Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui: pengaruh antara variabel-variabel experiential marketing terhadap variabel customer satisfaction dan pengaruh antara variabel customer satisfaction terhadap variabel word of mouth. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi sebagai subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta yang menggunakan sepeda motor Yamaha. Sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quota sampling dan accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik kuesioner dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Uji analisis PLS yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi: uji outer model berupa uji convergent validity, discriminant validity, dan composite reliability. Uji inner model dengan melihat R2. Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah analisis koefisien jalur untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa:  variabel Sense, Think,Feel, Act dan Relate  terhadap Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dan variabel Customer Satisfaction terhadap Word of Mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.Kata kunci: experiential marketing, word of mouthThe purpose of this research were analyzed and determined : The Influence of the experiential marketing variables toward customer satisfaction variable and the influence of customer satisfaction variable toward word of mouth variable. The method used is descriptive quantitative method . The population as subjects in this study were University students March Surakarta who use Yamaha motorcycles . Sampling used in this study is quota sampling and accidental sampling . The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents . The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with Likert scale technique . The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Square ( PLS ). PLS analysis test used in this study include : testing a model of the outer test convergent validity , discriminant validity , and composite reliability . Test to see the inner workings of the model R2 . Testing this hypothesis used was path coefficient analysis to determine the relationship between the study variables. Based on the results of this study concluded that : variable Sense, Think, Feel, Act and Relate on Customer Satisfaction positively and significantly and Customer Satisfaction of the Word of Mouth variables positively and significantly.Keywords : experiential marketing , word of mouth

Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya tingkat kepuasan siswa atas kualitas pelayanan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui: (1)Besarnya tingkat kepentingan atribut kualitas pelayanan pendidikan, (2)Besarnya tingkat kinerja atribut kualitas pelayanan pendidikan, (3)Besarnya tingkat kepuasan siswa, (4)Atribut pelayanan pendidikan yang perlu ditingkatkan, dan (5)Atribut pelayanan pendidikan yang perlu dipertahankan. Berdasarkan tujuan, penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian eksploratif, dan jika berdasarkan teknik pengumpulan datanya, maka penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasinya berjumlah 504 siswa dan sampelnya berjumlah 223 siswa. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilaksanakan, hasil skor total dari kinerja sebesar 24.107, sedangkan skor total dari kepentingan sebesar 27.569. Berdasarkan skor tersebut, dapat diperoleh tingkat kesesuaian total sebesar 87,44%. 87,44% < 100%, sehingga dikatakan bahwa kinerja yang diberikan SMK Batik 1 Surakarta belum mampu memenuhi harapan siswanya. Tingkat kesesuaian tiap dimensinya sebesar: (1)Empati skor kesesuaiannya 87,38%, (2)Bukti fisik skor kesesuaiannya 88,84%, (3)Keandalan skor kesesuaiannya 87,88%, (4) Daya tanggap skor kesesuaiannya 84,95%, dan (5)Jaminan skor kesesuaiannya 88,06%. Pemetaan dalam diagram Kartesius, diperoleh hasil bahwa: (1)Terdapat 7 atribut yang masuk dalam kuadran A, (2)Terdapat 15 atribut yang masuk dalam kuadran B, (3)Terdapat 12 atribut yang masuk dalam kuadran C, dan (4)Terdapat 1 atribut yang masuk dalam kuadran D. Kata kunci: Kepuasan, kualitas layanan pendidikanThe research is motivated by the low level of student satisfaction on the quality of educational services. The research objective was to determine: (1) The level of interest attributes of quality educational services, (2) The level of performance attributes of quality educational services, (3) The level of student satisfaction, (4) Attributes education services need to be improved, and (5) Attributes educational services need to be maintained. Based on the purpose, this study is included in exploratory research, and if based on data collection techniques, this research included in this type of quantitative research. And a population of 504 students and the sample totaled 223 students. Based on the research conducted, the results of the total score of the performance of 24 107, while the total score of the interests of 27 569. Based on these scores, can be obtained in total conformity level of 87.44%. 87.44% <100%, so it is said that the performance of a given SMK Batik 1 Surakarta has not been able to meet the expectations of their students. The suitability of each dimension of: (1) Empathy scores compliance 87.38%, (2) physical evidence compliance score of 88.84%, (3) Reliability scores compliance 87.88%, (4) Responsiveness compliance scores 84.95 %, and (5) guarantee compliance score of 88.06%. Mapping in the diagram Cartesian, showed that: (1) There are seven attributes that are included in quadrant A, (2) There are 15 attributes included in quadrant B, (3) There are 12 attributes included in quadrant C, and (4) There 1 attribute included in quadrant D. Keywords: satisfaction, quality of educational services

