Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen dalam pembelian perhiasan emas di Kota Metro, Untuk mengetahui variabel yang dipertimbangkan konsumen dalam pembelian perhiasan emas di Kota Metro serta Untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang paling dominan dari konsumen dalam pembelian produk perhiasan emas di Kota Metro. Penelitian ini menggunakan responden berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik accidental sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat empat faktor yang mempengaruhi pembelian perhiasan emas di kota Metro yaitu promosi, kualitas produk, koleksi, dan pergaulan sosial . Faktor promosi dan faktor kualitas produk merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dalam penelitian ini. Variabel promosi mewakili faktor promosi. Variabel kualitas produk mewakili faktor produk. Variabel koleksi mewakili faktor pribadi. Serta, variabel pergaulan sosial mewakili faktor sosial.

Abstract

The realization of good governance and accountability is the expectation of all parties. Regarding these expectations, it is necessary to develop and implement an accountability system that is appropriate, clear, measurable, and accurate. In realizing this effort, the Regency Government of Pringsewu in collaboration with the Aisyah University of Pringsewu created an electronic application for Government Agency Performance Accountability Systems (E-Sakip), namely an application for reporting performance measurement results to Government Agencies. The E-Sakip launching and outreach activities will be held on Monday, November 28th, 2022 at the Main Hall of the Regency Government of Pringsewu. The method used in this socialization is an introduction or lecturing method, then carrying out simulations or demonstrations which are attended by 80 participants consisting of the Head of the Planning Subdivision and Functional Officers. The material presented included creating user accounts for the application, account creation and user access rights for the LAKIP reporting unit, filling out the LAKIP document components, how to upload LAKIP documents, and how to change the password on the user account. The result of this community service activity is that the E-Sakip application can be implemented in the Regency Government of Pringsewu and it provides knowledge to participants who represent each Government Agency in the Pringsewu Region regarding the use of the E-Sakip application which can assist the Government Agencies in Digital Performance Accountability Reports

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of inspectorate auditor perception of metro municipality concerning independence and professionalism to inspection effectiveness. The research hypothesis study whether the inspectorate auditor perception of metro municipality concerning independence and professionalism simultaneously affect to inspection effectiveness. The population of this research is inspector auditor who works at Inspectorate of Metro Municipality. The independent variable of this research is independence and professionalism. Data of this research is primary data obtained through spreading questioners directly to inspector auditor at Inspectorate of Metro Municipality. Analysis model used to study hypothesis is multiple linier regression, it based on data from thirty respondents which its research through questioners. The result showed that independence and professionalism simultaneously and partially affect significantly to inspection effectiveness on auditor at Inspectorate of Metro Municipality.

Abstract

Homes Industrial Company Fish Crackers Rafa’s Cracker 002in Kahuripan Sidodadi Waylima village, Pesawaran Regency is one of the small industries engaged in the industry of making food ingredients in the form of Fish Crackers. In its activities so far, the industry has faced ups and downs in its marketing. This is due to various factors, especially competition from similar businesses that began to mold in some regions so that it affected the amount of production and sustainability of this business. Business competition is gettingtighter, making business owners rack their brains harder so that the business continues to run and is still able to bind customers so as not to move to other competing products that offer more competitive prices. This study aims: 1). To find out the concept of distribution and promotion networks in an effort to increase sales at the Rafa’s Fish Cracker Home Industry 002 Pesawaran, 2). To find out how the distribution and promotion network is ideal in increasing sales at the Rafa’s Fish Cracker Home Industry 002 Pesawaran. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely field research on research objects where data collection is carried out by conducting direct research by conducting direct interviews with business owners. Research Results: 1). The Rafa’s Fish Cracker Home Industry 002 Pesawaran, applies indirect distribution, namely from producers to agents from agents to wholesalers from wholesalers to retailers then from retailers to consumers, where this indirect distribution is also used as a promotional medium to increase sales, 2). Increased sales will affect the amount of production, so that business owners place more emphasis on promotions carried out through the distribution network. However, this fish cracker product is well known and much in demand by the people in Lampung and its surroundings.
