Abstract

Abstract PT. Sultra Inti Roda Perkasa company engaged in the restaurant where the recruitment process still involves subjective consideration that lead to decisions that are not appropriate. Based on these problems we need a system to support the implementation of the decision-making process more objective and provide appropriate recommendations. Realizing this decision support system, using the method of Weighted Product (WP) and Simple Additive Weighting  (SAW)  as comparison method. WP is a method of decision-making by way of multiplication to connect  rating  attributes, where each attribute  rating  should be raised to a first weight attribute is concerned whereas, SAW is a method that is also known as the weighted summation method. The basic concept SAW method is to find the sum of the weighted performance rating for each alternative on all attributes.The results of this analysis, a decision support applications recruitment, where the implementation of this application shows that WP and SAW    in the process appraisal at reception prospective employee has a value the same result, if both methods have a weight value the same one. Abstract

The process of data compression based on the fact that in almost all types of data are always there repetition in the data component has, for example, in a text sentence there will be redundancies letter alphabet of letters ܽ  through  ݖ. Compression of data through the encoding process seeks to eliminate the element of repetition  by  changing  it such that the data size becomes smaller. In this study, an audio  file  compression applications  is  making  by  using  Arithmetic Coding  algorithm. Unified Modelling Language (UML)  is used as system development tools. In making this application is emphasized to compress the audio file extension * .wav.  Compression application testing is done by examining the  files that have different sizes with a sample  rate and bitrate values are the same. It was concluded that the audio  file with a large size takes longer to perform the compression process. The compressed audio  files can not be executed before passing the decompression process that caused a change in the structure of the current audio file decompression process. Abstract

Sistem biometrika merupakan teknologi pengenalan diri dengan menggunakan bagian tubuh atau perilaku manusia. Salah satu cara paling aman mengenali seseorang adalah melalui teknologi biometrika menggunakan sidik jari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat suatu aplikasi identifikasi sidik jari mengunakan Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) dan Canberra Distance. Proses identifikasi sidik jari terdiri dari 3 tahapan utama yaitu preprocessing, ekstraksi fitur dan pencocokan. DWT berfungsi untuk mengekstrak citra sidik jari menjadi ciri-ciri citra. Metode ini mendekomposisi citra masukan sebanyak  level dengan menggunakan mother wavelet Daubechies 4 (Db4). Energi yang dihasilkan oleh DWT akan digunakan untuk mengukur kemiripan citra menggunakan Canberra Distance. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keakuratan aplikasi identifikasi sidik jari  menggunakan 30 citra training dan 10 citra testing pada 10 individu sebesar 90%. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan nilai ambang sebesar 0,65 sebagai filter untuk mengenali citra sidik jari.

Abstract

Seiring berjalannya waktu, kebutuhan masyarakat modern akan teknologi dengan  mobilitas yang tinggi semakin meningkat. Khususnya dalam keperluan manajemen finansial. Segala transaksi tidak luput dari peran mesin ATM sebagai pendukung terciptanya peningkatan finansial seseorang atau badan usaha. Maka dari itu, keberadaan mesin ATM sekarang ini sudah menjadi kebutuhan umum masyarakat modern. Sistem pendukung keputusan penempatan lokasi mesin ATM dengan menerapkan metode analytical network process dapat memberikan nilai terhadap lokasi untuk penempatan mesin ATM dimana nilai dengan lokasi yang tertinggilah yang akan dipilih dan mengeluarkan letak posisi tempat tersebut dengan menggunakan GIS. Hasil Penelitian ini menyatakan metode ANP dapat diimplementasikan ke dalam sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan penempatan mesin ATM. Sistem ini dapat memberikan hasil lokasi yang tempat terbaik untuk ATM sehingga memudahkan para petugas dalam memilih lokasi. Kata Kunci : Metode ANP, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dan Penempatan Lokasi Mesin ATM.

Abstract

Nutrition deficiency is one of the problems experienced by most children under five years old in Indonesia. This problem appear because the lack of knowledge from parents about nutrition which needed by their children. Regarding with such problem, the researcher then made a diagnose system which provided the information about nutrition deficiency of the children to the people, in order to prevent any problem of nutrition deficiency per se. The system was an expert system of nutrition deficiency using Naïve Bayes Classifier method. This method was developed from Bayes Theorem, where the value of probability from an object was classified based of specific requirements. Some research showed that Naïve Bayes Classifier was the best among other classification methods, so that the researcher employed this method in the research. In the system, the indication of nutrition deficiency was determined based on antropometri  table including the data about height, weight, and age as well as additional indication to make a  specific result. Then the data of 20 patients were examined using confusion matrix method. The result showed that the system was 90% accurate. Indeed, it proved that the system could be very helpful to make a classification for nutrition deficiency and it could be applied in any of local government clinic and hospital. Abstract

