Abstract

Sistem pendukung keputusan (DSS) merupakan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu seseorang dalam mengambil keputusan yang akurat dan tepat sasaran.Karena masih banyak masyarakat yang minim pengetahuan untuk memilih bahan gorden yang cocok untuk kebutuhan, maka dibutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan bahan gorden dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan konsumen dalam memilih bahan gorden yang tepat.Metode SMART dapat digunakan untuk menentukan pemilihan bahan gorden yang tepat untuk konsumen.Hal ini dikarenakan metode SMART mampu memberikan hasil penilaian secara fleksibel dan tepat.Adapun kriteria yang digunakan diantaranya adalah: C1 = Kualitas Bahan (30%), C2 = Tekstur (20%), C3 = Warna Bahan (15%), C4 = Harga (20%), C5 = Motif/Corak (15%).Dari 25 alternatif yang didapat sebagai bahan pertimbangan pemilihan bahan gorden, maka hasil yang didapatkan adalah kain bahan sprei gorden dengan ranking tertinggi mendapatkan hasil nilai (0,79).Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang didapat yakni kain bahan sprei gorden dengan nilai 0,79 adalah pilihan kain bahan gorden yang tepat.

Abstract

A significant increase in the number of people around the world causes an increase in the amount of waste production causing a fairly high spike. This increase is caused by the increasing needs that humans need every day, with so many needs, a lot of waste is produced, especially plastic waste that is used as a container or wrapping material for various other goods. This makes the environment polluted by plastic waste. Various efforts have been made by the world and the government in reducing waste, one of which is PT. Indonesia Free of Waste, namely sorting waste and then selling it to those who recycle waste. The existence of a decision support system (DSS) will help PT. Indonesia Free of Waste selects the best waste to buy then sorts and recycles. By using the SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique) method, the best waste can be purchased in a flexible and simple manner so that it can fulfill the integrity of decision making and rapid analytical response. Alternatives taken as research references include used cooking oil, plastic, used drinking bottles, and some other household waste that can be recycled. Of the 25 alternatives used, the results obtained from used cooking oil with the highest rank of 0.85. This study makes a decision using the SMART method to find out what waste can be purchased by providing more profit, namely used cooking oil with a value of 0.85.
