Abstract

Tourism is able to raise the level of the economy, but reflecting it on the Covid-19 pandemic, and its transition to the New Normal Era continues to be debated. Thus, this study aims to analyze the impact of tourism development on the economy of local communities in the new normal era. This study uses a phenomenological qualitative method. The sample came from the people of Tidung Island, the sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Collecting data with interview instruments, focus group discussions, document studies, and observation. Check the validity and reliability of the data using triangulation techniques. The data analysis is Interactive Model Analysis. The results show that the implications of new normal era tourism development are confirmed to have a positive impact on the economy and welfare of local communities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud agar mengetahui juga mendefinisikan tentang upaya guru dalam mengatasi kecurangan akademik yang ditemukan dalam proses pembelajaran daring selama masa pandemi covid – 19. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Kemudian hasil dari penelitian yang dilaksanakan memperlihatkan jika pengajar sudah berusaha untuk melakukan upaya untuk mengurangi kecurangan akademik terutama saat pembelajaran daring, mulai dari pembiasaan melakukan perbuatan yang baik, menjauhi melakukan perbuatan yang tidak jujur dan mengurangi kebiasaan mencontek agar siswa dapat lebih disiplin menerapkan perilaku jujur dan berbuat baik. Hanya saja masih ada peserta didik yang melakukan kecurangan tersebut tanpa memikirkan kesalahan yang telah mereka lakukan selama pembelajaran. Menurut (Sari dkk., 2021) Pada pembelajaran daring, peserta didik dapat menjadi kurang aktif dalam menyampaikan aspirasi dan pemikirannya, sehingga dapat mengakibatkan pembelajaran yang menjenuhkan seorang siswa yang mengalami kejenuhan dalam belajar akan memperoleh ketidakmajuan dalam hasil belajar. Akibatnya banyak diantara mereka yang melakukan kecurangan akademik pada akhirnya kesulitan dalam memahami pembelajaran yang telah diajarkan yang mana mempengaruhi kemampuan belajarnya dimasa mendatang.

Abstract

The internet has grown rapidly, thus making online shopping service providers such as TikTok Shop have to modify several ways in order to compete with other e-commerce competitors. This study aims to analyze the effect of shopping experience and consumer trust on repurchase interest in the TikTok Shop application, the study was conducted on FKIP UHAMKA students class 2018. The research method used was quantitative research with non-probability sampling technique and obtained a sample of 70 respondents. The data was collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed using multiple linear regression and the data was processed with the help of the JASP (Jeffreys’s Amazing Statistic Program) statistical application. The results showed that the online shopping experience had a significant positive effect on repurchase interest with a value of sig 0.001 <0.05, while the trust variable had no significant effect on repurchase interest with a sig value of 0.076> 0.05. Simultaneously, online shopping experience and trust affect repurchase intention with a value of sig 0.001 < 0.05. It is important for Tiktok Shop managers to maintain consumer confidence in order to increase consumer surplus every year.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran augmented reality berbasis android implikasinya terhadap pembelajaran IPA materi organ pencernaan pada manusia dan fungsinya pada kelas V. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development dengan menerapkan model 4D, terdapat 4 (empat) proses tahapan yaitu Define, Design, Development, dan Disseminate. Instrumen penelitian untuk mendapatkan data berupa angket penilaian ahli materi dan ahli media dan angket respon siswa terhadap aplikasi Human Digestive. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian ahli dinyatakan sangat layak. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa media Human Digestive mendapatkan hasil rata-rata dari data secara keseluruhan tim ahli materi yaitu 82% mendapat kategori "sangat layak", tim ahli media yaitu 93% mendapat kategori "sangat layak" dan berdasarkan respon siswa mendapatkan hasil sebesar 89% mendapat kategori “sangat layak”. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian membuat aplikasi Human Digestive, sangat membantu siswa dalam proses pembelajaran materi IPA organ pencernaan pada manusia dan fungsinya dimana saja dan kapan saja, membuka wawasan guru sebagai inovasi dalam menghadirkan sebuah pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi siswa.