Dhiba bakery is a company that produce various  kinds of breads in large quantities. Today, they use an intuition method and experinence to decide how much bread they will produce. To optimize the amount of production, they need an application to manage marketing to produce bread for the next day. In the calculation process it used two methods, Exponential Smoothing and Mean Squared Error (MSE). Exponential smoothing is used to determine the amount of production for the next day. Meanwhile, Mean Squared Error (MSE) is used to calculate if there was an error. In this aplicatian, the database has four tables which consist of item data, production data, sales data, and forecasting data. Based on the forecast made in Application of  Exponential Smoothing Method in Sales Forecasting to determine bread production quantity. Abstract

Steganografi merupakan ilmu dan seni yang mempelajari cara penyembunyian pesan rahasia ke dalam suatu media sedemikian sehingga manusia tidak dapat menyadari keberadaan pesan tersebut. Pada skripsi ini, dilakukan penelitian mengenai penerapan steganografi dengan metode Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) pada media gambar dan teks sebagai pesan rahasia. Steganografi teks pada gambar dilakukan dengan menyembunyikan pesan rahasia pada hasil dekomposisi DWT level satu pada subband LL. Gambar direkonstruksi melalui proses upsampling dan filtering menggunakan highpass dan lowpass reconstruction filter dari tiap-tiap subband. Berkas citra hasil dari proses steganografi sering disebut sebagai citra stego (stego image). Pada penelitian ini, penilaian kualitas citra stego dilakukan secara objektif, yaitu dengan cara menghitung nilai PSNR (Peak Signal to Noise Ratio). Nilai PSNR ini didapat dengan mengkomparasikan citra asli (cover image) dengan citra stego dengan menghitung nilai MSE (Mean Square Error) terlebih dahulu. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dapat dibuat suatu aplikasisteganografi yang dapat menyisipkan dan mengekstraksi pesan teks pada gambar digital, dengan menggunakan metode DWT. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjaga keamanan pesan teks yang dirahasiakan, serta dapat  melindungi pesan teks yang dirahasiakan terhadap akses dari pihak-pihak yang tidak berhak.

Abstract

The use of robots can be applied in  plant  watering vegetables, fruits and flowers using the greenhouse system. Greenhouse system is not affected by rainfall so that the robot can be used for watering plants that perform settings using time as a command to do the watering. The method used to control a robot that is PID (ProPortional language of abbreviations  - Integral  -  Derivative controller) is a controller to determine the precision of the instrumentation system with the characteristics of their feedback on the proficiency level system. PID control component consists of three types: ProPortional, Integrative and Derivative. All three can be used together or individually depending on the response we wanted to a plant. The working principle of robot watering is done by detecting robot lines as the future path of robotic automation. Line search performed by detecting the light emitted by the LED and read by the sensor Photodioda. To follow the line of the robot are driven by a DC motor which is controlled using PID method, the robot moves automatically using the application of a DC motor. Robot uses sensor readings Photodioda to do watering, after the robot detects an intersection on the path the robot will stop and turn on the water pump to do the watering and if the robot was doing the watering according to what was ordered by the program the robot will toward the place dismissal is to detect fork in the path. Abstract

The development of information technology has developed very rapidly following the age requirements that require speed and accuracy in all aspects of life. Follow developments in terms of hardware, software, and in terms of human resources to operate them. At this time almost all areas of life need information technology and human behavior are used to applying information technology in everyday life. With computers we can perform data processing and data storage. Can then input data, edit data, save, delete, etc., so the data is managed more effectively and efficiently. With rapid advances in technology today, bring an idea or ideas of the writer to try to computerize records Medical Records. The author tries to build an application that will help to simplify  the processing of medical data include patient data, physician data, and drug data, with the aim to make easy in data processing more optimal and effective. The system that will be made is ”Application Information System Based Medical Record SMS Gateway”. This application was made using modeling Unified Modeling Language (UML), gammu tools  to build their SMS  gateway  application, Php  as web programming language and MySQL as data storage. Abstract

The rapidly evolving information technology brings positive and negative impacts to the lives One of the negative impacts is plagiarism. Plagiarism is the act of plagiarizing the work of others and recognize as his own handiwork. Therefore, detection of plagiarism needs to be done to reduce plagiarism against other people's work. This thesis aims to detect text document similarity algorithm using Levenshtein Distance so that it can be used to help determine plagiarism. Type of document to be tested is .docx and .pdf .txt. Stages in the system is preprocessing that consist of Case Folding, tokenizing, Filtering, Stemming, Sorting. After the preprocessing the next step is to do the calculation using the method Levenshtein Distance and penggukuran value of similarity thus getting a percentage value of the similarity between the two documents. In testing using real data ie data documents berplagiat with Levenshtein Distance algorithm produces a high similarity value is above 77% to 100% for the document that a high level of similarity. As for the document with a low degree of similarity or not berplagiat then generate similarity values ​​below 40%.   Keywords— Document, Levenshtein Distance, Preprocessing, Similarity, Plagiarism
