Abstract

Tujuan pernikahan yang dilakukan oleh setiap manusia di bumi ini tidak lain adalah guna menciptakan keluarga yang harmonis serta bahagia. Pernikahan menyatukan perbedaan antara dua manusia. Perbedaan antara keduanya haruslah dikelola dengan bijaksana, saling menerima serta memahami bahwa perbedaan adalah fitrah. Dewasa ini penyebab rusaknya kerharmonisan sangat bermacam-macam.Seperti perselingkuhan, termasuk pengaruh Media Sosial pada putusan PA No. 0422/ pdt.G/2016/PA.Kdr, tentang ketidak harmonisan disebabkan selingkuh melalui medsos atau Hand phone sebagai latar belakang perceraian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara kepada hakim, panitera serta pihak pemohon perceraian. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kurangnya komunikasi antara kedua pasangan serta kurang bijak dalam bermedia sosial hingga lalai terhadap tanggungjawab masing-masing menjadi salah satu faktor perceraian di Kediri.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology in the industrial era 4.0 certainly contributes to shifting human activities in interacting and communicating. In the world of education, teachers need to synchronize learning in accordance with the characteristics of students in the industrial era 4.0. The main key in this synchronization arises in the competence of the teacher to be able to establish interpersonal relationships with learners, other educators, parents, and the educational community. So that the capacity of the teacher in interpersonal intelligence needs to be honed and adapted to his time. Therefore, the purpose of writing this article is to describe the urgency of interpersonal intelligence for teachers in the industrial era 4.0. The type of research used in this study is literature review research. The research approach used is in the form of sample characteristics systematically using sources in the form of books and articles. This research procedure consists of 5 stages, namely 1) determining the topic of study; 2) collect information from various sources; 3) classify references in accordance with the topic of study; 4) carry out the synthesis of relevant references; 5) write down the results of the synthesis. The results of this study show that 1) interpersonal intelligence is an important part for teachers as a basis for interaction between teachers and students, peers, parents, principals, policy makers, education observers, and the educational community; 2) interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence has a relationship with one another; 3) communication of teachers and students in the industrial era 4.0. happening in classrooms and virtual spaces through social media; 4) teachers need to follow the development of information technology as a medium to learn and communicate with studentsThe rapid development of information technology in the industrial era 4.0 certainly contributes to shifting human activities in interacting and communicating. Abstract

An in-depth study of the perspective of beekeepers in the Village Joho towards zakat becomes very urgent. Because in general research about honey zakat only tends to the naqli arguments and ijtihad of the scholars without involving the farmers themselves who in this case are the main actors in honey zakat. From the description above, it can be formulated the research problem as: the following (1) How is the process and management of honey in Joho Village? (2) How the perspective of beekeepers on the obligation of zakat honey in Joho Village? This type of research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Source primary data, namely honey farmers in Joho Village with data collection in the form of in-depth interviews, observations and documentation which are then analysis using data codification, data presentation, and withdrawal methods conclusion/verification. The results of the study, namely (1) the process and governance in producing honey for beekeepers is by looking at the weather conditions. Because weather conditions have serious consequences on bee stamina and flower growth, where these two things affect the scale of honey income for farmers bee. (2) two according to the perspective of the honey beekeeper community in Joho . Village that, the obligation of zakat honey is considered not an obligation that must be carried out. They consider honey is not something that must be zakat. However, the habit that occurs there is that the breeders give part of the honey harvest to the local community. The gift considered as a form of gratitude for the harvest obtained. There the farmers The majority of Joho Village honey distributes their harvested honey when the results are abundant, so the concept is alms.

Abstract

Korupsi merupakan perbuatan yang tidak terpuji yang sangat merusak nilai pancasila, pancasila merupakan pedoman hidup bangsa Indonesia yang merupakan pedoman hidup yang harus dilaksanakan menurut aturan yang berlaku. Jika perilaku korupsi tidak tertangani dengan baik maka perlahan akan menurunkan nilai pancasila, budaya bangsa Indonesia yang memiliki rasa tanggung jawab yang tinggi dan rasa malu yang kuat akan hilang. Sebagai manusia yang berbudaya dan bermartabat dengan nilai-nilai pancasila, manusia diciptakan oleh Tuhan sebagai makhluk yang sangat mulia, sehingga kemuliaan dirinya tidak tercemar oleh perbuatan yang dapat merusak dirinya dan keluarganya. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran bahwa tindak pidana korupsi dapat merusak dan mendegradasi setiap lini kehidupan khususnya nilai-nilai pancasila dan agar bangsa Indonesia dipandang dunia sebagai negara yang bermartabat dan minim tindak korupsi karena rakyat sadar akan jati dirinya sebagai bangsa Indonesia yang berjiwa pancasila. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan pengumpulan dan pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan studi kepustakaan sebagai bahan literatur yang dapat menyajikan data dan disertai dengan dokumen pendukung yang menjadi referensi penting dalam penelitian ini. Hasil kesimpulan dari artikel ini adalah bahwa melalui pendekatan eksternal yang dimaksud adalah adanya unsur-unsur dari luar manusia yang memiliki kekuatan untuk memaksa manusia untuk tidak melakukan korupsi dan pendekatan internal adalah kekuatan yang muncul dari dalam diri individu. dan diperkuat melalui pendidikan dan pembiasaan.

Abstract

Prangi Village is a village located in the Padangan District, Bojonegoro Regency, East Java, more precisely located on the coast of the Bengawan Solo River which is directly adjacent to the province of Central Java. The population of Prangi Village above, most of whom work as farm laborers, and only a few who actually own agricultural fields, make the economic situation of the residents classified as pre-prosperous or can be said to be middle to lower level residents. This unstable economic situation makes people's incomes become unstable. Especially after the covid 19 pandemic. Therefore, it is necessary to empower their own resources through the development of the Tirto Agung reservoir. The aim and target of this service is the hope that the village community will have the motivation to develop the economy in the reservoir from tourists from surrounding villages or even various parts of the region in general, thus forming independent group members to be creative and responsive.

Abstract

Reflecting on the current state of moral education in Indonesia from news broadcasts on television and social media, there is a decline in the morals of students who do not reflect as educated people. As well as the existence of an independent learning policy programmed by the Indonesian Ministry of Education, because the achievements of Indonesian students are too far on an international scale. Instilling morals (character) in students must be put forward because it is very important to implement. Therefore, there is a need for a more in-depth study of the values ​​of moral education that will contribute to this thought. If you review the book Adabul 'Alim wal Muta'allim by K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari, then there is a treatise on education that contains moral education, especially the values ​​of moral education that must be owned by educators and students. Based on the problems above, this research is urgent to be carried out. The focus of this research is: First, how are the values ​​of moral education contained in the book of Adabul 'Alim wal Muta'allim?, Second, how are the values ​​of moral education from the perspective of K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari in the Book of Adabul 'Alim wal Muta'allim freely learn?. This type of research is a literature study (library research). Primary sources and data come from the Adabul 'Alim wal Muta'allim book and secondary data sources come from scientific publications in the form of books, articles, journals and other research results related to the values ​​of moral education and independent learning. The results of this study, first, the values ​​of moral education in the book of Adabul alim wal muta'allim which consists of 8 chapters. and teacher duties. Two, the relevance of the value of moral education in the adabul alim book with the independent learning program includes: 1) Efficiency of learning time, 2) Assessing student competence, 3) Surveying student character and literacy development, 4) Teacher competence in teaching, 5) Teacher personal formation. as a learner. So with the teaching and learning method contained in the adabul alim book, this free learning policy can be realized to the fullest.
