Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study were (1) to determine the contribution of working practices of industrial and motivation to enter the workforce to the learning achievement of marketing together (simultaneously), (2) To determine the contribution of working practices of industrial and motivation to enter the workforce to learning achievement marketing individually (partial). (3) to determine the contribution of the practice of industrial work, motivation to enter the world of work, and learning achievement of marketing on the readiness of students work together (simultaneously), (4) To determine the contribution of the practice of industrial work, motivation to enter the world of work, and learning achievement marketing the readiness of the students work individually (partial).Based on the analysis of data to test the hypothesis, it can be concluded there is a significant contribution to the practice of industrial work and motivation to enter the workforce with the readiness of students work together (simultaneously), a significant difference between the practice of industrial employment and motivation of entering the world of work the readiness of the students work individually (partial), there is a significant contribution to the practice of industrial work, motivation to enter the world of work, and learning achievement of marketing on the readiness of students work together (simultaneously), a significant difference between the practice of industrial employment , motivation to enter the world of work, and learning achievement of marketing on the readiness of the students work individually (partial). Variable industry work practices and motivation to enter the workforce affect the learning achievement of marketing, it can be calculated the indirect effect of both variables on the readiness of the students work. Variable industry work practices (X1) to the job readiness of students (Y2) through marketing learning achievement (Y1) is: 0.336 x 0.162: 0.054432. Enter the job motivation variable (X2) on the job readiness of students (Y2) through marketing learning achievement (Y1) is: 0.473 x 0.162: 0.076626. The net effect of variable industrial working practices on the readiness of students work is: 0.169 + 0.054432: 0.223432. Total variable influence motivation to enter the workforce with the readiness of the students work is: 0.163 + 0.076626: 0.239626.Keywords: working practices of industrial, motivation to enter the workforce, learning achievement of marketing, readiness of the students work

Abstract

Tujuan  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  meningkatkan  keaktifan  dan  hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran pengantar ekonomi dan bisnis pada siswa kelas X Pemasaran 1 SMK Negeri I Banyudono dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran think pair share berbantuan media power point.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu: (1) perencanaan tindakan; (2) pelaksanaan tindakan; (3) observasi dan interpretasi; (4) analisis dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X Pemasaran 1 SMK Negeri 1Banyudono  yang  berjumlah  29  siswa.  Teknik  pengumpulan  data  dilakukan melalui kegiatan: (a) wawancara, (b) observasi, (c) dokumentasi, dan (d) tes.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran think pair share berbantuan media power point dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik dari pra siklus ke siklus I dan darisiklus I ke siklus II. Hal ini terbukti pada siklus I keaktifan peserta didik dari segi visual activities meningkat (presentase pra siklus 13,79% dan siklus I 27,59%), keaktifan peserta didik dari segi oral activities meningkat (presentase pra siklus0,00% dan siklus I 30,79%), keaktifan peserta didik dari segi writing activities meningkat (presentase pra siklus 0,00% dan siklus I 58,62%), keaktifan peserta didik dari segi mental activities meningkat (presentase pra siklus 0,00% dan siklus I 30,90%), keaktifan peserta didik dari segi emotional activities meningkat (presentase pra siklus 31,00% dan siklus I 44,69%). Hasil belajar peserta didik juga mengalami peningkatan yaitu sebesar 6,77 (nilai rata-rata pra siklus 73,96 dan nilai rata-rata siklus I 80,73) dan presentase ketuntasan meningkat 17,24% (presentase  pra  siklus 48,28%  dan siklus I 65,52%).  