Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kemampuan berkomunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Sumberdaya Air Bina Marga Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif kausalitas dengan subyek penelitian yaitu pegawai sebanyak 68 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan komunikasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa peranan sumber daya manusia bagi suatu organisasi tidak hanya dapat ditentukan dari seberapa tingginya pendidikan yang dimiliki dan seberapa disiplinnya pegawai dalam bekerja, akan tetapi termasuk dari aspek yang lebih spesifik yakni kemampuan seorang pegawai dalam mengontrol emosionalnya dan juga kemampuan seorang pegawai dalam berkomunikasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Value Co-cration on Perceived Justice, to determine the effect of Service Recovery on Perceived Justice, to determine the effect of Perceived Justice on Emotions and to determine the effect of Emotions on Repurchase Intentios. The sampling technique in this research is judgmental sample. This research was conducted for three months by distributing questionnaires via google form. The number of samples in this study were 300 respondents. The analytical tool used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results of this study are Utilitarian Value has a positive effect on Perceived Justice. Hedonic value has a negative effect on perceived justice, Making an Apology has a positive influence on perceived justice, Problem Solving has a positive influence on perceived justice, Being Courteous has a positive influence on perceived justice, Providing an explanation has a positive influence on perceived justice, Prompt Handling has Positive influence on the variable Perceived Justice, Perceived Justice has a negative effect on Negative Emotion, Perceived justice has a positive effect on positive emotions, Negative Emotion has a positive effect on Repurchase Intention and Positive Emotion has a positive effect on Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of hedonic value, utilitarian value and store atmosphere on impulse buying. The population in this study were consumers in Kendari City who had shopped and visited Minnisou Lippo Plaza Kendari. The population in this study is infinite which means unlimited. The number of samples in this study amounted to 96 respondents (based on the Lemeshow formula). Data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that hedonic shopping value has a positive effect on impulse buying, utilitarian value does not have a positive effect on impulse buying, store atmosphere has a positive effect on impulse buying, and hedonic shopping value, utilitarian value and store atmosphere together positively influence positive impulse buying. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menentukan stres kerja karyawan pada PT. Hadji Kalla Kendari. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis yakni exploratory factor. Subyek penelitian adalah karyawan PT. Hadji Kalla Kendari yakni sebanyak 90 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert sebagai alat ukur atas sikap responden mengenai faktor-faktor yang menentukan stres kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 9 indikator yang telah dinyatakan layak untuk dilakukan pengujian faktor, terdapat 3 kelompok faktor yang terbentuk. Ketiga faktor tersebut antara lain : (1) faktor tuntutan pekerjaan, (2) faktor kebijakan organisasi dan (3) faktor pribadi. Kata Kunci: Stres kerja karyawan.AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the factors that determine employee work stress at PT. Hadji Kalla Kendari. This research is a quantitative study with an analytical method namely exploratory factor. The research subjects were employees of PT. Hadji Kalla Kendari as many as 90 people were taken using the census method. Data collection in this study uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale as a measurement of respondents' attitudes about the factors that determine employee work stress. The results showed that of the 9 indicators that had been declared feasible to be tested for factors, there were 3 groups of factors formed. These three factors include: (1) work demand factors, (2) organizational policy factors and (3) personal factors.Keywords: Employee Stress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh etos kerja dan pengembangan karir karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Hotel Claro Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan obyek penelitian di pada Hotel Claro Kota Kendari. Adapun subyek pada penelitian ini yakni karyawan di Kantor Hotel Claro Kendari yakni sebanyak 71 orang responden. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regersi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwaetos kerja dan pengembangan karir secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Hotel Claro Kota Kendari. Hal ini berarti bahwa setiap adanya peningkatan yang terjadi pada etos kerja karyawan dan pengembangan karir karyawan maka akan memberikan dampak terhadap semakin tingginya komitmen karyawan pada Hotel Claro Kota Kendari. Lebih lanjut ditemukan bahwa adanya hubungan positif signifikan secara parsial antara etos kerja dan pengembangan karir karyawan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Hotel Claro Kota Kendari

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge sharing and transfer of training on the performance of employees of the Sulawesi River Region IV Regional Office in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research uses a quantitative approach, with the subject of the study being all employees of the Sulawesi River Region IV of the Southeast Sulawesi Province who have attended the training, amounting to 80 respondents. The type of data used is primary data through questionnaire distribution, which is then analyzed using the statistical method of multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results it was found that knowledge sharing and transfer of training together had a significant positive effect on improving employee performance. This means that any improvement made by employees either through knowledge sharing or transfer of training will also have an impact on improving the performance of the employees of the Sulawesi River Region IV of the Southeast Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

This research is to analyze and determine the contribution of factor funding decisions, the size of the company, the company's profit and risk based capital simultaneously and partially to the company's value. The approach used is The correlation between variables, while the sampling technique is purposive sampling were selected based on certain criteria as much as 10 insurance companies listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange in parentheses period of 7 years. The data used is secondary data that is accessed from the JSE's website, and the methods of analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study found that the funding decision does not significantly increase the value of the company, while the size of the company and the company's profit as well as partial risk-based capital has a positive and significant effect in increasing the value of the company. Then simultaneously discovered all the observed variables have contributed simultaneously to enhance shareholder value. This means that, to increase the value of the company, it needed the funding decision is effective and efficient, the size of the company and the company's profit and risk-based capital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh public service motivation dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor catatan sipil (Capil) Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengambil sampel pada 65 pegawai non PNS pada Kantor Capil Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regersi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa public service motivation dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini berarti bahwa setiap adanya peningkatan yang terjadi pada public service motivation dan kepuasan kerja, maka akan memberikan dampak terhadap semakin tingginya kinerja pegawai. Public service motivation secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini berarti bahwa kinerja pegawai yang lebih baik dapat ditingkatkan dengan adanya peranan public service motivation. Kemudian, kepuasan kerja juga secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini berarti bahwa kinerja pegawai yang lebih baik dapat ditingkatkan dengan adanya peranan kepuasan kerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to partially analyze variables of education level, training, and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously analyze variables of education, training, and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance. Type of research is a quantitative approach. Samples in this study amounted to 129 employee respondents who worked at the Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect between training and organizational culture on employee performance at Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital, education has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, there is a significant positive relationship between training and employee performance, there is a significant positive relationship between organizational culture. on employee performance, for the education variable it was found that there was a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the role of government as reflected ingovernment spending in the education and health sectors to Human Development Index(HDI) in 16 OIC Countries. The data used in this study secondary data in the form of paneldata conducted on 16 countries OKI in the period 2008 s/d 2011 which then analyzed withmultiple linear regression analysis tools. The results showed that government expendituresin the education sector and government expenditures in the health sector had aninsignificant negative effect on the Human Development Index (HDI) in 16 OIC States.