Abstract

Utilization of technological advances makes ready-to-drink tea drinks a lifestyle of various groups of people who like instant and fast food and beverage products so that they can support their daily activities, that's why ready-to-drink tea products have sprung up offering many advantages and different flavors. latest. The researcher aims to describe the factors of consumer demand for Teh Raja products, namely ready-to-eat tea which continues to grow, in order to get a good response from the community so that the product survives. This study uses descriptive qualitative research. The data collection techniques carried out in this study are active participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, the validation of the data used is done by triangulation. Teh Raja is moderate consumer income and consumer tastes in Teh Raja products are satisfied because the taste of Teh Raja is in accordance with the tastes of local consumers and feels satisfied.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide information on the effects of audio-visual media on learning motivation in social studies learning grade V. This study used quantitative methods using quasi-experimental approach and control group post test only design. The number of samples in the study was 58 students, VD and VC classes each amounted to 29 students. The VD class is set to be an experimental class and the VC class is set to be a control class in the calculation of research prerequisite analysis data using normality test, homogeneity test and t-test hypothesis test. The results of hypothesis calculations using the stated t-test from both classes shThe purpose of this study is to provide information on the effects of audio-visual media on learning motivation in social studies learning grade V. Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an economic sector in Indonesia that have an important role in developing the country's economy. Even though MSMEs have a role in the economy, in the course of business there are still obstacles and obstacles faced by MSME actors. These problems include the low level of education and gender issues whose equality is still questionable. This study aims to determine the effect of education level on the performance of MSMEs in Jakarta in terms of gender. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using a random sampling technique with a total sample of 80 respondents from SMEs in Pasar Rebo District. This study took data through a closed questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the level of education has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, whereas if viewed through the gender aspect it does not affect the performance of MSMEs. Abstract

The rapid development of technology has an impact on all aspects of human life, one of which is the aspect of business behavior, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in increasing sales, through the use of digital marketing to market products effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to see the effect and how much influence digital marketing has on sales volume in MSMEs in Cimanggis Depok District. The method used is quantitative method. The number of respondents (population) in this study were 274 respondents with a total sample size of 73. The sampling technique used random sampling techniques and data collection through distributing questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out by simple regression analysis and correlation. The results showed tcount> ttable, namely 5.462> 1.994 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination is 0.296 or 29.6% and the calculation of simple linear regression analysis obtained the coefficient value a = 5.724 and b = 0.656, then the linear regression value is obtained Y = 5.724 + 0.656X. Thus it is concluded that, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected or digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on sales volume by 29.6% in MSMEs in Cimanggis Depok District.

Abstract

The study aims is to determine the elements of the canvas business model with three focuses, there are customer segment, value proposition and key resources at The Buddy House Coffee & Eatery. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique used is passive participant observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display and conclusions and data validation using triangulation. The informants in this study were selected purposive sampling and snowball sampling as many as 3 people there are 1 Head Barista and 2 consumers. The results showed that the targeted customer segments are the middle social class, and the majority of consumer come from outside the area where the coffee shop was located. Meanwhile, for the value proposition element, of the 11 indicators, there are 2 indicators that have not been implemented optimally, there are newness and accessbility. In the key resource element, intellectual indicators must be maximized in terms of creating copyright on products made by The Buddy House Coffee & Eatery.

Abstract

The economy is an important substance for every broad community, where it is implemented in various sectors of life today. MSMEs became pioneers in economic emergencies in the past, until now MSMEs are still able to become the largest contributor to the national economy (GDP) in Indonesia. This is supported by the knowledge, skills, and beliefs of MSME actors regarding their financial literacy.  The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of financial literacy on business continuity owned by MSMEs Bazar Minggu Ria. This research uses a quantitative approach, the data collection techniques used in this research are library research and field research by distributing questionnaires to samples that have been determined through probability sampling and the analysis used is using descriptive statistics through simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that t-count> t-table (5.727> 1.66) so that it is concluded that financial literacy has a significant effect on business continuity, where Hα is accepted and H0 is rejected. The financial literacy affects business continuity by 31.6% while the other 68.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
