Abstract

The aimed of this study is to explore how fake news through the media can disrupt socio-political stability and impede the implementation of various government policies that are being introduced, and how significant efforts are being made by all parties to ensure that hoax coverage does not spread through all lines of social life by providing a literacy education formula in the context of knowledge challenges that are difficult to address. It also analyzes how social media are used to construct strategies that can cloud the atmosphere of socio-political life and public morality, which seem to give priority to pro-people ethics, as is the case in Indonesia. In this study, a qualitative approach and post-truth theory are used as analytical perspectives in the interpretation of topics such as Covid-19 news and details in the presidential election contest of 2019. This study will also document how, through the mediation of hoax reporting through social media, online social media representations such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other personal messaging applications are explored. So, of course, based on the findings of the preliminary observations, there needs to be a strategy for creating new, shifting narratives about different government policies based on relevant references, since modern media have an influence on the social, cultural, and political landscape of life. A proper media literacy and literacy analysis must also be carried out to see if offline communities with limited internet connectivity no longer accept the notion of 'hoax opinion' established in Indonesia. Therefore, literacy education would be able to reveal false knowledge that has spread through society and will correct any myths in social life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dengan judul komunikasi pedagang pasar tradisional (pekan) Di keude buloh blang ara Kecamatan. Adapun pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 (sepuluh) orang yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Integrated marketing communication (IMC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi pemasaran pedagang pasar pekan tradisional di Keude Buloh Blang Ara Kecamatan Kuta Makmur yaitu penjualan langsung melalui tatap muka dengan pelanggan maupun menggunakan aplikasi watshaap terutama untuk promosi penjualan, mengikat hubungan dengan pelanggan terutama pelanggan-pelanggan baru. Dalam hal ini, penjual berupaya untuk membantu atau membujuk calon pembeli untuk membeli produk yang ditawarkan. Komunikasi yang terjadi antara pedagang dengan pembeli, adalah dengan konsep tatap muka, dimulai oleh pedagang dengan menawarkan jualan secara langsung kepada pembeli.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilator belakangi oleh komunikasi pembangunan yang dijalankan oleh pemerintah gampong belum maksimal dan belum transparan dalam mengkomunikasikan tentang perencanaan dan pengelolaan dana anggaran pendapatan dan belanja gampong sehingga ini menghambat tercapainya tujuan komunikasi pembangunan yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk mengetahui komunikasi pembangunan yang dijalankan pemerintah gampong dan hambatan komunikasi apa yang dihadapi pemerintah gampong dalam menjalankan komunikasi pembangunan tentang perencanaan pengelolaan dana APBG. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa komunikasi pembangunan yang dijalankan oleh pemerintah gampong adalah komunikasi yang dijalankan secara langsung seperti musyawarah dusun, musyawarah gampang, rapat-rapat internal dan komunikasi menggunakan media seperti spanduk, baliho, dan papan proyek. Selain itu hambatan komunikasi pembangunan yang dihadapi pemerintah gampong  Pelita Sagoup Jaya,  berupa kepentingan, prasangka, dan motivasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Negosiasi Pembeli Dengan Pedagang di Pasar Tradisional Geudong (Studi pada Penjual Pakaian Dewasa di Kecamatan Samudera Kabupaten Aceh Utara)”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Untuk mengetahui bagaimana negosiasi antara penjual dan pembeli melakukan transaksi jual beli di toko pakaian dewasa pada pasar tradisional Geudong Kecamatan Samudera Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Teori yang digunakan adala perilaku negosiasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan tiga teknik yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 orang. Hasil Penelitian menujukan bahwa negosiasi antara pedagang dan pembeli dalam menentukan kesepakatan harga ketika tawar-menawar barang dan penjelasan terhadap barang yang diperdagangkan, adanya timbal balik yang terjadi ketika melakukan tawar menawar antara kedua pihak karena pedagang pakaian pasar tradisional Kecamatan Samudera identik dengan tawar-menawar, serta penjelasan yang diberikan oleh pedagang akan membuat pembeli kembali bertanya ataupun memberi respon terhadap penjelasan pedagang.

Abstract

This study has described how the pattern of political communication between government institutions and its impact on public confidence in development in Aceh Province, Indonesia. This study focuses more on the analysis of communication patterns between the executive (ie: Governor of Aceh Province) and the legislative (DPR) in carrying out their respective duties and functions in the context of development in Aceh Province, Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach aimed at describing the pattern of political communication between government institutions and analyzing the level of trust of the Acehnese people. The benefit of this study is to provide a formula for good and effective political communication with elites at various levels of institutions from the executive to the legislature. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the patterns of political communication between government institutions, namely the executive and legislative institutions, are personal communication patterns, informal communication patterns, family communication patterns, party or organizational communication patterns. All types of communication patterns are carried out between parties in carrying out interest lobbying and development policies in the Aceh Province, Indonesia. This type of communication pattern, based on the results of research, has been carried out by both parties in running government institutions in Aceh, namely the Aceh Government and the Aceh Legislature.

Abstract

This study was motivated by problems and unrest against the number of cases of victims exposed to COVID-19 increased during the Covid-19 Pandemic period. In this study, the authors analyzed five banner texts that focused on the appeal on how to minimize the spread of COVID-19. This study aims to determine messages related to how to overcome the application of the application of 5 M application found in banners, benner, and community service advertisements. As well as the meaning contained in the text of the 5 M application message about Covid-19. Data collection techniques with library research or library research with a hermeneutics approach. This thesis uses hermeneutics theory Hans-Georg Gadamer. With this hermenetuika theory, a message of 5 m is found through historical, dialectics and application. The results of this study indicate that in the text found a message related to the application of 5 m, namely the distribution of messages invites the public to comply with the things that have been determined by the government about the dangers of Covid-19, containing relevant sentences that cause close relationships and relationships related to the problem being faced in the middle public. In receiving a message it needs to be considered related to the truth of the message itself. Given that a message that is not clear truth can lead to chaos and the increasing number of Covid-19 cases among the people. Thus, researchers also suggest that people always do a message of application of 5 M that has been implemented by the government.
