Abstract

Abstrak. Keberadaan perusahaan sistem integrator teknologi informasi yang menyediakan solusi Internet of Thing (IoT) semakin memegang peranan penting untuk memenuhi kebutuhan inisiatif transformasi digital yang dilakukan di pelanggan sektor swasta dan pemerintahan. Karakteristik tiap pelanggan sangatlah berbeda satu sama lainnya, sehingga diperlukan perusahaan sistem integrator yang mempunyai keunggulan dalam hal kustomisasi sistem, baik sistem hardware, software, firmware, dan jasanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan perencanaan arsitektur enterprise perusahaan sistem integrator teknologi informasi dengan spesialisasi solusi Internet of Thing, dengan menggunakan pendekatan model canvas dan framework TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) ADM (Architecture Develoment Method). Kajian arsitektur enterprise dilakukan secara menyeluruh termasuk aspek bisnis, aplikasi, informasi, teknologi, manajemen perubahan, dan opportunities and solutions. Hasilnya bidang bisnis ini memiliki arsitektur enterprise yang berkelanjutan, dan mempunyai keunggulan kompetitif.Kata kunci: Arsitektur enterprise; TOGAF; Sistem Integrator; Internet of Thing Abstract. The existence of an information technology system integrator company that provides Internet of Thing (IoT) solutions has important role to address digital transformation initiatives carried out by private sector and government customers. The characteristics of each customer are very different from each other, so a system integrator company need to do system customization, on system hardware, software, firmware, and services. The purpose of this study to obtain an enterprise architecture plan for information technology system integrator company specializing in Internet of Thing solutions, using the canvas model approach and the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) ADM (Architecture Development Method) framework. The study of enterprise architecture is carried out thoroughly including aspects of business, applications, information, technology, change management, and opportunities & solutions. As a result, this business has a sustainable enterprise architecture, and has a competitive advantage.Key words: Enterprise Architecture; TOGAF; System Integrator; Internet of Thing

Abstract

Abstrak. Industri restoran merupakan industri yang mempunyai potensi menjanjikan dan mengalami perkembangan yang sangat cepat. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi digital, industri restoran juga harus melakukan inovasi dalam pemanfaatan teknologi tersebut. System yang digunakan dalam melakukan pelayanan ke pelanggan, masih kurang maksimal. System informasi hanya menggunakan front end di kasir, serta back end menggunakan system pencatatan barang keluar masuk (system inventory), system keuangan. Management restoran melakukan perubahan system informasi menjadi lebih baik, dengan cara melakukan IT Planning sebelum melakukan perubahan sistem informasi. Penggunaan Enterprise Architecture sebagai landasan dalam melakukan perencanaan, menggunakan Framework TOGAF. Framework TOGAF yang digunakan dalam perancangan adalah Preliminary Phase, Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Information Architecture, Technology Architecture dan Implementation Governance. Implementation Governance dilakukan untuk tahap penerapan dari Enterprise Architecture pada industri restoran.Kata kunci: Enterprise Architecture, Implementation Governance, TOGAF, Business Architecture, Application Architecture Abstract. The restaurant industry is an industry that has promising potential and is experiencing very fast development. With the development of digital technology, the restaurant industry must also innovate in the use of this technology. The system used in providing services to customers is still not optimal. The information system only uses the front end at the cashier, and the back end uses the inventory system and the financial system. Restaurant management changes the information system for the better, by doing IT Planning before making changes to the information system. The use of Enterprise Architecture as a basis for planning, using the TOGAF Framework. The TOGAF framework used in the design is Preliminary Phase, Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Information Architecture, Technology Architecture and Implementation Governance. Abstract

Abstrak. Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan masyarakat yang gemar berwisata menjadi tidak bebas untuk melakukan aktivitas di luar rumah akibat adanya kebijakan pemerintah menerapkan pembatasan beraktivitas. Kebijakan pembatasan beraktivitas di luar rumah ini menjadi dasar pemikiran untuk merancang sistem informasi pariwisata secara virtual, dengan memanfaatkan berbagai teknologi cloud computing yang dirancang dengan Enterprise Architecture. Tempat-tempat wisata dan situs-situs budaya yang tidak dioperasikan, diubah menjadi produk digital dengan memanfaatkannya sebagai bahan untuk memproduksi virtual wisata. Paper ini menyajikan rancangan sistem informasi wisata berbasis virtual. Rancangan tersebut digambarkan dalam enterprise architecture yang terdiri dari Business Architecture, Information Architecture, Technology Architecture, application architecture, serta menyajikan opportunities and solution.Kata kunci: Business Architecture; Information Architecture; Technology Architecture; Virtual Wisata Abstract. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused people who like to travel to be not free to carry out activities outside the home due to government policies implementing activity restrictions. This policy of limiting activities outside the home is the rationale for designing a virtual tourism information system, by utilizing various cloud computing technologies designed with Enterprise Architecture. Tourist attractions and cultural sites that are not operated are converted into digital products by using them as materials for producing virtual tours. This paper presents the design of a virtual-based tourist information system. The design is described in an enterprise architecture which consists of Business Architecture, Information Architecture, Technology Architecture, application architecture, and presents opportunities and solutions.Kata kunci: Business Architecture; Information Architecture; Technology Architecture; Virtual Tourism

