopping and wants to know the dimensions of emotional regulation inability that support students' compulsive spending. This study uses a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study amounted to 166 active students of the Faculty of Psychology, University of Muhammadiyah Malang. The data collection methods used were the Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS) and the compulsive shopping scale for clothing. Data analysis was performed using the regression analysis method with the help of the SPSS version 21 program. The results of the analysis showed that there was an influence of emotion regulation on compulsive clothing shopping. The dimensions of difficulty controlling impulses and refusing to realize emotions are dimensions of the inability to regulate emotions that play a major role in compulsive shopping for clothes. Di masa pandemi Covid 19 ini hampir semua aktivitas mahasiswa dilakukan dari rumah, baik untuk aktivitas perkuliahan, berbelanja, dll. Banyaknya aktivitas yang dilakukan dilakukan di rumah dalah kurun waktu yang cukup lama ini mengakibatkan mahasiswa merasa jenuh/bosan dan merasa tertekan dengan aktivitas-aktivitas rutinnya. Mereka mencari hiburan dengan melihat-lihat produk yang ditawarkan di gerai toko online. Hal ini dapat mendorong mahasiswa untuk melakukan pembelanjaan secara berlebihan atau kompulsif terutama pada mahasiswa yang kurang mampu melakukan regulasi emosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh regulasi emosi terhadap belanja kompulsif dan ingin mengetahui dimensi ketidakmampuan regulasi emosi yang mendukung pembelanjaan kompulsif mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 166 mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Metode pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah skala Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS) dan skala belanja kompulsif pakaian.  Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis regresi dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 21. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh regulasi emosi terhadap pembelanjaan kompulsif pakaian. Dimensi kesulitan mengontrol impuls dan menolak menyadari emosi merupakan dimensi ketidakmampuan melakukan regulasi emosi yang berperan besar terhadap belanja kompulsif pakaian.

Abstract

Objektif:Pandemi Covid 19 yang mewabah di seluruh dunia saat ini berdampak pada cara individu dalam melakukan berbagai macam aktivitas, salah satunya dalam melakukan pembelanjaan. Banyaknya aktivitas individu yang dilakukan di rumah dan penggunaan IT dengan intensitas tinggi mendorong pesatnya perkembangan e-marketing dan maraknya pembelanjaan online. Pesatnya perkembangan fashion di Indonesia membuat mahasiswi mudah terpengaruh iklan atau teman, sehingga mendorong mereka melakukan pembelanjaan pakaian secara kompulsif. Mahasiswi dengan approach coping tinggi cenderung rasional dalam berbelanja sehingga mereka memiliki kecenderungan rendah untuk melakukan belanja kompulsif pakaian. Apalagi bila mereka sedang menempuh studi pada fakultas eksakta, yang cenderung banyak menggunakan analisa sintesa dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan approach coping dengan belanja kompulsif pakaian pada mahasiswa dengan fakultas eksakta dan non eksakta sebagai variabel moderator.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 264 mahasiswi aktif Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Metode pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah skala Coping Respon Inventoty (CRI) dan skala belanja kompulsif pakaian.  Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis moderasi (Moderation Analysis) dari Hyes dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 21. Temuan: Hasil analisis menunjukkan ada hubungan negatif antara approach coping dengan belanja kompulsif pakaian pada mahasiswi. Program studi mampu memoderasi hubungan antara approach coping dengan belanja kompulsif pakaian pada mahasiswi.Kesimpulan:Hipotesis penelitian diterima

Abstract

Nurses are among the health professionals at the forefront of dealing with patients identified as covid-19, particularly vulnerable to psychological fatigue. Various studies have found that perceived social support can assist nurses in dealing with difficult situations. The study's goal was to see how perceived social support affected nurses' burnout. A total of one hundred nurses took part in this study, which was conducted using random sampling techniques. The Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSSPS) and the Burnout Assessment Tool (BAT) are tools used to assess perceived social support and burnout, respectively. The results of the simple linear regression analysis revealed that perceived social support had an effect on nurse burnout in Balikpapan (adjustedR2 = 0.245; F(31,793) = 99, p = 0.001). The more social support nurses have, the less burnout they experience.
