Abstract

Padang city as we know it is a tourist city which is a lot of tourist destinations of both domestic and foreign tourists. Therefore, more than 50% of the people of Padang city choose to trade as the basis of their lives. But now as technology develops, people are more dominant or want everything to be easy. Including for shopping. In a very large number of MSMEs that have not been touched by the community. Therefore, with technology, the sales system that was previously done traditionally can be input in an integrated system. Market Place is a form of modern market today. Does not need a place but can accommodate all SMEs in the city of Padang. With this Market Place, it is expected that the community can reach out to the Padang city MSMEs even further and the sales and promotion systems of these MSME products can be spread more widely and make the revenue generated from the sales of MSMEs be increased and maximum again and the management of the sales system can be well managed. With this marketplace application, it is expected that MSME entrepreneurs who do not have a permanent place can increase their income. There are at least 88.8 percent contributing to economic growth in Southeast Asia. In Indonesia, there are approximately 59.2 million MSME actors by contributing 56 percent of the country's add up to the economy. However, from the add up to UMKM, only 3.97 percent million MSMEs have entered online

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the response of class XI students and the response of the teacher at SMK PERBANKAN Padang to the use of Interactive Multimedia in the learning process. There were 150 students and 8 teachers at the school who were the research samples. In this study, there are two problems investigated, namely how students respond to the use of Interactive Multimedia in the learning process of learning and how the teacher responds to the use of Interactive Multimedia in the learning process of learning. The data obtained in this study were in the form of student response questionnaire data and teacher response questionnaire data. The data were analyzed using descriptive analytical methods to obtain answers to the problems in the study. Based on the results of the study, it was found that 88% of students responded positively to the use of interactive multimedia in the learning process of mathematics. And as many as 75% of teachers responded positively to the use of interactive multimedia in the learning process because learning activities carried out using interactive multimedia were more active and felt fun for students and teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model blended learning pada pendidikan kejuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan tahapan model ADDIE. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, lembar observasi, dan tes kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) Model blended learning meliputi: (a) komponen filosofis esensialisme dan pragmatisme; (b) teori belajar: behaviorisme, kognitivisme, dan konektivisme (c) komponen 4C yaitu komunikasi, kolaborasi, kerjasama, dan kreativitas; (d) komponen revolusi industry 4.0: mencakup pembelajaran dengan elemen digital dengan literasi data, literasi teknologi, dan literasi manusia. (2) Model blended learning yang berpusat pada pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara offline dan online menjadikannya memiliki proporsi pola pembelajaran yang jelas. Fleksibilitas belajar kapan saja dan di mana saja melalui komunikasi tatap muka, serta interaksi online menggunakan chat dan forum online untuk menggali pemikiran kritis melalui diskusi. Termasuk juga unsur mahasiswa untuk berkreasi dan inovatif dalam proyek dan perbaikan proyek, serta bahan ajar online yang dibuat menarik dengan kehadirannya.komponen multimedia (teks, gambar, dan video). (3) Produk hasil berupa buku model, buku pedoman dosen dan pedoman mahasiswa, serta buku teks yang dinyatakan valid dan praktis sehingga model blended learning dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran. (4) Pencapaian yang ditemukan berkaitan dengan kemampuan kognitif, afektif, psikomotorik dan 4C.
