Abstract

Program adiwiyata memiliki empat komponen (1) Kebijakan berwawasan lingkungan (2) pelaksanaan kurikulum berbasis lingkungan (3) Kegiatan Lingkungan Berbasis Partisipatif, (4) Pengelolaan Sarana Pendukung Ramah Lingkungan, Keempat Komponen tersebut diharapkan mampu menciptakan karakter siswa peduli lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memberikan gambaran terkait dengan pelaksanaan Manajemen Program adiwiyata yang dilihat dari Pelaksanaan keempat komponen dan karakter peduli lingkungan siswa di SMP Pangudiluhur Sedayu.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deksriptif kuantitatif. Tempat penelitian ini di SMP Pangudiluhur Sedayu. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah, Wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, Koordinator Adiwiyata dan guru peserta didik yang dipilih secara acak. Objek penelitian adalah dokumen kurikulum adiwiyata. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Validasi instrument menggunakan validasi menggunakan validasi Isi. Teknis analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Manajeman Program adiwiyata dilihat dari pemenuhan empat komponen adiwiyata dan karakter siswa peduli lingkungan di SMP Pangudiluhur menunjukan 1) Perencanaan program adiwiyata sudah dilaksanakan dengan sangat baik 2) Kebijakan berwawasan lingkungan 92%; 3) pelaksanaan kurikulum berbasis lingkungan 88%; 4) Kegiatan Lingkungan Berbasis Partisipatif 94%; 5) Pengelolaan Sarana Pendukung Ramah Lingkungan 90% 6) karakter siswa peduli lingkungan 74 % dan 7) Evaluasi sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Secara umum Manajemen Program adiwiyata di SMP Pangudiluhur memenuhi jika dilihat dari keterpenuhan empat komponen adiwiyata memiliki kriteria sangat baik, meskipun demikian tidak berarti karakter peduli lingkungan siswa secara otomatis baik.

Abstract

Kualitas kompetensi guru dapat mempengaruhi kualitas pendidikan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui Kompetensi Pedagogik (2) untuk mengetahui kompetensi sosial (3) untuk mengetahui kompetensi kepribadian dan (4) untuk mengetahui kompetensi profesional Guru di SMA Negeri 1 Manggelewa. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Evaluasi. Penelitian evaluasi di gunakan karena di dalam penelitian memuat evaluasi yang berkaitan kompetensi guru di SMA Negeri 1 Manggelewa. subjek penelitian adalah Guru di SMA Negeri 1 Manggelewa yang berjumlah 20 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa Angket dengan skala likert 1 sampai dengan 4 dan dibantu wawancara untuk mendapatkan informasi awal atau kondisi empiris sekolah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitaf dengan menggunakan analisa deskriptik atau statistik deksriptik. Cara menarik kesimpulan adalah dengan melihat hasil dari tiap komponen dan membandingkan dengan tabel presentase dari bukunya Prof. Sugiyono sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan tiap kompenen atau Kompetensi kurang baik atau sangat baik Dari penelitian dapat di simpulkan (1) Kompetensi Pedagogik di SMA Negeri 1 Manggelewa sangat baik berdasarkan deskripsi data yang sudah dilakukan dengan presentase 85 % (2) Kompetensi Sosial di SMA Negeri 1 Manggelewa sangat baik berdasarkan deskripsi data yang sudah dilakukan dengan presentase 88 % (3) Kompetensi Kepribadian di SMA Negeri 1 Manggelewa sangat baik berdasarkan deskripsi data yang sudah dilakukan dengan presentase 88 % (4) Kompetensi Profesional di SMA Negeri 1 Manggelewa sangat baik berdasarkan deskripsi data yang sudah dilakukan dengan presentase 85 %. Secara keseluruhan Kompetensi Guru di SMA Negeri 1 Manggelewa sangat baik.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi sekarang tentu sekolah harus lebih pintar mengelola karena masalah sekarang bukan saja masalah beberapa instansi tapi banyak Instansi banyak merasakan dampak dari pengelolaan keuangan pada masa pandemi ini. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk melihat pengelolaan biaya investasi (2) untuk melihat pengelolaan biaya Personal (3) untuk melihat pengelolaan biaya Operasional di SMA Negeri 1 Manggelewa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kualitatif dengan Pendekatan Studi Kasus. Alasan peneliti memilih studi kasus karena jenis pendekatan ini sangat cocok untuk menggambarkan keadaan dan situasi di SMA Negeri 1 Manggelewa yang merupakan tempat penelitian. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah Kepala sekolah, Bendahara dan Beberapa guru yang bersedia untuk diwawancarai. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dengan Triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis dengan menggunakan Model Miles Huberman Dari Penelitian dapat disimpulkan: (1) Biaya Investasi terkait gaji guru tidak ada perbedaan di SMA Negeri 1 Manggelewa baik sebelum pandemi dan masa pandemi pengembangan SDM juga sangat baik karena guru memanfaatkan IT untuk mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran pada masa pandemi ini (2) Biaya Personal terkait pembayaran yang dilakukan peserta didik terjadi perbedaan sebelum pandemi awalnya 60 Ribu dan masa pandemi ini 50 Ribu per bulan terjadi penurunan biaya terkait pembayaran peserta didik pada masa pandemi ini (3) biaya Operasional pada SMA Negeri 1 Manggelewa penggunaan yang paling banyak adalah penggunaan air dan kuota internet belajar. Penggunaan air di gunakan untuk mencuci tangan siswa dan kuota belajar untuk proses belajar.