Pada  siklus II keaktifan peserta didik terus meningkat, terbukti keaktifan peserta didik dari segi visual activities meningkat 48,09% (presentase siklus I 27,59% dan siklus II 75,86%), keaktifan peserta didik dari segi oral activities meningkat 45,07% (presentase siklus I 30,79% dan siklus II 75,86%), keaktifan peserta didik dari segi writing activities meningkat 24,4% (presentase siklus I 58,62% dan siklus II 82,76%), keaktifan peserta didik dari segi mental activities meningkat 31,17% (presentase siklus I 30,90% dan siklus II 62,07%), keaktifan peserta didik dari segi emotional activities meningkat 27,72% (presentase siklus I 44,69% dan siklus II 72,41%). Hasil  belajar  peserta  didik  pada  siklus  II  juga  mengalami  peningkatan  yaitu sebesar 4,55 (nilai rata-rata siklus I 80,73 dan nilai rata-rata siklus II 85,28) dan presentase ketuntasan meningkat 20,69% (presentase siklus I 65,52% dan siklus II 86,21%). The  objective  of  research  is  to  improve  the  learning  activeness  and learning  outcomes  in  the  subject  matter  of  Introduction  to  Economics  and Business of the students in Grade X of Marketing Department of State Vocational High  School  1  of  Banyudono  in  Academic  Year  2015/2016  through  the application of think pair share teaching combined with power point media.This study used the classroom action research (CAR) with two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four phases i.e. planning, implementation, observation, and analysis & reflection. Its subjects were 29 students of the aforementioned school. The data of research were collected through (a) in-depth interview, (b) observation, (c) documentation, and (d) test.The application of the think pair share teaching combined with power point media can improve the learning activeness and learning outcomes in theIntroduction to Economics and Business subject matter from Pre-cycle to Cycle I and from Cycle I to Cycle II. The percentage of the students? learning activeness in visual activities is 13.79% in Pre-cycle, and it becomes 27.59% in Cycle I and75.86%  in  Cycle  II  respectively;  the  percentage  of  the  students?  learning activeness in oral activities is 0.00% in Pre-cycle, and it becomes 30.79% in Cycle I and 75,86% in Cycle II respectively; the percentage of the students? learning activeness in writing activities is 0.00% in Pre-cycle, and it becomes 58.62% in Cycle I and 82.76% in Cycle II respectively; the percentage of the students?learning activeness in mental activities is 0.00% in Pre-cycle, and it becomes 30.90% in Cycle I and 62.07% in Cycle II respectively; the percentage of the students? learning activeness in emotional activities is 31.00% in Pre-cycle, and it becomes 44.69% in Cycle I and 72.41% in Cycle II respectively. Furthermore, the students? average score is 73.96 in Pre-cycle, and it becomes 80.73 in Cycle I and85.28 in Cycle II respectively. Finally, the percentage of the students? learningcompleteness is 48.28% in Pre-cycle, and it becomes 65.52% in Cycle I and86.21% in Cycle II.

Abstract

 Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikirkritis dan hasil belajar siswa kelas X Pemasaran pada mata pelajaran Konfirmasi Keputusan  Pelanggan  di  SMK  Batik  1  Surakarta  tahun  pelajaran  2014/2015 melalui  penerapan  model  pembelajaran  kooperatif  tipe  Think  Pair  Share. Penelitian  ini  merupakan  penelitian  tindakan  kelas  (PTK)  yang  dilakukan sebanyak  dua siklus.    Berdasarkan  hasil  penelitian, dapat  disimpulkan  bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa kelas X Pemasaran SMK Batik1 Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Hal  tersebut terlihat dari kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada aspek memfokuskan masalah meningkat sebesar 29,03% (siklus I sebesar 64,52% dan siklus II 93,55%), pada aspek mempertimbangkan sumber  atau  teori  meningkat  sebesar  32,26%  (siklus  I  58,06%  dan  siklus  II90,32%), pada aspek mengidentifikasi masalah meningkat sebesar 35,49% (siklus I 58,06% dan siklus II 93,55%), pada aspek memberikan alternatif untuk pemecahan masalah meningkat sebesar 32,25% (siklus I 54,84% dan siklus II87,09%),  pada  aspek  menjelaskan  alternatif  pemecahan  masalah  meningkat sebesar 32,26% (siklus I 51,61% dan siklus II 83,87%), dan pada aspek membuat kesimpulan sederhana meningkat sebesar 22,58% (siklus I 74,19% dan siklus II96,77%). Sebelum diterapkan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 75,23 dengan presentase ketuntasan hasil belajar sebesar 47%. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 77 dengan presentase ketuntasan hasil belajar sebesar 74,2%, sedangkan siklus II nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 83,38 dengan presentase  ketuntasan  hasil  belajar  sebesar  90,32%.  