Abstract

Abstrak Sistem proteksi adalah suatu komponen yang sangat penting dalam sistem penyaluran tenaga listrik. Dengan kehandalan yang baik maka penyaluran tenaga listrik akan semakin baik, salah satunya dengan dapat meminimalisir gangguan pada sistem dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat. Salah satu komponen penting dalam sistem proteksi adalah relai proteksi. Relai arus lebih berarah adalah relai proteksi yang dipakai untuk menunjang kehandalan dalam sistem proteksi jaringan transmisi dan distribusi. Dalam penelitian ini dibahas mengenai optimalisasi kerja relai arus lebih berarah (directional over current relay) dengan metode Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO)  pada sistem transmisi 150 kV  UPT Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kinerja PSO dalam perancangan setting dan koordinasi relai arus lebih berarah (DOCR). Pada pengujian  yang telah dilakukan nilai error minimum dihasilkan pada parameter ke-15 pada pengujian ke 6 yang memiliki nilai error  sebesar adalah 9.375% atau 6 miss-koordinasi dari 64 pasang relai. Kata Kunci : DOCR, PSO, transmisi, proteksi, error Abstract Protection system is the most important instrument in electrical power distribution. The better reliability in protection systems, the better capability of electrical power distribution. The one of the aspect is the protection systems can isolate the fault fast, appropriately and precisely. Relay protection is the most important apparatus in protection system. Directional overcurrent relay is one of the kinds of relay protections to optimize the reliability of power systems. But in reality, the directional overcurrent relay is not enough applicable.In this paper discussed about the optimization of directional overcurrent relay with Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) method in Transmission Service Unit PT. PLN (Persero) 150 kV, Semarang, Central Java. The system contains about six multiloop-busses  those are GI Krapyak, GI Srondol, GI Pandeanlamper, GIS Simpanglima, GIS Kalisari and GI Tambaklorok. The aim of this research is to gain result of PSO method on determining setting of DOCR. The minimum error gained in 15th parameter and 6th assessment is about 9.375% or six misses coordination of 64 pairs of relay.  Keywords : DOCR, PSO, transmission system, protection system, error

Abstract

Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) is the medical team that examined the laboratory, including the sputum specimen, where the sputum specimen is infected that MLT must treat with care, to avoid a work accident or nosocomial infection. The purpose of this research was to find out whether there is a correlation between knowledge and attitude of MLT towards standard operating procedure (SOP) for handling Tuberculosis (TB) sputum samples. This research was conducted through an online questionnaire with a google form, where this questionnaire is filled in at the location of each MLT who works at health centers and hospitals in the Cibinong District area. Sampling techniques in the research of using purposive sampling. The research period was from June to August 2020. This research used primary data with a cross-sectional design involving 46 MLT respondents. A method of data analysis is a quantitative analysis and measured using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed positive influence work knowledge and attitudes towards the application of SOP for handling TB sputum samples because it has the significant value of 0,012<0,05 and Fcount 4,90>Ftable 3,41 with the results of the coefficient of determination (R-square) of 0,186 (18,6%), therefore, we conclude that there is a correlation between MLT knowledge and attitudes towards the SOP of the handling TB sputum samples with a percentage of 18%.