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangan media pembelajaran dengan teknologi video tutorial yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pemasaran online kelas X PM 1 SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Riset dan Pengembangan. Perancangan dilakukan dengan melalui prosedur tahap studi pendahuluan dan tahap pengembangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penilaian ahli materi yang menyatakan bahwa media pembelajarannvideo tutorial memenuhi kriteria baik sekali dengan persentase sebesar 91%. Penilaian ahli media terhadap media video tutorial dengan rata-rata sebesar 88% yang memenuhi kriteria baik sekali. Penilaian ahli multimedia terhadap media video tutorial dengan rata-rata sebesar 79% yang memenuhi kriteria baik. Tanggapan pada uji coba terbatas, memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 73% yang memenuhi kriteria baik, kemudian tanggapan dari siswa pada uji coba luas memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 78% yang memenuhi kriteria baik. Hasil post test yang telah dilakukan memperoleh nilai rata-rata yang lebih tinggi sebesar 80 dari nilai sebelumnya sebesar 73, serta memperoleh presentase ketuntasan sebesar 76 %. Kata Kunci: media pembelajaran, video tutorial, pembelajaran pemasaran online, multimedia pembelajaran, facebook.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Perbedaan pengaruh penerapan model work-based learning dan cooperative learning “metode demonstrasi” terhadap prestasi belajar menata produk siswa; (2) Perbedaan pengaruh motivasi belajar tinggi dan motivasi belajar rendah terhadap prestasi belajar menata produk siswa; (3) Interaksi pengaruh model pembelajaran dan motivasi siswa berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar menata produk siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh siswa kelas XI Jurusan Pemasaran SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian, sebesar 34 siswa kelas XI Pemasaran 1 untuk diberikan treatment model work-based learnng dan 32 siswa kelas XI Pemasaran 2 untuk diberikan treatment model cooperative learning metode demonstrasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu tes untuk data prestasi belajar menata produk, angket untuk motivasi belajar siswa dan dokumentasi. Uji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan analisis varian dua jalan dengan desain faktorial 2x2 dan taraf signifikan 5%. Sebelumnya dilakukan uji prasyarat yaitu normalitas dan homogenitas dengan menggunakan software SPSS 17. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh secara signifikan penggunaan model work-based learing dan cooperative learning metode demonstrasi terhadap prestasi belajar menata produk  = 46.126 >  = 3,997) pada taraf signifikan 0,05 atau 5%. (2) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh secara signifikan antara tingkat motivasi belajar tinggi dan motivasi belajar rendah terhadap prestasi belajar menata produk ( = 28.351 >  = 3,997) pada taraf signifikan 0,05 atau 5%. (3) Terdapat interaksi pengaruh antara model pembelajaran dan tingkat motivasi belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar menata produk (  = 4.299 >   = 3,997) pada taraf signifikan 0,05 atau 5%.  Kata Kunci: work-based learning, cooperative learning, motivasi, prestasi belajar This study is aimed to find out (1) the effect of work-based learning model and demonstration method toward display product learning achievement; (2) the effect of high and low motivations toward display product learning achievement; (3) the interaction between motivation and teaching learning, work-based learning model and demonstration method toward display product learning achievement.  This study ia a quantitative research with experimental method. Population of the study are all the eleventh year students of state senior high school 6 for marketing major in surakarta. The sample consist of XI Marketing 1 (34 students) for work-based learning treatment and XI Marketing 2 (32 students) for demonstration method treatment. The techniques of collecting data were test for display product achievement, questionnaires for student’s motivation, documentation. To analyzed the hypothesis, the researcher used two-way analysis of variance with a 2x2 factorial design and the significant level was 5%. The prerequisite test of normality and homogenity were analyzed by using SPSS software. Based on the result of analysis data was concluded: (1) there ia a significant effect of work-based learning and cooperative learning with demonstration method toward the student achievement in display product subject matter  = 46.126 >  = 3,997) at 5% level of significant; (2) there is a significant effect oh high learn motivation and low learn motivation toward the student achievement in display producy  subject matter ( = 28.351 >  = 3,997) at 5% level of significant; (3) there is asignificant interaction effect between the instructional model and student’s learn motivation toward the student ahievement in display product subject matter (  = 4.299 >   = 3,997) 5% level of significant.  Key words: work-based learning, cooperative learning, motivation, student achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara lingkungan keluarga dan pengalaman praktik kerja industri secara parsial dan simultan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif jenis survei. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 151 siswa kelas XII SMK Batik 1 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara lingkungan keluarga dan pengalaman praktik kerja industri secara parsial dan simultan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII SMK Batik 1 Surakarta. Besarnya pengaruh variabel  lingkungan keluarga dan pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap  minat berwirausaha  siswa secara simultan diperoleh dari perhitungan R square sebesar 41,5%. The objective of research were to find out the effect of family environment and industrial working practice experience towards entrepreneurship interest in XI grade. The method used in this study was descriptive quantitative method with survey . The sample in this study were 151 students XII grade in SMK Batik 1 Surakarta academic year 2015/2016. The data collection techniques used  questionnaires.  The  data  were  analyzed  by  using  multiple  regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of family environment and industrial working practice experience  simultaneously  towards  entrepreneurship interest. The magnitude of the effect of family environment and industrial working practice experience towards entrepreneurship interest simultaneously obtained from the calculation of the R- square of 41,5%.