Dengan  demikian  dapat disimpulkan  bahwa  dengan  penerapan  model  pembelajaran  Think  Pair  Sharedapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Konfirmasi Keputusan Pelanggan. The objective of this research is to improve the critical thinking ability and thelearning achievement in Consumer-Based Decision Confirmation of the students in Grade X of Marketing Department of Vocational High School Batik   1 of Surakarta   in   Academic   Year   2014/2015   through   the   application   of   the Cooperative Learning Model of the TPS type. This research used the classroom action research (CAR) with two cycles.        The achievement of research shows that the cooperative learning model of the TPS type could improve the critical thinking ability and the learning achievement in the Consumer-Based Decision Confirmation subject matter of the students in Grade X of Marketing Department of Vocational High School Batik 1 of Surakarta in Academic Year as shown by the following: The critical thinking ability on the aspect of Focusing Problems increased as much as 29.03% (In Cycle I it was 64.52%, and in Cycle II it became93.55%); the critical thinking ability on the aspect of Considering Sources or Theories increased as much as 32.26% (In Cycle I it was 58.06%, and in Cycle II it became 90.32%); the critical thinking ability on the aspect of Identifying Problems increased as much as 35.49% (In Cycle I it was 58.06%, and in Cycle II it  became  93.55%);  the  critical  thinking  ability  on  the  aspect  of  Giving Alternatives to Solve Problems increased as much as 32.25% (in Cycle I it was54.84%, and in Cycle II it became 87.09%); the critical thinking ability on the aspect of Explaining Alternatives to Solve Problems increased as much as 32.26% (in Cycle I it was 51.61%, and in Cycle II it became 83.87%); and the critical thinking ability on  the  aspect  of  Drawing Conclusions  increased  as  much  as22.58% ( in Cycle I it was 74.19%, and in Cycle II it became 96.77%). Furthermore, prior to the application of the cooperative learning model of the TPS type,  class  average  score  was  75.23  with  learning  completeness  of  47%. Following the treatment, the score average score became 77 with the learning completeness of 74.2% in Cycle I and 83.38 with the learning completeness of90.32% in Cycle II. Thus, the application of the cooperative learning model of theTPS type could improve the critical thinking ability and the learning achievement in the Consumer-Based Decision Confirmation subject matter.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui model Quantum Learning dengan metode Peta Pikiran (Mind Mapping) pada mata pelajaran ekonomi Kelas X Matematikan dan Sains 1 SMA N 5 Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X Matematika dan Sains 1 SMA N 5 Surakarta yang berjumlah 35 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, tes hasil belajar, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif komparatif dan teknik analisis kritis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Quantum Learning dengan metode Peta Pikiran (Mind Mapping) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi di kelas X Matematika dan Sains I SMA N 5 Surakarta.  Presentase ketuntasan siswa mengalami peningkatan 48,56% dari 37,14% pada pra siklus, 74,30% pada siklus I, dan 85,70% pada siklus II. Selain itu nilai rata-rata juga mengalami peningkatan 14,9 %, dari 65,51 pada pra siklus, 76,1 pada siklus I dan 80,41 pada siklus II. Simpulan berdasarkan hasil penelitian adalah model Quantum Learning dengan metode Peta Pikiran (Mind Mapping) dapat meningkatkan asil belajar ekonomi pada siswa kelas X Matematika dan Sains I SMA N 5 Surakarta.The research aims to improve students? economic learning outcomes through Quantum Learning model by using Mind Mapping method of X MIA 1 in SMA N 5 Surakarta. This research used classroom action research method. There were 2 cycles in this research which each cycle consisted of planning, implementation, observation and refelction. The subject of the research was X MIA 1 students in SMA N 5 Surakarta which consists of 35 students. Data were collected by observation, interview, test and documentation. These data were analyzed with descriptive comparative technique and critical analysis.The result of this research showed that the implementation of Quantum learning model with Mind Mapping method can improve students? economic learning outcomes of X MIA 1 in SMA N 5 Surakarta. The percentage of students? passing the test was increasing to 48,56% from 37,14% in pre-cycle, 74,30 % in cycle 1 and 85,70 % in cycle 2. Moreover, the mean score of the test is also increasing to 14,9 %, from 65,51 % in pre-cycle, 78,1 % in cycle 1, and  80,41 % in cycle 2. The conclusion based on the research is that Quantum Learning model with Mind Mapping method can improve students? economic learning outcomes of  X MIA 1 in SMA N 5 Surakarta.

