Abstract

This research aimed at knowing the level of effective communication, teacher loyalty, and the influence of effective communication toward teacher loyalty at State Agriculture Integrated Vocational High School Riau Province. The data that were collected by questioner to 75 persons of samples were analyzed by using simple linear regression analysis technique, it was done by using SPSS 21.0 for Windows application program. Based on the analysis, it could be known that the correlation score (rxy) was 0.607 and Fhit (Fchange) was 42.489 with the significant level (p-value) 0.000 that was lower than 0.05.  It was compared to rtable 0.227 at 5% significant level (n=75), so Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. It showed that effective communication variable (X) influenced teacher loyalty variable (Y) significantly.  The coefficient of determination (R square) based on the regression test result was 0.368, and it meant that 36.8% of teacher loyalty variable could be influenced by effective communication variable, and the rest 63.2% was influenced by other variables such as: compensation, working satisfaction, working participation, the health implementation, motivation, and others. Therefore, it could be stated that increasing teacher loyalty at State Agriculture Integrated Vocational High School Riau Province could be done by increasing the level of effective communication at the school.

Abstract

The majority of Islamic religious education institutions still segregate themselves from public education. The purpose of this study is to analyze the design of Islamic religious education in Indonesia. Research methods utilizing the systematic literature review (SLR) refer to methods for finding, judging, and interpreting all available literature related to the formulation of problems or areas of topics studied. Nvivo software was used to help analyze the research data. There are 72 documents discussing the design of Islamic education. However, after screening according to the criteria, there are only 10 documents left that are then analyzed. Document data is obtained through a dimensional database. Research results show that there are four main themes that have the most potential in the discussion of Islamic education design. The four sub-themes include integration of Islamic values in the education system, shift of the Islamic education paradigm, hadith concept in Islamic religious education, and the role of parents in Islamic religious education. This is related to the design of Islamic religious education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh Kebijakan Pemerintah Tentang Standar Pembiayaan Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, pendekatan ini digunakan karena data yang dikumpulkan berupa kata-kata, dan bukan angka-angka. kata lain metode kualitatif sebagai prosedur penelitian yang menghasilakan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis maupun lisan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan biaya Pendidikan Agama Islam merupakan salah satu komponen masukan insrumental (instrumen input) yang sangat penting dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Dalam setiap upaya pencapaian pendidikan Agama Islam baik tujuan-tujuan yang bersifat kuantitatif maupun kualitatif. Hampir tidak ada upaya pendidikan yang mengabaikan peranan biaya, sehinga dapat dikatakan bahwa tanpa biaya, proses pendidikan tidak akan berjalan. Landasan hukum standar pembiayaan pendidikan di Indonesia berdasar kepada Undang-Undang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional No 20 Tahun 2003, Bab XIII. Pembiayaan dalam pendidikan berdasarkan Undang-Undang Sisdiknas No. 20 Tahun 2003, pasal 46 ayat (1) tentang sumber pendanaan pendidikan bersumber pada APBN, minimal 20 %. Standar biaya operasi satuan pendidikan ditetapkan dengan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional No. 69 Tahun 2009, berdasarkan usulan BNSP.

