Abstract

In determining marketing strategies, the bank performs a classification from a customer database, the database will be analyzed by a decision maker and this is not easy for a decision maker, because of the complexity of the vast data and the many attributes of the data owned, so that it becomes an obstacle and obstacle. in decision making. This of course can have a negative effect on the company's business processes because there will be delays in determining marketing strategies. Data mining method is a method that can classify large data to determine the level of accuracy of a database. In overcoming these problems, it is necessary to do a database analysis to determine the accuracy level of the database classification owned by the company. For this reason, in this study a classification process will be carried out with the Bank Direct Marketing dataset taken from the UCI Machine Learning Repository web, using the Naïve Bayes algorithm, K-Nearest Neighbor, Support Vector Machine with Optimize Selection (Evolutionary) optimization, the calculation process using a data mining application. namely Rapidminer 5.3, to find the highest accuracy value from the calculation algorithm. Test method with 10-fold cross validation. In this study, the classification results with the highest level of accuracy were obtained using Optimize Selection (Evolutionary) optimization, namely the Naïve Bayes algorithm 90.18%, then K-Nearest Neighbor 86.66%, and Support Vector Machine 89.40%.

Abstract

Dengan rata-rata nasabah dari kalangan menengah kebawah atau nasabah retail bank harus mampu memanfaatkan potensi yang ada pada dana retail tersebut. Untuk memanfaatkan potensi yang ada pada dana retail secara optimal perlu dilakukan klasifikasi terhadap data nasabah yaitu nasabah berpotensi dan tidak berpotensi. Untuk mengklasifikasi data dapat diterapkan teknik klasifikasi data maining menggunakan metode Decision Tree dan Naïve Bayes dengan ditambah metode optimasi Optimize Selection (Evolutionary) untuk peningkatan hasil nilai akurasinya. Dalam penelitian ini data diambil dari klasifikasi data nasabah pada tahun 2017 dengan jumlah 217 terdiri dari 10 atribut, 9 atribut prediksi dan 1 atribut tujuan. Selanjutnya akan diterapkan kedalam aplikasi Rapidminer 5.3, dalam penerapannya metode Naïve Bayes memiliki nilai akurasi 92.17% setelah dioptimasi nilai akurasinya meningkat menjadi 94,47% sementara metode Decision Tree memiliki nilai akurasi 89,40% setelah dioptimasi nilai akurasinya meningkat menjadi 94.01%. Dengan demikian nilai akurasi metode Naïve Bayes lebih tinggi dibandingkan Decision Tree, maka dalam penerapan metode untuk klasifikasi data nasabah pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Kantor Kas Season City metode Naïve Bayes lebih baik dibandingkan metode Decision Tree dengan berbasis Optimize Selection (Evolutionary). Kata kunci : Dana Retail, maintenance, Naive Bayes, Decision Tree, Optimize selection (Evolutionary).

Abstract

Microsoft Powerpoint merupakan media yang menarik untuk pembelajaran terutama dalam pembelajaran diskusi serta presentasi tentang pemaparan materi didalam kelas. Namun penggunaan apalikasi Microsoft Powerpoint oleh siswa dan siswi masih kurang menarik dan tidak adanya pemanfaatan fungsi tools tabs dalam setiap file presentasi, sehingga pembuatannya menjadi sangat sederhana tanpa adanya desain yang menarik dan interaktif, terutama pada siswa dan siswi sekolah menengah pertama, bahkan banyak siswa dan siswi yang belum familiar atau mengenal serta mampu dalam menggunakan microsoft PowerPoint. Hal ini juga dialami oleh para siswa dan siswi Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Bina Mulia berdasarkan diskusi terhadap para guru SMP Bina Mulia. Maka dari itu dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat dosen Universitas Pamulang merasa perlu adanya pembekalan berupa pelatihan keterampilan penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft PowerPoint bagi para siswa dan siswi SMP Bina Mulia, sehingga diharapkan para siswa dan siswi SMP Bina Mulia terutama yang sudah berada di kelas 8 (delapan) dapat mengoperasikan serta mengimplementasikan aplikasi microsoft Powerpoint sebagai bahan media pembelajaran presentasi dengan baik, menarik dan interaktif.