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Ekonomi   siswa kelas X-4 di SMA Negeri Kebakkramat Karanganyar. Melalui penerapan model pembelajaran  cooperative  tipe  Teams  Games  Tournament  (TGT)  diharapakan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas  perencanaan,  pelaksanaan  tindakan,  observasi  dan  refleksi.  Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X-4 SMK Negeri Kebakkramat Karanganyar yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Sumber data berasal dari siswa, guru, data dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, tes, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik untuk keabsahan data digunakan triangulasi sumber data.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran cooperative tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Ekonomi Siswa   Kelas   X-4   SMK   Negeri   Kebakkramat   Karanganyar   Tahun   Ajaran2014/2015. Peningkatan terjadi pada siklus I dan Siklus II. Sebelum diterapkan model pembelajaran cooperative tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) nilai rata- rata kelas adalah 70,11 dengan presentase ketuntasan 47,22%. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas meningkat menjadi 73,56 dengan presentase ketuntasan 61,11% dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata kelas meningkat menjadi 80,56 dengan presentase ketuntasan 83,33%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran cooperative tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa kelas X-4 SMK Negeri Kebakkramat Karanganyar.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) the effect of bidikmisi scholarship and independence learning together of the student achievement of bidikmisi students in the class of 2014 Faculty Of Teacher Training and Education Sebelas Maret University; (2) the effect of bidikmisi scholarships on student achievement in bidikmisi in the class of 2014 of the Faculty Of Teacher Training and Education Sebelas Maret University; and (3) the effect of independence learning of the student achievement of bidikmisi students in the class of 2014 Faculty Of Teacher Training and Education Sebelas Maret University.The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all 2014 Bidikmisi students in the Faculty Of Teacher Training and Education Sebelas Maret University. The selected sample was 84 students with the Proportionate Random Sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire technique for data on bidikmisi scholarship and learning independence and documentation techniques for student learning achievement data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 0.05, then processing the data that has been obtained with the help of the SPSS data program (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 22.0.The results of the study are as follows: first, there is a significant effect between bidikmisi scholarship and learning independence on the learning achievement of bidikmisi students in the year 2014 in the Faculty Of Teacher Training and Education Sebelas Maret University, as indicated by the value of Fcount = 28.445> Ftable = 2.717. Second, there is a significant positive effect between bidikmisi scholarships on student achievement in bidikmisi in the year 2014 in the Faculty Of Teacher Training and Education Sebelas Maret University, as indicated by the value of tcount = 3.570> t table = 1.989. Third, there is a significant positive effect between learning independence on student achievement in bidikmisi in the year 2014 in the Faculty Of Teacher Training and Education Sebelas Maret University, as indicated by the value of tcount = 3.145> t table = 1.989. The Adjust R Square value is 0.398 so that it can be interpreted that 39.8% of the Bidikmisi student learning achievements in the year 2014 Faculty Of Teacher Training and Education Sebelas Maret University are influenced by bidikmisi scholarships and student learning independence while the rest are influenced by other factors.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine: (1) the influence of learning motivation, learning environment, and learning facilities toward the students achievement; (2) the influence of learning motivation toward the students achievement; (3) the influence of learning environments toward the students achievement; and (4) the influence of learning facilities toward the students achievement. This research used quantitative research using descriptive method with correlation study. The population is all students of the second-grade students of SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with significance level 0,05. The result of research show that: (1) there are positive and significant influence on learning motivation, learning environment, and learning facilities towards the students achievement based on F test result that is 53,099> 2,71;(2) there are positive and significant influence of learning motivation towards the students achievement based on t test that is 4,049> 1,663; (3) there are positive and significant influence of learning environment towards students achievement based on t test that is 2,205> 1.663; and (4) there are positive and significant influence of learning facility towards students achievement based on t test that is 7,897> 1,663.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji: (1) pengaruh motivasi belajar, lingkungan belajar di sekolah dan fasilitas belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; (2) pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; (3) pengaruh lingkungan belajar di sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; dan (4) pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan studi korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar, lingkungan belajar di sekolah dan fasilitas belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa berdasarkan hasil uji F yaitu 53,099 > 2,71 (2) pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa berdasarkan uji t yaitu 4,049 > 1,663; (3) pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan belajar di sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa berdasarkan uji t yaitu 2,205 > 1,663; dan (4) pengaruh positif dan signifikan fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa berdasarkan uji t yaitu 7,897 > 1,663.