Abstract

This research is aimed to improve students? learning outcomes in Introduction to Business Economy  in class X Marketing 1 in SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar through the implementation of cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) with picture media. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The study was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects were 37 students of class X Marketing 1 SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. The source of data derived from students, teachers, and documents. The data collection techniques are observation, testing, documentation and interviews. The techniques for the validity of the data used triangulation of data sources. The data analysis used descriptive analysis technique, the technique of qualitative analysis and comparative description.The results showed that through the implementation of cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) with picture media can improve learning outcomes in Introduction to Business Economics (PEB) in class X Marketing 1 SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar in the Academic Year 2015/2016. It was proved by an increasing in the first cycle and the second cycle. Before applied cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) with picture media of the class average value was 73.27 with a percentage of 37.84% completeness. In the first cycle class average value increased to 80.97 with the percentage of 81.08% completeness and the second cycle class average value increased to 97.35 with the percentage of completeness 100%. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X Pemasaran 1 SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar yang berjumlah 37 siswa. Sumber data berasal dari siswa, guru, dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, tes, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik untuk keabsahan data digunakan triangulasi sumber data. Analisis data digunakan teknik analisis deskriptif, teknik analisis secara kualitatif dan deskripsi komparatif.Melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) disertai media gambar terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Pengantar Ekonomi Bisnis (PEB) pada siswa kelas X Pemasaran 1 SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Hal ini terbukti ada peningkatan pada siklus I dan Siklus II. Sebelum diterapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) disertai media gambar nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 73,27 dengan presentase ketuntasan 37,84%. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas meningkat menjadi 80,97 dengan presentase ketuntasan 81,08% dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata kelas meningkat menjadi 97,35 dengan presentase ketuntasan 100%. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to improve student achievement through cooperative learning models with the type of Think Pair Share accompanied by Powerpoint media on Economics subjects metter of class X IPS 4 in Sragen 3 State Senior High School. This research is a Grade Action Research. The research was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were students of class X IPS 4 in Sragen 3 State Senior High School, amounting to 36mstudents. Data collection techniques used are affectivepaspect observation, interviews, cognitive outcome tests, and documentation. Datapvalidity with data source triangulation techniques and method triangulation. Data analysis techniques with quantitative data analysis, qualitative and comparativepdescriptive.Based on the results of the analysis there was a significant increase in student achievement from pre-cycle to cycle I to cycle II. This can be seen in the results of the pre-cycle assessment with an average of 71 student learning achievements and a percentage of completeness of 58%. In cycle I when applied cooperative learning type Think Pair Share accompanied by Powerpoint media student achievement increased 75 and the percentage of completeness was 72%. Then in the second cycle there was an increase in the results of student learning achievement to 80 and the percentage of completeness 81%..The conclusion of this study is that through the cooperative learning model type Think Pair Share accompanied by Powerpoint media students are more daring to express opinions when discussing, fun and learning achievement has increased so that the application of cooperative learning model type Think Pair Share accompanied by Powerpoint media can improve the learning achievement of grade X students. IPS 4 in Sragen 3 State Senior High School in Economics subjects metter 2017/2018 academic year.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran mengoperasikan peralatan kantor siswa kelas XI Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo.Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Sumber data berasal dari siswa, guru, dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, tes, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik untuk keabsahan data digunakan triangulasi sumber data dan triangulasi metode. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif, teknik analisis secara kualitatif dan deskripsi komparatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran cooperative tipe Group Investigation (GI) dipadukan dengan media Power Point dapat meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Mengoperasionalkan Peralatan Kantor Siswa Kelas XI Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Peningkatan terjadi pada siklus I dan Siklus II. Sebelum diterapkan model pembelajaran cooperative tipe Group Investigation (GI) dipadukan dengan media Power Point nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 73 dengan presentase ketuntasan 34,8%. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas meningkat menjadi 77,12 dengan presentase ketuntasan 78,13% dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata kelas meningkat menjadi 80 dengan presentase ketuntasan 84,83%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran cooperative tipe Group Investigation (GI) dipadukan dengan media Power Point dapat meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Mengoperasionalkan Peralatan Kantor siswa kelas XI Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo.  The purpose of this study is to enhance the activity and student achievement in the subjects operate office equipment Office class XI student of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo.This research used the Classroom Action Research (CAR). The study was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects were students of class XI Departement Office of State Vocational High School 1 Sukoharjototaling 32 students. Source of data derived from students, teachers, and documents. Data collection techniques are observation, testing, documentation and interviews. Techniques for the validity of the data used triangulation of data sources and triangulation methods. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis techniques , qualitative analysis techniques and comparative description.The results of research shows that through the application of cooperative learning model with type Group Investigation (GI) can improve activeness and learning achievement Manage office equipment at Grade XI Departement Office State Vocational High School 1 Sukoharjo In Academic Year 2015/2016. The increase occurred in the first cycle and the second cycle. Before application of cooperative learning model with type Group Investigation (GI) grade average score is 73 with the percentage of completeness 34.8%. In the first cycle class average value increased to 77.12 with the percentage of completeness 78.13% and the second cycle the average value increased to 80 grade with a percentage of completeness 84.83%. The conclusions of this research is the application of cooperative learning model type Group Investigation (GI) can improve learning achievement Goods Administration subject matter in Grade XI Marketing of State Vocational High School 1 Sukoharjo.

Abstract

Hal ini terbukti ada peningkatan pada siklus I dan Siklus II. Sebelum diterapkan metode Role Playing nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 70 dengan presentase ketuntasan 36,11%. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas meningkat menjadi 80,75 dengan presentase ketuntasan 77,78% dan pada siklus II nilai rata- rata kelas meningkat menjadi 87,25 dengan presentase ketuntasan 88,89%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan metode Role Playing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Mengoperasikan Peralatan Transaksi di Lokasi Penjualan siswa kelas XI Pemasaran 3 SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo.   The aims of this research is to increase the learning outcomes of transaction operating tools lesson on sale location of XI Marketing-3 Grade SMKN 1 Sukoharjo through the applying of the Role Playing method.This research was Classroom Action Research (CAR). It was proved there is increasing in cycle I and cycle II. Before applying the method of Role Playing the average score of the classroom was 70 with precentage of success 36.11%. In the cycle I the average score increased to 80.75 with precentage of success 77.78% and in the cycle II the average score of the classroom increased to 87.25 with precentage of success 88.89%. The conclusion of this research was applying the method of Role Playing can increase the student's learning outcomes of transaction operating tools on sale location of XI Marketing-3 Grade SMKN 1 Sukoharjo.