Abstract

Companies do not just build information technology carelessly and buy information technology equipment without considering aspects of company needs. In planning information technology and systems, it is necessary to conduct a survey and analysis of user needs. So that the results of the survey and analysis become a guide in planning user needs so that the development of technology and information systems can support the company's operations, making it more efficient in running the company. The core of the problem of implementing Enterprise Architecture is to build corporate IT by implementing an Enterprise Architecture based on TOGAF ADM. The purpose of this research is to implement Enterprise Architecture aimed at making IT Planning on the Enterprise Resource Planning application system, in order to be more effective in implementing the application. The roadmap becomes clearer with the Enterprise Architecture. After doing Enterprise Architecture there is a Migration Planning stage, which is used for application to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application system. The implementation of the ERP system implementation will be carried out in stages using a timeline.Keywords: Enterprise Resource Planning; Enterprise Architecture; TOGAF-ADM; Bamboo processing manufacturing; Information Technology Abstrak. Perusahaan tidak hanya membangun teknologi informasi secara sembarangan dan membeli peralatan informasi teknologi tanpa mempertimbangkan aspek kebutuhan perusahaan. Dalam merencanakan teknologi dan sistem informasi perlu dilakukan survey dan analisa tentang kebutuhan user. Sehingga hasil survey dan analisa menjadi panduan dalam merencanakan kebutuhan user sehingga pembangunan teknologi dan sistem informasi dapat mendukung operasional perusahaan, sehingga lebih efisien dalam menjalankan perusahaan. Inti dari masalah penerapan Enterprise Architecture, membangun IT Perusahaan dengan menerapkan Enterprise Architecture berbasis TOGAF ADM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan penerapan Enterprise Architecture bertujuan untuk pembuatan IT Planning pada sistem aplikasi Enterprise Resource Planning, supaya menjadi lebih efektif dalam melaksanakan penerapan. Roadmap menjadi lebih jelas dengan adanya Enterprise Architecture. Setelah melakukan Enterprise Architecture ada tahapan Migration Planning, yang digunakan untuk penerapan pada sistem aplikasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Pelaksanaan dari penerapan sistem ERP akan dilakukan secara bertahap menggunakan timeline.Kata kunci: Enterprise Resource Planning; Enterprise Architecture; TOGAF ADM; Manufaktur pengolahan bambu; Teknologi Informasi;

Abstract

To support the bamboo processing manufacturing operations, this company uses the Enterprise Resource Planning Application System. Starting from sales operations, production, inventory to financial application systems, everything is controlled with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The ERP system has actually been implemented for more than 1 year. The company wants to measure the performance of the system. Then measurements were made using the COBIT 5 Framework, with the aim of knowing between real conditions and targets (expectations). Of course there will be a gap or gap. The GAP is used as a measuring tool to improve ERP system services. Before analyzing the maturity level measurement using COBIT 5, first conduct a survey to obtain data. After getting the data, then assessing and determining the maturity level for Enterprise Resource Planning in bamboo processing manufacturing companies.Keywords: Enterprise Resource Planning; COBIT 5; GAP; Bamboo Processing Manufacturing; Maturity levelAbstrak. Untuk memberikan dukungan terhadap operasional manufaktur pengolahan bambu, perusahaan ini menggunakan sistem aplikasi Enterprise Resource Planning. Mulai dari operasional penjualan, produksi, inventory sampai sistem aplikasi keuangan, semua dilakukan kontrol dengan Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Sistem ERP sebenarnya sudah diterapkan lebih dari 1 tahun. Perusahaan ingin melakukan pengukuran performansi dari sistem tersebut. Maka dilakukan pengukuran menggunakan Framework COBIT 5, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui antara kondisi riil dengan target (harapan). Tentunya akan terjadi GAP atau kesenjangan. GAP tersebut dijadikan alat ukur untuk meningkatkan pelayanan sistem ERP. Sebelum melakukan analisa pengukuran tingkat kematangan menggunakan COBIT 5, terlebih dari dahulu melakukan survey untuk mendapatkan data. Setelah mendapatkan data kemudian melakukan penilaian dan penetapan tingkat kematangan (maturity level) untuk Enterprise Resource Planning pada perusahaan manufaktur pengolahan bambu.Kata kunci: Enterprise Resource Planning; COBIT 5; GAP; Manufaktur Pengolahan Bambu; Tingkat kematangan.

Abstract

The present research examines the implementation of Blockchain-based Identity and Academic Transcript Management in a university's enterprise architecture. This research is motivated by the increasing demand for secure, transparent, and efficient student identity management and the need to store easily verifiable academic transcripts. Blockchain technology has been spotlighted because it provides security and data integrity solutions. This research aims to determine if integrating Blockchain into the University's Enterprise Architecture can improve the management of student identities and academic transcripts by reducing the risk of forgery and facilitating more dependable access for interested parties. Increased security and efficiency in managing student data are the practical implications of this research, which can help universities reduce the risk of data loss and increase stakeholder trust. This research method includes surveying various universities that have adopted Blockchain technology in their academic identity and transcript management. In addition, we will assess its technical implementation, evaluate its effect on efficiency, and conduct interviews with university personnel involved in the implementation process. This study's anticipated outcome is providing universities planning to adopt Blockchain technology for Enterprise Architecture with actionable guidance. This research will identify the benefits, challenges, and best practices of integrating Blockchain in academic identity and transcript management and lay the groundwork for further improvement of educational services in university settings.