Abstract

Organizations can achieve success through their resources, especially human resources. Therefore, employees become the driving force in making a real contribution to the success of the organization on an ongoing basis. Of course, only employees with optimal work spirit can achieve this success. However, to maximize employee performance, there must be a strategy to improve it. This study aims to find out how these strategies improve morale. The PLS-SEM approach was used in this study. The results of this study indicate that organizational communication as well as the work environment can be a driver in the strategy of increasing employee morale, either directly or indirectly optimally through the work environment

Abstract

Banking is an institution that has an essential role in driving the economy. This research aims to develop a research model to overcome business phenomena and the research gap between buying and selling financing and the Return on Assets ratio with the non-performing financing ratio as a moderating variable. The method used by the author in this research is a quantitative descriptive method with an associative approach. The population in this study was 13 Islamic banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this research is 9 Islamic banking companies according to research variables regarding public financial reports for 2015-2020. The sampling technique using purposive sampling was used. Data analysis techniques using regression and path analysis use the moderating regression analysis test. The research results show that buying and selling financing significantly affects Return On Assets, non-performing funding significantly impacts return on assets, and non-performing financing can moderate and strengthen the influence of buying and financing of sale on return on assets. The author hopes this research can provide a theoretical contribution to this context's financial management and banking literature.

Abstract

Among effective management systems, the importance of human resources is increasing. Employee performance is an essential factor that influences success. In an organization, it is one of the most critical functions of an agency. This research aims to determine the variables that affect employee performance and develop a theoretical basis and research model. This research used an associative descriptive quantitative method with a population of 244 respondents, employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department, and a sample of 150 respondents who were employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department with probability sampling using the proportional stratified random sampling method. One hundred fifty questionnaire data have been obtained and processed. The results of this research show that the first hypothesis is that employee performance is significantly influenced by servant leadership, the second hypothesis is that organizational commitment is influenced considerably by servant leadership, the third hypothesis is that employee performance is influenced substantially by organizational commitment, the fourth hypothesis is that organizational commitment can mediate the influence of servant leadership on employee performance. It is hoped that this research can provide a theoretical contribution to the literature in this context, of course, in the context of human resource management.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the variables influencing employee performance and develop a theoretical basis and research model. This research used an associative descriptive quantitative method with a population of 58 respondents who were drawn into the sample using non-probability sampling, using a saturated/total sampling method. The data analysis technique uses linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The results of this research show that the first hypothesis states that employee performance is influenced by work motivation, meaning that the higher the work motivation an employee has, the higher the employee's performance. Thus, the second hypothesis states that employee performance is influenced by the work environment, meaning that the better the work environment, the more employee performance will increase. The third hypothesis is that employee performance is influenced by work motivation and work environment, which can simultaneously improve employee performance. This research is expected to provide a theoretical contribution to the literature in this context, of course, in the context of human resource management.

The second hypothesis states that employee performance is influenced by organizational culture. The third hypothesis, employee performance, is controlled by leadership and corporate culture, which can simultaneously improve employee performance. This research is expected to make a theoretical contribution to the literature in this context, of course, in the context of human resource management.

In reality, the achievement of a job done by every employee in a government organization includes meeting the needs in the form of adequate work facilities and appreciation for every work achievement they do. This study aims to determine the variables that affect employee performance and develop a theoretical basis and research model. This study uses an associative descriptive quantitative method with a population of 30 respondents drawn into a sample using non-probability sampling, using the saturated sampling method / total selection. The data analysis technique uses linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis states that employee performance is influenced by work motivation. Then, the second hypothesis states that the work environment has no significant effect on employee performance. The third hypothesis, employee performance, is influenced by work motivation and work environment, which can simultaneously improve employee performance. This research is expected to make a theoretical contribution to the literature in this context, of course, in the context of human resource management.

Abstract

The low sense of caring for the environment becomes a need that must be met through real learning. Creating awareness and life skills is the best way to create culture. One way that needs to be improved in schools is by synchronizing the curriculum that can be used to improve the ability of practical life in caring and cultured environments. This research aims to develop an adiwiyata-based curriculum in shaping and enhancing the ability of practical life to care and be cultured. The setting of this study is Pangudiluhur Sedayu Junior High School Yogyakarta with the subjects of the principal, teachers, and students. This research method uses qualitative approach using the case study. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the development of Adiwiyata-based curriculum in SMP Pangudiluhur has a unique characteristic that is the curriculum that is synchronized with adiwiyata to improve the ability of practical life. The findings of the research that has been done are identifying concepts and making new policies related to the adiwiyata program in the school environment.
