The study of testing the impact of several factors on stock price of hotel industry listed in Indonesia stock exchange is based on an approach to the constant growth of dividend discount model. By using regression analysis, this study provides evidence that stock price is influenced by book value equity per share and return on equity. The other factors of the research model such as return on asset (ROA), debt to equity ratio, stock return, market risk and return on the market index have no impact to the stock price. In general, it’s discovered that all of the factors have weak influence in explaining stock price variation which means that mostly it is determined by other various things

Batam is a very strategic location because it is close to Singapore, so it is the center of the government's attention to devote its thoughts to its economic principles and of course to develop, revive tourism in this strategic sense, where we know tourism has declined drastically since the Corona Virus 2019. This study uses a descriptive type of research, which seeks to describe and analyze the development of Special Economic Zones in Batam after the implementation of the Free Trade Zone. The data analysis technique that has been used is qualitative data analysis techniques. The Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Batam is an investment hope in Indonesia. Pioneering Special Economic Zones have been the reinstatement of free trade and free ports. Facilities and convenience are factors that will attract investors and investors are expected to come to Indonesia, especially Batam, with all applicable permits and related investment activities. Facilities or incentives provided by laws and regulations to investors, such as privileges such as tax holiday treatment for a certain period of time, suspension or exemption from import duties, including taxes, to regions and the public must also be given special attention. The implementation of the SEZ after the implementation of the Free Trade Area on Batam Island has not been carried out properly because the legal certainty of the SEZ has not been ratified into law by the DPR RI, this is what makes investors doubt that the level of legal certainty in Indonesia is very low because of the ease of regulation. issued can change automatically. We hope that in the future we must have strong principles for the sake of our country's economy.

Servants do this because they know that this cooperative is very useful, so the community must take advantage of this cooperative where the benefits of communicating cooperatives to people or associations who still feel inadequate or need proper assistance that are not burdensome.This service is carried out by visiting the destination, which is a method of analysis and solving the problem by providing theoretical guidance, which this time took place on Ngenang Island, Batam in September 2022 and the participants were PKK women and Kopersi managementSince. Ngenang is an island whose village is in Nongsa sub-district, Batam City, Riau Archipelago, Indonesia. The area is 81.47 km², with a density of 18 people/km². There are 4 RTs and 1 RW with the smallest population in the city of Batam in 2022 of 1,473 people, snce 20 years ago, Ngenang Island has been touched by the government, especially the tourism service, but people's understanding is still too low. This cooperative on Ngenang Island has been formed since 2018 but has been neglected, on this island there is already a Joint Business Group (KUB) in the field of fishermen and Batik crafts.

Laporan pengabdian ini menjelaskan kegiatan Pelatihan Peningkatan Kualitas Layanan Pelanggan Restoran RM Sederhana Winsor Batam yang dilaksanakan oleh tim dosen dari Politeknik Pariwisata Batam. Tujuan utama pelatihan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelayanan yang tepat kepada para karyawan. Melalui berbagai kegiatan seperti pelatihan, workshop, dan kunjungan lapangan, karyawan diberi kesempatan untuk memahami aspek-aspek penting dalam pelayanan, termasuk keterampilan komunikasi, etika dalam menghadapi pelanggan, dan tanggung jawab pribadi sebagai bagian dari kepemimpinan diri. Dukungan dari praktisi dan ahli hospitality dalam penyampaian materi juga menjadi faktor penting dalam membentuk pemahaman yang komprehensif bagi para karyawan. Selain pengetahuan teoritis, kegiatan ini juga memberikan pengalaman praktis melalui simulasi langsung. Tujuannya adalah untuk memperkuat pemahaman karyawan dan membantu mereka mengembangkan keterampilan yang diperlukan di tempat kerja. Upaya ini mendorong partisipasi aktif karyawan dalam kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mereka dalam pelayanan. Rekomendasi yang diusulkan termasuk melanjutkan kegiatan serupa di masa mendatang, memperkuat kolaborasi dengan industri terkait, dan melakukan evaluasi berkelanjutan terhadap dampak jangka panjang dari kegiatan ini. Dengan demikian, diharapkan kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat terus berkembang dan memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi karyawan di bidang perhotelan.