Abstract

Abstrak. Fenomena malware yang terus bertumbuh pada sistem Android menjadikan peneliti berfokus untuk menganalisa malware dengan memanfaatkan teknologi kecerdasan buatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa file-file APK (Application Package Kit) Android dengan mengklasifikasi keluarga malware. File malware akan dijadikan dataset untuk dilakukan training menggunakan algoritma pembelajaran mesin. Pembelajaran mesin yang digunakan adalah Naïve Bayes, Logistic Regression dan Support Vector Machine. Pengukuran performansi dan akurasi juga disajikan dalam perbandingan antara algoritma Naïve bayes, Logistic Regression dan Support Vector Machine yang merupakan algoritma Machine Learning dan bagian dari kecerdasan buatan. Hasil uji akurasi menunjukkan algoritma Naive Bayes mampu mengklasifikasi keluarga malware dengan tingkat akurasi 97.75%, sedangkan algoritma Logistic Regression akurasinya 88.75% dan akurasi Support Vector Machine mencapai 96,75%. Meskipun akurasi tidak setinggi penelitian sebelumnya, teknik analisa statis dengan fitur Permission dan fitur Intent cukup sederhana untuk mendeteksi file APK Android adalah malware atau bukan malware.Kata kunci: Malware Android; Naïve Bayes; Logistic Regression; Support Vector Machine Abstract. The phenomenon of malware that continues to grow on the Android system makes researchers focus on analyzing malware by utilizing artificial intelligence technology. The purpose of this research is to analyze Android APK (Application Package Kit) files by classifying malware families. The malware files will be used as a dataset for training using machine learning algorithms. The machine learning used is Naïve Bayes, Logistic Regression and Support Vector Machine. Performance and accuracy measurements are also presented in a comparison between the Naïve Bayes algorithm, Logistic Regression and Support Vector Machine which is a Machine Learning algorithm and part of artificial intelligence. The accuracy test results show that the Naive Bayes algorithm is able to classify malware families with an accuracy rate of 97.75%, while the Logistic Regression algorithm has an accuracy of 88.75% and an accuracy of Support Vector Machine reaches 96.75%. Although the accuracy is not as high as previous studies, the static analysis technique with the Permission feature and the Intent feature is quite simple to detect Android APK files are malware or not malware.Keyword: Malware Android; Naïve Bayes; Logistic Regression; Support Vector Machine

Abstract

Abstrak. Era digitalisasi setiap perusahaan berusaha melakukan yang terbaik untuk menyediakan layanan kepada pelanggan melalui berbagai inovasi yang dapat membuat pelanggan tertarik menggunakan jasa perusahaan. Micro-services memungkinkan tim developer perusahaan dapat mengembangkan secara optimal, setiap layanan yang diberikan dengan membagi layanan menjadi bagian–bagian kecil yang dapat dikembangkan secara bersamaan. Sehingga dalam tahap pengembangan maupun menerima feedback dari pengguna, dapat secara progresif diperbaiki dan dikembangkan. Terutama bagi pengusaha yang membuat bisnis startup dalam bidang jual/beli online (e-commerce) di Indonesia yang sedang berkembang pesat. Paper ini bertujuan, memaparkan hasil analisis penulis mengenai pengaruh dari penerapan micro-services pada perusahaan e-commerce di Indonesia. Salah satu faktor yang mendukung berkembangannya e-commerce di Indonesia adalah peningkatan sistem layanan yang menyeluruh, dengan melakukan development sistem dengan cepat.Kata Kunci: Microservices, e-commerce, Startup, Enterprise Architecture.Abstract. In the era of digitalization every company is trying to do their best to provide services to customers through any innovations that can make customers interested in using the company's services. Micro-services allow the company's development team to develop optimally, each service provided by dividing the service into small parts that can be developed simultaneously. So that in the development stage as well as receiving feedback from users, it can be progressively improved and developed. Especially for entrepreneurs who make startup businesses in the field of buying/selling online (e-commerce) in Indonesia, which is growing rapidly. This paper aims to describe the results of the author's analysis of the effect of implementing micro-services on e-commerce companies in Indonesia. Abstract

