Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari oleh banyaknya tuntutan pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran reservasi membuat peserta didik sulit untuk memahami materi jika hanya mengandalkan buku teks sebagai sumber belajar. Buku teks tidak dapat menunjukan tahapan praktik reservasi secara langsung. Sementara, peserta didik SMK dituntut untuk memahami praktik reservasi secara langsung. Untuk itu diperlukan media pembelajaran yang sejatinya dapat mengatasi keterbatasan dan memberikan pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Didukung dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan kualitas kegiatan belajar mengajar berbasiskan teknologi di SMK, pada penelitian ini memberikan pembaharuan pada media pembelajajaran berupa video animasi yang disebut dengan video motion graphic. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran penanganan reservasi hotel berbasis video motion graphic di SMK akomodasi Perhotelan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model planning, production, and evaluation (PPE). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan expert judgement oleh dua orang ahli materi dan dua orang ahli media. Hasil temuan penelitian yang diperoleh dari hasil expert judgement menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran penanganan reservasi hotel berbasis video motion graphic berada pada kriteria sangat layak, baik dari segi materi maupun media, sehingga dapat digunakan oleh guru untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar

Abstract

The industrial practice assessment tool that can objectively measure the competency achievements of students of the Family Welfare Education Study Program during Industrial Practice at the Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA) is essential. The research objectiveis to produce a digital assessment model for Industrial Practices on the job performance of the social worker. The study used a qualitative descriptive method through expert judgment and the limited availability of exams and responses. Participants are industry practitioners, PUSPAGA external consultants, and a team of government agency experts. Researchers collect data Research results show that a digital assessment model on the job performance of social workers is very feasible to implement and achieve student performancein the implementation of Industrial Practices at PUSPAGA; all of them are declared competent.External Mentors on Industry Practice as a digital assessment user t responds strongly agree thatthe digital assessment model on the job performance of socialworkers is the application: (a) which makes it easier to assess student performance objectively online; (b) more practical, systematic, and efficient in assessing practicum performance; (c) who helps and provides user satisfaction in providing an objective assessment of practicum performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need for a performance assessment on the Housekeeping competency test at Hospitality Accommodation vocational high school which can measure the competence of students objectively according to the Hotel SOP. This research is the implementation stage of Ve.Rubric based on Hotel SOP on the Housekeeping competency test which has been tested for validation through expert judgement at Hospitality Accommodation vocational high school. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, by choosing the location of the Hospitality Accommodation Vocational School in West Java. The purpose of this study is to implement Ve.Rubric based on Hotel SOP in the Housekeeping competency test at Hospitality Accommodation vocational high school to determine the feasibility of the application developed from user responses. Research participants were selected by students and teachers who teach Housekeeping subjects at Accommodation Hospitality vocational high school as well as hotel practitioners in West Java. The findings showed that Ve.Rubric based on Sop Hotel was declared very feasible and the interrater reliability result data obtained by the cronbach alpha value of 0.818 had good reliability on very high criteria. Usability analysis obtained the results that, Ve.Rubric provides convenience in assessing performance at the time of competency tests and is more effective and feels satisfied as a user. The results of this study contain the implication that, Ve.Rubric based on Hotel SOP can be implemented on the Housekeeping competency test at SMK Hospitality Accommodation both in West Java and in other provinces in the wider clause.