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo melalui pemanfaatan blog sebagai media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dalam sembilan kali pertemuan, setiap pertemuan 2 x 45 menit, dan setiap siklus terdiri dari atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI Pemasaran 1 SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 dengan jumlah sebanyak 33 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, tes, catatan lapangan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif, analisis kualitatif, analisis komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan blog terbukti dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar. Hal ini terbukti dari peningkatan hasil nilai belajar siswa pada siklus I dengan presentase ketuntasan hasil nilai belajar sebesar 87,87% dan nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 83,83, sehingga terjadi peningkatan pada nilai rata-rata kelas 12,14 (nilai pra siklus 71,69 dan nilai siklus I 83,83) dan ketuntasan hasil nilai belajar sebesar 42,42% (pada pra siklus 45,45% dan siklus I 87,87%). Sedangkan untuk hasil nilai belajar siklus II nilai rata-rata kelas mengalami peningkatan sebesar 1,43 (nilai siklus I 83,83 dan siklus II 85,26) dan ketuntasan sebesar 6,07% (pada siklus I 87,87% dan siklus II 93,94%). Disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan blog sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar telah mencapai hasil yang diharapkan dalam penelitian ini, dimana masing-masing telah mencapai indikator ketercapaian sebesar >75%.The objective of research was to improve the learning achievement of negotiation and confirmation matter in the students of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo through using blog as learning media. This study was a classroom action research (CAR). This research was taken place in two cycles in nine meetings, with duration of 2 x 45 minutes for each meeting, and each cycles consisted of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The subject of research was the 11th Marketing 1 Graders of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo in the school year of 2014/2015, consisting of 33 students. Techniques of collecting data used were observation, test, field note, interview, and documentation. Technique analyse data is quantitative analysis, analysis qualitative, analyse comparability. The result of research showed that the utilization of blog could evidently improve learning achievement. It could be seen from the increase in the students? learning outcome score from the mean class score of 71.69 in pre cycle to 83.83 in cycle I (increasing by 12.14 points) and from the learning passing score of 45.45% in pre cycle to 87.87% in cycle II (increasing by 42.42%). Meanwhile, for the learning outcome in cycle II, the mean class score increased by 1.43 points (from 83.83 in cycle I to 85.26 in cycle II) and the passing score by 6.07% (from 87.87% in cycle I to 93.94% in cycle II). Thus, it could be concluded that the utilization of blog as learning media to improve learning achievement had achieved the expected result in this research, in which the where each has achieved indicators reached by >75%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to increase the critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of students through the implementation of the Quantum Learning model using Mind Mapping method in the subjects of Introduction to Economics and Business of XI Grade Marketing Expertise Program 1 Vocational High School Batik 2 Surakarta. This research is a Class Action Research (CAR) which practiced into two cycles, and each cycle consisted of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects were twenty-six students of XI grade Marketing 1 in Vocational High school Batik 2 Surakarta. The method of data collection used in-dept interview, observation, document analysis, questionnaire, and learning outcome test while data analysis used comparative descriptive technique and critical analysis technique.The results showed that the implementation of Quantum Learning model could signifanctly grow up the critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of Introduction to Economics and Business of XI Grade Marketing Expertise Program 1 in Vocational High School Batik 2 Surakarta. The percentage of student critical thinking skills was increasing 59.72% in pre cycle, 70.51% in the first cycle, and 78.85% in the second cycle. The percentage of student completeness raised 34.62% in pre cycle, 61.54% in the first cycle, and 80.77% in the second cycle. In addition, the average value also increased up to 67.85 in pre cycle, 73.38 in the first cycle and 80.46 in the second cycle. Based on the results, Quantum Learning model with Mind Mapping method could improve critical thinking skills and learning outcomes on Introduction to Economics and Business of XI Grade Marketing 1 in Vocational High School Batik 2 Surakarta.
