Abstract

ABSTRACT   The purpose of this study is to determine the determinants of dimensions (factor) business performance of Muslim entrepreneurs in Southeast Sulawesi in running a sustainable and competitive advantages. The specific objective is to find a model of alternative business performance measurement of Muslim entrepreneurs which is the development model of Balance Scorecard implementation (BSC) by incorporating the factors of shariah (worship and lawful approach). The method used in this research is Exploratory Factor analysis and qualitative analysis. Sampling method is non-probability sampling with sample size of 10 x 12 variables = 120 sample members (Roscue approach in Sugiyono: 2012). Methods of data collection using in-depth interviews and questionnaires as well as secondary data. Based on the the results of research and discussion it can be concluded that there are 3 main factors that form the dimensions of micro-small business performance is integrated business strategy factors, Internal Business Targets & External Encouragement and Islamic Business Practice Factor. these three dimensions can shape the performance of small micro-enterprises in Muslim entrepreneurs in Southeast Sulawesi about 65%. Thus the integration of the business orientation with the material approach to business practices based on muamalah principles in Islam (Halal orientation and worship) can improve the performance of competitive and sustainable SMEs.Keywords                   : Business Performance Dimension, development of BSC model, Muslim EntrepreneursCorrespondence to       : lalimusa@gmail.com, rahmanfisip@gmail.com, stzakiah132@gmail.com

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the decisions of Muslim entrepreneurs in using Islamic bank financing products and their influence on Business performance in MSMEs. The variables studied were religious factors, service quality, accessibility, reference groups, promotions, profit sharing systems and attitudes towards fatwas. The research method used is the factor analysis method (Exploratory Factor Analysis) and multiple linear regression. sampling technique is non-probability sampling (incidental sampling) that is equal to 70 people with assumptions considered sufficient to represent the population, while the method of collecting data through questionnaires.The results showed thatthere are 2 (two) main factors that determine the behavior of entrepreneurs in using Islamic bank financing, namely external drives (promotion, accessibility, reference groups, and attitudes to the bank system), and internal references (religion, service quality, and profit sharing system). Profit sharing system is the most important factor for customers in deciding to use Islamic bank financing products. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potensi nilai tambah usaha pembuatan abon ikan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan dan untuk menciptakan kemandirian masyarakat pinggiran di Kota Kendari, selain itu tujuan khusus adalah terpublikasinya hasil penelitian dosen pada jurnal lokal atau nasional terakreditasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif  dimana analisa pendapatan Pd = TR – TC dan perhitungan BEP. Penelitian ini dilakukan beberapa tahap sesuai rencana penelitian yang dapat diuraikan sebagai berikut. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembuatan abon ikan memiliki nilai tambah terhadap ekonomi rumah tangga di Kelurahan Purirano Kecamatan Kendari. Nilai tambah yang dipeloh pada usaha pembuatan abon ikan sebesar Rp 475/Kg yang berarti bahwa setiap penggunaan 1 Kilo gram  bahan baku menhasilakn 475 Rupiah. Usaha Pembuatan Abon Ikan yang dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Purirano Kecamatan Kendari Kota Kendarai memberikan keuntungan sebesar 439.

Abstract

This study investigates the factors that determine student decisions to use the product of the Indonesian Islamic Bank (BSI) case study on IAIN Kendari students. This research is based on several trends from previous research results in various Muslim countries. The research design is through a survey questionnaire and the analytical method to measure this goal is Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) with a sample of 100 samples with the criteria of students using savings products at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The results show that there are 3 main factors that determine the behaviour of students' decisions to use Islamic bank products, namely perceived Islamic value (halal product guarantees, interest-free products, Islamic services and ease of transactions), Islamic literacy (good understanding of Islamic banks, knowing the legal basis used by Islamic banks, and desires that arise from themselves) and institutional support (the collaboration of campuses and Islamic banks as well as determining student payment transactions through Islamic banks

Abstract

Desa Ujung Tobaku merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di jalan utama Trans Sulawesi. Salah satu potensi yang dimiliki yaitu terumbu karangnya yang menjadi destinasi wisata bawah air. Tetapi, belum ada spot bawah laut yang berada di sekitar kedalaman rendah untuk wisata foto bawah air. Meskipun sejak Oktober 2020, Pemerintah Desa telah memberikan ijin pengelolaan kepada Klub Selam Patmpanua Diving Club (PDC). Minimnya pengalaman dan metode pengelolaan ekowisata bawah air menjadi kendala bagi PDC.  Ada beberapa permasalahan prioritas bagi Mitra, yaitu tidak adanya ornament atau objek bawah air yang berada di kedalaman 2-20 meter. Peletakan ornament di berbagai kedalaman dapat menarik minat masyarakat umum untuk berwisata karena kemudahan dalam akses objek wisata. Selain itu, Belum adanya keterampilan mitra untuk melakukan analisis usaha wisata dan strategi pemasarannya serta belum adanya sumberdaya manusia yang memiliki kualifikasi sebagai guide dive sehingga belum dapat melakukan publikasi objek wisata secara massive karena dikhawatirkan tidak memenuhi standar dalam pengelolaan objek wisata bawah laut. Solusi yang ditawarkan melalui Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) adalah  Penerapan Teknologi Tepat guna Apartemen ikan sebagai ornament baru, Pembentukan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) dan pelatihan manajemen usaha wisata bawah air serta  Peningkatan kapasitas Operator dive dan dive guide melalui sertifikasi selam jenjang advance sebagai syarat menjadi guide selam. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu pembuatan ornament dan apartemen ikan, Pengambilan data awal ekologi, Pembentukan BUMDES dan pelatihan manajemen Usaha wisata Bawah air serta sertifikasi selam jenjang Open Water dan advance.