Abstract

Saat ini Pekanbaru menjadi kota metropolitan, yaitu dengan nama Pekansikawan, (Pekanbaru, Siak, Kampar, dan Pelalawan). Perkembangan perekonomian Pekanbaru, sangat dipengaruhi oleh kehadiran perusahaan minyak, pabrik pulp dan kertas, serta perkebunan kelapa sawit beserta pabrik pengolahannya. Kota Pekanbaru pada triwulan I 2010 mengalami peningkatan inflasi sebesar 0,79%, dibandingkan dengan triwulan sebelumnya yang mencapai 0,30%. Secara tahunan inflasi kota Pekanbaru pada bulan Maret 2010 tercatat sebesar 2,26%, terus mengalami peningkatan sejak awal tahun 2010 yaitu 2,07% pada bulan Januari 2010 dan 2,14% pada bulan Februari 2010. Posisi Sungai Siak sebagai jalur perdagangan Kampar, telah memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi kota ini. Ekonomi Kreatif dapat memberikan peran yang sangat luas dalam memperbaiki perekonomian nasional serta kemampuannya mengangkat warisan budaya lokal kemudian mengembangkannya. Berdasarkan pengamatan yang ada dapat disimpulkan bahwa ekonomi kreatif diyakini mampu menjawab tantangan permasalahan dasar jangka pendek dan menengah nasional.  Menyelenggarakan pelatihan dengan pembekalan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yakni berupa pelatihan pembuatan produk yang disesuaikan dengan potensi warga masyarakat merupakam tujuan utama dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini Kerajinan tangan perca batik sangat  bagus jika dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu produk yang bernuansa lokal, karena bisa dijadikan cenderamata di tempat wisata dan dijual ke seluruh indonesia Selanjutnya ditinjau tingkat keberhasilannya untuk ditindaklanjuti, dan terakhir pembuatan laporan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian tersebut. Sehingga dengan demikian, melalui pemberdayaan ibu-ibu di RT 01 RW 04 Kelurahan Tuah Kaya Kecamatan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanbaru, melalui pelatihan pembuatan kerajinan tangan perca batik ini dapat dijadikan peluang bisnis, dan mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat.

Abstract

In addition to the ever-changing conditions, Islamic education faces increasingly complex obstacles. The digital era shows that the implementation of tarbawi interpretation in Islamic education can provide great benefits to students and society. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of tarbawi interpretation in Islamic education in 2021. The research method used is a systematic literature review. Data from the scopus database is considered primary data, while data from the dimensions database is considered secondary data. The data obtained were 110 in the Scopus database and 8 documents in Dimensions. In the analysis, however, only 20 documents were included in the criteria. Research results suggest that the implementation of tarbawi interpretation in education is an obstacle. These challenges include limitations in understanding, social change, technological advancement, controversy, language barriers, and a lack of support from educational institutions and society.

Abstract

In the context of global educational supervision, it is vital that we keep up with the latest research and development in this field. This new research and technology can be used to improve the way education is supervised around the world and to make education better overall. The goal of this study is to look at how research on the subject of educational supervision has grown over time. Data were obtained from 1939 to 2022 with 175 publications. In this study, there was no reason to limit the ability to comprehensively understand the various forms of data so that more data could be obtained. Scopus data was utilized in the analysis of this study. Later analysis of the study utilized help from openrefine, vosviewer, and Rstudio software. The results of the study explain that supervision education research is conducted in the fields of health, school education, and psychology. The most active authors in publishing articles on educational supervision are Zepeda SJ, but in more situations, they are Alfian, Arifin I, Black D, Dewhurst G, Imron A, Syafiq Humaisi M, Wiyono BB, and Zepeda SJ, respectively. Research on this theme is being done more in the United Kingdom, followed by the United States. Currently, the keyword education supervision in database scopus is still prominent and indicates that this research is still in demand by researchers. But in the future, research related to the theme of supervision education is better directed at the following themes: human, medical education, child, adolescent, teaching, career, normal human, primary medical care, health care, infants and newborns, child preschool, professional competence, and medical specialists.

Abstract

In the context of acquiring foreign language competence, motivation plays an important role in determining the outcome of the learning process. This study explores the influence of instructional leadership on the motivation and learning activity of students in language learning at the Tanjung Berulak Islamic Madrasah Tarbiyah Pondok Pesantren (PPMTI). The study uses a quantitative correlational approach, with a population of as many as 620 students from PPMTI Tg. Berulak. The sample size of 71 respondents was determined using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis includes validity testing of research instruments and regression analysis to measure the impact of instructional leadership on student motivation. The regression analysis resulted in a coefficient of 0.870, which indicates that the improvement in instructional leadership by one unit was linked to the increase in student motivation by 0.870. In addition, the study also found that motivation significantly affects student learning activity, with a significance rate counted below 0.05. The findings highlight the important role of instructional leadership in enhancing the motivation and active participation of students in language learning environments.
