Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of knowing teacher learning strategies for students in the Covid-19 era in class V SD I Wanga. In this researcher, the researcher uses a qualitative descriptive approach, according to Denzin & Lincoln (1994) stating that qualitative research is research that uses a natural setting with the intention of interpreting phenomena that occur and is carried out by involving various existing methods (Anggito & Setiawan, 2018). The method used by the researcher is contextual teaching and learning (CTL). According to Wina Sanjaya Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) is a learning strategy that emphasizes the process of full student involvement to be able to find the material being studied and relate it to real life situations. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it was concluded that the learning applied to the fifth grade students of SD GMIM I Wanga was an online learning series planning using learning approaches and models to achieve learning objectives. The learning approach is done by explaining the material through video. Students who go offline or offline study material from the LKS (student worksheets) that have been brought by each student. The learning method is that the teacher makes a video explaining the material and then sends it to students via WhatsApp. Online time allocation is done every day, while offline is determined independently or independently, and the collection of tasks is in accordance with the agreement of the teacher. The learning media used are photos or videos that are accessed from WhatsApp, then students collect their assignments via google meet and whatsapp. The material comes from student textbooks and worksheets and the material presented is in accordance with basic competencies, then the teacher makes questions as learning evaluations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical data regarding the problems faced by teachers in schools. The type of research used in this research is library research or library research, namely research conducted through collecting data or scientific writings that aim at research objects or data collection that is library in nature, or studies that are carried out to solve a problem that basically rests on on a critical and in-depth review of relevant library materials. The results of the study show that the teacher is a figure who is a role model in all matters, both explicit and implied behavior, so that Counseling Guidance really functions as a guide for students to lead them to be the best. In addition to directing the goals of good students, Counseling is also very helpful for educators who are not diligent enough to be diligent, who experience difficulties in being disciplined, who experience boredom due to work routines will find a way full of benefits and enthusiasm, educators who are less democratic will become democratic which in the end with Counseling Guidance makes it directed in all matters to determine the solution.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to improve student learning outcomes in Civics learning through implementing the Role Playing learning model for fourth grade students at Remboken Catholic Elementary School. The research method was carried out in the form of classroom action research (PTK) which refers to the research design proposed by Kemmis and Mc Taggart, with the stages of planning, action, observation and reflection. The data obtained was analyzed by calculating percentages and average student learning outcomes. Each student is said to have completed learning (individual completeness) if the proportion of correct answers is 70% and a class is said to have completed learning (classical completeness) if in one class there are 85% who have completed their learning. From the two learning cycles that were implemented using the Role Playing learning model in Civics learning, different results were obtained, where in cycle I student learning outcomes reached 60%, in cycle II student learning outcomes achieved good indicators of success, namely reaching 91.33%. Thus, it can be concluded that the Role Playing learning model can improve student learning outcomes in Civics learning in class IV of Remboken Catholic Elementary School.