Abstrak. Industri kosmetik di Indonesia menempati urutan ketiga pasar terbesar Asia, menjadikan peluang besar para pelaku industri kosmetik untuk pasar internasional. Untuk bersaing secara global, perencanaan yang matang terhadap proses bisnis diperlukan. Tulisan ini mengusulkan rancangan dengan memaksimalkan CRM (Customer Relation Management) sistem yang ditujukan untuk menentukan strategi pemasaran efektif. Pengaruh pada penyediaan produk, nilai kualitas, pengalaman yang memuaskan dapat menjangkau segmen pelanggan yang lebih besar. Pengembangan CRM sistem menggunakan kerangka kerja Business Model Canvas yang tepat di industri kosmetik. Adaptasi diperlukan dengan kerangka kerja TOGAF ADM dan bahasa pemodelan Archimate Core Framework, menghasilkan model bisnis proses yang lebih rapi dan mengggambarkan struktur organisasi yang terintegrasi. Dimulai dari penargetan pasar, pengumpulan data, promosi, pemesanan, pembagian informasi, dan layanan konsumen yang saling terhubung. Hasil penelitian ini menambahkan tahapan Migration Planning dan Change Management dimana kedua tahapan ini sangat diperlukan dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasional industri komestik secara baik dan tertata rapi sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis.Kata kunci: Customer Relation Management; Business Model Canvas; Archimate Core Framework; Migration Planning; Change Management Abstract. The cosmetic industry in Indonesia is the third largest market in Asia, creating a great opportunity for cosmetic industry players for the international market. To compete globally, careful planning of business processes is required. This paper proposes a design by maximizing the CRM (Customer Relation Management) system aimed at determining an effective marketing strategy. Influence on product provision, quality value, satisfying experience can reach larger customer segments. CRM system development using the Business Model Canvas framework is right in the cosmetics industry. Adaptation is required with the TOGAF ADM framework and the Archimate Core Framework modeling language, resulting in a more streamlined business process model and depicting an integrated organizational structure. Starting from market targeting, data collection, promotion, ordering, information sharing, and connected consumer service. The results of this study add the stages of Migration Planning and Change Management where these two stages are very necessary in carrying out the operational activities of the cosmetic industry well and neatly in accordance with business needs.Keywords: Customer Relations Management;Business Model Canvas; Archimate Core Framework; Migration Planning; Change Management

Abstract

The process management of goods contained in PT Agility International's warehouse do manually, where each employee will enter item SKU data into the enterprise resource planning system. The recording process takes a long time and requires many workers who have to do the work. Recording the goods will include the processing entering the warehouse (inbound), monitoring the number is good in the warehouse system, and the process of goods leaving the warehouse for the delivery process. By utilizing the RFID tag in each item used as the serial number of the item, this study will apply the Internet of Things technology to automate the management system in the PT warehouse. Agility International. The process of reading data from each RFID tag that is in each item will later utilize an RFID UHF Reader device with a data reading radius of around 10 meters. With this, the process of recording incoming goods (inbound), asset monitoring, and recording goods that will come out of the warehouse can do automatically. It is undoubtedly very beneficial for the sustainability of existing business processes in a warehouse.

Abstract

Nowadays information and technology (IT) plays an important role in the organization in order to support the organization to be more productive and as a result become advanced organization. In fact, the organizations like; logistic, education and shopping center have used IT to support their business system. However, as a matter of fact  the use of the IT in their organizations still need in-depth evaluation. Therefore, COBIT framework version 5 will be used in this study in evaluating with the intention of gathering some information about IT govermance in related industries especially in MEA (Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess) domain. The result of the evaluation can be used as a recommendation of each industries to have a better IT govermance in the future.

Abstract

Di semua bidang usaha pada saat ini, perkembangan era digitalisasi sangat lah mempengaruhi bisnis proses di dunia rumah sakit dalam memberikan pelayanan. Khususnya dalam hal ini pemberian layanan berbasis digital menjadi peran utama rumah sakit dalam memberikan kebutuhan para pasien agar terselenggara penyediaan kesehatan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan arah tujuan dari rumah sakit, yaitu adalah peningkatan efektifitas layanan dan juga efisiensi layanan. Agar dapat terselenggaranya layanan kesehatan berbasis digital yang baik, tentunya dibutuhkan juga tata kelola IT yang baik agar dapat menjaga keberlangsungan penyediaan layanan berbasis digital. Pada kesempatan ini, peneliti akan mencari hubungan bagaimana evaluasi tata kelola yang baik dengan menilai kematangan dari proses tata kelola IT dengan menggunakan metode COBIT. Sehingga diharapkan dari evaluasi yang dilakukan dapat menjadi acuan dasar bagi management dalam pengelolaan dan pembenahan tata kelola IT agar selaras dengan kebutuhan perusahaan dalam menjalankan bisnisnya khususnya di dunia kesehatan yang berbasis digital. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan, dari tingkat kematangan yang ada, dievaluasi dari GAP yang menjadi standar minimal pelayanan bagi rumah sakit terhadap capaian indicator yang diharapkan dari proses yang ada khususnya dalam kematangan dari tata kelola IT yang diharapkan.

Abstract

BIG Entertainment is an application that offers unparalleled music and film entertainment. Previously, applications like Spotify were all about music, while Netflix, Joox, and Disney were all about movies. This entertainment combines movies and music into a single application. This research seeks to examine the Big Entertainment application's business model canvas. This study employs the literature review method, which gathers various scientific and relevant sources. The findings suggest that BIG Entertainment service providers work hard to expand their offerings in response to changing market trends and technology advancements. The business model offers both tangible and intangible assets for customers who require not only the final product (music service) but also a one-stop service. BIG Entertainment can generate profit while developing a distinctive and efficient business model if it successfully integrates tangible and intangible assets.