Abstract

Jaringan komputer adalah jaringan telekomunikasi yang memungkinkan antar komputer untuk saling menukar data. Tujuan dari jaringan komputer ialah agar bisa mencapai tujuannya, pada bagian dari setiap jaringan komupter bisa memberikan serta meminta layanan (service). Pihak yang menerima/meninta layanan disebut dengan klien (client) serta yang melakukan pengiriman/yang memerikan layanan disebut dengan peladen (server). Desain tersebut bernama sistem client-server, serta dipakai pada hampir semua aplikasi jejaring komputer. Hal tersebut tentunya bukan yang mengejutkan lagi mengingat betapa pesatnya perkembangan teknologi yang terjadi hingga saat ini. Berbicara soal bisnis banyak sekali peranan jaringan dalam proses kerja seperti berbagi informasi dan berbagi data untuk mempercepat proses kerja. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka memiliki keahlian dalam jaringan computer sangatlah dibutuhkan dan banyak di inginkan perusahaan. Solusi yang harus dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan pengenalan dan pelatihan jaringan kegenerasi muda baik yang ada di daerah kota atau daerah tertinggal sekalipun.

Abstract

Sequential Search adalah algoritma pencarian sederhana yang melibatkan pemeriksaan setiap elemen dalam daftar atau koleksi satu per satu hingga elemen yang diinginkan ditemukan. Ini juga dikenal sebagai pencarian linier. Algoritme ini tidak terlalu efisien, karena memiliki kompleksitas waktu kasus terburuk O(n), di mana n adalah jumlah elemen dalam daftar. Namun, ini dapat berguna dalam situasi tertentu, seperti saat daftar kecil atau saat daftar tidak dapat diproses sebelumnya dengan cara apa pun. Salah satu keuntungan dari pencarian sekuensial adalah tidak memerlukan ruang memori tambahan, karena hanya melakukan iterasi melalui daftar yang ada.

Abstract

BD is responsible for creating long-term corporate value through customers, markets and business relationships by creating opportunities for the company to continue to grow. With the increasing number of small businesses and startup companies in Indonesia, career opportunities as business development have also increased rapidly. This is because the company continues to compete with its competitors in order to stay ahead, both in terms of profits and brand awareness. one of the supporters of the process of establishing a long-term corporate valuation. This business development also plays a role as a creator of opportunities for the development of the company by way of optimizing the tasks of these components or factors.

Abstract

Attribute decision-making method that can be used to support decision makers in selecting several alternatives. In its process, the SMART method uses a linear adaptive model for the value of each alternative. In the selection process for the acceptance of the RT Head candidate, there are many assessments including income, age, education, and residence ownership. In this study, the selection process will be carried out using the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. This method selects alternative criteria that have predetermined values and weights, to obtain qualified and appropriate candidates for RT heads. Based on the results of system testing, it was concluded that the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Method was effective enough to be applied in determining the acceptance of qualified candidates for RT heads at Puri Pamulang Housing, RT03/RW09, South Tangerang.

Abstract

The e-learning application is a website-based application that is used by students to view academic information. To ensure that the website is in accordance with their needs, it is necessary to test the e-learning website by utilizing the equivalence partitioning technique to see the suitability of functions according to the expectations and needs of the user. Black Box Testing is one of the software programs software that checks strategies that specialize in functionality, especially the use and operation of applications (easy according to what is expected or not) use of the Equivalence Partitioning Method Equivalence partitioning is an automatic check or blackbox check that divides the input area into information classes and and with help classes the information is fetching see examples can be derived As a result of this and checking it was found there are some bugs errors like character and data type restriction in username input.

Abstract

The futsal court reservation application is an application that allows users and futsal court owners to more easily access without having to install additional applications that reduce the memory capacity on their smartphone. Before being used, this futsal field reservation application needs to be tested. Testing is a verification process for assessing the quality of a device software and see whether the software meets the expected processes and valid or not. The process that is not optimal can cause inequality of data to be stored in the database .. Testing is done by the Black Box Testing method. In black box testing there are several testing techniques, one of them is Boundary Value Analysis. The Boundary Value Analysis technique performs testing based on the maximum and minimum number of digits to produce valid and invalid values. The first stage carried out in this research is to identify the form functionality to be processed, ensuring the maximum and minimum number of characters entered. The results of testing the futsal field reservation application with the black box testing method with the Boundary Value Analysis technique are the quality of the software is in accordance with the function, and can be utilized properly by the user.

Abstract

The validation process carried out to determine the quality of the software is an understanding of software testing. Testing is intended to find out application output errors that result in the system not running properly. There are 4 types of Black Box testing including Pairwise Testing, Boundary Value Analysis, Equivalence Partitioning, and Error Guessing techniques. This technique has advantages and disadvantages according to the needs of the application being tested. The Equivalence Partitioning technique was chosen as a Black box test because it is in accordance with the needs of the web-based Cooperative Information System application, in this test is divided into 2 test ranges to be valid and invalid. Beginning with identifying, testing system functions, establishing research data and archives, designing experimental cases and testing, and documenting research results and research conclusions. The results of testing, that this software runs according to what has been tested. However, the test is only carried out with a number of sample forms, for the time being this device has no problems and runs well.
