Abstract

Management as an ability or expertise which later became the forerunner of management as a profession. Management as a science that emphasizes attention to managerial skills and abilities which are classified into technical, human and conceptual abilities / skills. Management as a process by determining systematic and integrated steps as a management activity. Management as an art is reflected in differences in one's style in using or empowering others to achieve goals. Educational management is a management process in the implementation of educational tasks by using all sources efficiently to achieve goals effectively. Educators in the educational process play a strategic role, especially in an effort to shape the character of the nation through personal development and desired values. As educators, teachers are one of the determining factors for the success of every effort in achieving educational goals. Therefore, the increase in human resources that is expected from efforts to achieve education which is a very important factor is the role of a teacher. Tasks include educating teachers as a profession, teaching and training. The strategy is intended as a teacher's effort to create an environmental system that allows the learning process to occur. The learning process is at the core of the overall educational process with the teacher as the main role holder.

Abstract

Assistance in the art of writing calligraphy held by the Assifa studio for students at the Baqiyqtussa'adiya Islamic boarding school. Calligraphy is a writing art that regulates the forms of letters, their locations, and ways of assembling them into an organized writing and requires creativity and appreciation in writing. Assistance is carried out aiming to train the art of calligraphy writing. This mentoring activity begins by providing material about the types of calligraphy khat and how the characters of each of these khat are. Furthermore, the students were introduced to the basic techniques of calligraphy using kalam. The method was carried out in the assistance of calligraphy writing exercises directly to the students of the Baqiyqtussa'adiyah Islamic boarding school. This activity is carried out during this training assistance activity carried out for 1 month, namely August 1 2022 to August 31 2022, every Wednesday and Saturday at 13.30 to 16.30 WIB. Individual training participants are able to write the art of calligraphy which has been taught in the assifa studio of the Auliaurrasyidin Tembilahan Islamic High School.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Jurisprudence Teacher Authority on Student Learning Activities. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of samples in the study amounted to 71 people. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out by means of a simple linear regression statistical test. Based on data analysis on variable X, namely the Authority of the Fikih Teacher, the result is 97% and is categorized as Very Strong, because it lies in the Interval Criteria of 81% -100%. Furthermore, based on data analysis on the Y variable, namely Student Learning Activities, the results obtained were 97% categorized as Very Strong, because it lies in the Interval Criteria of 81% -100%. Based on data analysis on variables X and Y, namely the effect of the authority of the Fikih teacher on student learning activities, the results obtained are F count ≥ F table = 69.5 ≥ 3.99, so reject Ho and accept Ha means that there is a positive and significant influence between the authority of the Fikih teacher on Student Learning Activities.