Abstract

The research aims to determine: (1) The effect a significantly positive of teaching quality and learning habit to the learning achievement of economic subject of the students at State Senior Secondary School 6 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018; (2) The effect a significantly positive of teaching quality to the learning achievement of economic subject of the students at State Senior Secondary School 6 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018; (3) The effect a significantly positive of learning habit to the learning achievement of economic subject of the students at State Senior Secondary School 6 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018.The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The population of this research was students of class X of social sciences in State Senior Secondary School 6 of Surakarta. 116 students were selected as sample through Proportionate Random Sampling. Data were collected by means of questionnaire, for teaching quality data and learning habit data and documentation for student?s learning achievement data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linier regression analysis technique. The results of the research are as follows: (1) the teaching quality and learning habit has been indicated significantly positive effect the learning achievement of economic subject of the students at State Senior Secondary School 6 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018, as indicated by the value of Fstat. = 46,927 >that of Fcrit. = 3,07. (2) the teaching quality has been indicated significantly positive effect the learning achievement of economic subject of the students at State Senior Secondary School 6 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018, as indicated by the value of tstat. =9,036> that of tcrit.=1,981. (3) the learning habit has been indicated significantly positive effect the learning achievement of economic subject of the students at State Senior Secondary School 6 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018, as indicated by the value of tstat. =7,626> that of tcrit.=1,981.

Abstract

Pengaruh Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan dan Karakteristik Wirausaha dalam Meningkatkan Minat Berwirausaha Siswa Kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Skripsi, Surakarta : Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret, Surakarta. September 2016.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap sikap kewirausahaan siswa (2) pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap norma subyektif siswa, (3) pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap kontrol perilaku siswa (4) karakteristik wirausaha terhadap sikap kewirausahaan siswa (5) karakteristik wirausaha terhadap norma subyektif siswa (6) karakteristik wirausaha terhadap kontrol perilaku siswa (7) sikap kewiraushaan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa (8) norma subjektif terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa (9) kontrol perilaku terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasinya adalah seluruh kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo berjumlah 356 siswa. Sampelnya berjumlah 78 siswa dan menggunakan proportional random sampling sebagai teknik sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).Hasil dari penelitian ini (1) pembelajaran kewirausahaan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap sikap kewirausahaan (2) pembelajaran kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap norma subyektif (3) pembelajaran kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kontrol perilaku (4) karakteristik wirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap kewirausahaan  (5) karakteristik wirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap norma subyektif  (6) karakteristik wirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kontrol perilaku  (7) sikap kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha (8) norma subyektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha (9) kontrol perilaku berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. ABSTRACTSendhy Kurniawan Jodhy, K7412159. The population of this research wereall XI-grade students in SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo which amounts to 356 students. The sample were selected 78 students through proportional random sampling. Data were collected by means of questionnaire. This research were used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).The results showed that: (1) There were a negative and not significant influence between entrepreneurship-learning and attitude toward entrepreneurship  (2) There were a positive and not significant influence between entrepreneurship-learning and subjective norm (3) There were a positive and not significant influence between entrepreneurship-learning and perceived behavioral control (4) There were a positive and significant influence between entrepreneur-characteristics and attitude toward entrepreneurship (5) There were a positive and significant influence between entrepreneur-characteristics and subjective norm (6) There were a positive and significant influence between entrepreneur-characteristics and perceived behavioral control (7) There were a positive and significant influence between attitude toward entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial interest (8) There were a positive and significant influence between  subjective norm and entrepreneurial interest (9) There were a positive and significant influence between  perceived behavioral control and entrepreneurial interest.