Abstract

Abstract

Research aim: This paper aims to identify important influences on the company performance of Muslim business owners in Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia, using a balanced scorecard development approach incorporating Islamic values and business practices.Design/Methodology/Approach: The research design used a quantitative approach called Exploratory Factor analysis through SPSS. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 120 samples (Muslim entrepreneurs), with data collected through a survey questionnaire.Research findings: Three significant factors determining the business performance of Muslim entrepreneurs: strategy and internal business processes, business orientation, external stimuli, and Islamic business practices. Approaches to Islamic business practice are critical for improving Muslim entrepreneurs’ company performance.Theoretical contribution/ Originality: This finding is one of the new models of the balanced scorecard theory to measure and improve the performance of Indonesian Muslim entrepreneurs.Practitioner/Policy implication: Integration of business orientation with general approaches and sharia business practices such as halal product orientation and hard work can improve the business performance of Indonesian Muslim entrepreneurs.Research limitation/Implication: This study only investigated the performance of Muslim entrepreneurs in 7 districts/cities in Southeast Sulawesi with a sample of 120 Muslim MSMEs.

Abstract

Theoretically, religiosity plays an important role in shaping a Muslim's healthy lifestyle and has been shown to influence purchasing decisions for health products including herbal medicines. This study aims to examine the effect of religiosity on purchasing decisions of herbal medicines for Muslim consumers in Kendari City Southeast Sulawesi, either directly or through the mediation of a healthy lifestyle. This research is quantitative research using PLS-SEM analysis to answer the research hypothesis. This research was conducted on 100 herbal consumers in Kendari City through survey questionnaires. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence between religiosity on herbal medicine purchasing decisions, and a healthy lifestyle has a mediating role between religiosity on herbal medicine purchasing decisions on Muslim consumers in Kendari City Southeast Sulawesi.

Abstract

 Pesatnya perkembangan sistem perbankan syariah merupakan dampak dari rumusan Undang-Undang Nomor 21 tahun 2008 tentang Perbankan Syariah yang diterbitkan pada tanggal 16 Juli 2008. Meski industri perbankan syariah sedang dalam tahap perkembangan yang pesat, tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa industri perbankan syariah belum mencapai kesuksesan terbesar di segala aspek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang faktor-faktor penentu nasabah Bank dari Bank Konvensional ke Bank Syariah Mandiri Kendari. Pada penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan Penelitian dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Kendari dengan responden sebanyak 70 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Eksploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). Data diolah menggunakan uji reliabilitas, validitas dan analisis faktor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa yang mendorong nasabah melakukan Brand Switching Bank Konvensional ke Bank Mandiri Syariah adalah Faktor (1) Ekonomis & Idiologis. Faktor (2) Stimulus Marketing (Aksesibilitas, Kualitas Layanan, Kelompok Referensi, Promosi, Produk). Faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah faktor biaya (ekonomis) dan ideologis (Syari’at Islam). Faktor biaya merupakan faktor terpenting yang mempengaruhi perpindahan merek pelanggan dari Bank Konvensional ke Bank Syariah.

Abstract

Halal food and consumer behaviour are hot issues in scholarly publications. However, research exploring the factors determining consumer decisions by the exploratory study is still rare. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the factors that determine Indonesian Muslims' purchasing of halal food. We focused on halal food Muslim consumers and 140 questionnaires were distributed. Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis was used for data analysis. The findings showed that three main factors determine Muslim purchase decisions for halal food: halal awareness, religiosity, and the safety & quality of halal food. A novel model of halal food consumer behaviour that implies the application of Halalan-tayyibah in Islamic teachings, namely the integration of halalness with product safety and quality. The study also implies that business players must pay attention to halal aspects in all business processes, from manufacturing to marketing, for the halal food value chain to be fully fulfilled.JEL Classification: M21, M31, Z12How to Cite:Alimusa, L.O., Septiani M, A., Ratnasari, R.
