Puskesmas is a functional organizational unit that organizes comprehensive, integrated, equitable health efforts that are acceptable and affordable to the community. The function of the puskesmas is to provide health services to the community through the Community Health Efforts (UKM) and Individual Health Efforts (UKP) programs which are at the forefront of providing health services to the community, especially the prevention and treatment of diseases. The disease is divided into 3 types namely infectious diseases or diseases caused by germs that attack the human body. This research will attempt to handle infectious diseases, namely dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF). Dengue fever or dengue fever (abbreviated as DHF) is an infection caused by dengue virus. Mosquitoes or some types of mosquitoes transmit (or spread) dengue virus. Then a computerized analysis using data mining software that supports the flow of data and information in accordance with the needs of handling dengue fever from these processes and the selection of a more suitable method is used that is using K-Means clustering.Keywords : The location determination system, dengue faver, K-Means Clusterring

In the digital age, the use of information technology is felt in almost all areas such as healthcare, banking, culture and education. In the world of education, the application of information technology is indispensable both in teaching and learning activities and in student assessment. In the assessment of exams on campus, exams are generally used in which professors distribute test questions and students answer questions posed by lectures on a piece of paper has been provided. With regular exams, this often causes problems such as lectures being behind in grading report cards because teachers have to correct each student's answer. Exam Information System is a web-based online system that can help provide solutions to problems related to student assessment. In creating web-based test information system using waterfall approach including analysis, design, coding and testing along with entity relationship diagrams in database design. With the existence of a web-based exam information system, teachers can more easily process valuable student data to generate valuable reports more efficiently and effectively more fruitful. Public and Private Schools must always develop to improve the quality of education with professional service to school residents. Information Technology will produce a well-computerized system to support human resources with performance in management tasks. The Student Parent Book information system is the most important thing in education in order to fulfill the need for information for students so that the process of making reports and recording administrative data at SMA Negeri 1 Kelekar can be even better. With the existing system, it will provide menu features that exist in the unit category component or an information and will be obtained as a guide for students, SMA Negeri 1 Kelekar currently uses, manages and stores student data in the Parent Book. Not yet computerized in data processing. Students, there will be a risk that it will be difficult to find information on student data identity and the creation of a student data report that has been recorded in the student main book. The information system at SMA Negeri 1 Kelekar which will build a new system will be very useful, this information system will be designed as a web-based system that is more easily accessible, in order to provide benefits for the school, especially the School Administration Staff so that they can use the information system in accordance with future needs. All the menu features available in this system are to facilitate the process of recording and reporting the student master book, so that it can be accelerated in searching for student data at SMA Negeri 1 Kelekar in using the existing student master book process that is available to run well and smoothly.Keywords : System, Master Book, Web Based, PHP and MySQL

PT Bank Sumsel Babel is one of the most developed regional banks in the archipelago. Bank Sumsel Babel also provides a variety of investment products, such as Depati, Demang, Telepathy, Pesirah Savings (Local Potential Activator), money transfers with Western Union, Debit Cards, export-import transactions, and ATM services. This research aims to help PT. Bank Sumsel Babel in dealing with technical support report problems. The current problem is that technical support reports independently and manually, causing delays and scattered reports. This reporting is the most important thing because the data is used for internal and external audit purposes and seeing the team's performance in solving the many problems that come in are all summarized in a monthly and annual report. Website problem report technical support is the best solution so that there are no delays in reporting and logs of solving problems that have been resolved can also be used by personal teams in solving new problems so that they can save time solving problems and a list of problem positions in open positions can be monitored by managers, administrators and the leader of the file section reports needed in audit requirements can be provided quickly.Keywords: Problem Report, Website, PT Bank Sumsel Babel

Desa Batu Beriga terletak di kecamatan Lubuk Besar. Desa Batu Beriga memiliki penduduk sebanyak 2.281 jiwa dan luas wilayah sebesar 79,19 km2. Berdasarkan RPJMD Kabupaten Bangka Tengah permasalahan di bidang pendidikan pelaksanaan program PAUD, pendidkan dasar (SMP dan SD), dan pendidik yang belum optimal. Belum optimalnya hal tersebut disebabkan oleh mutu pendidikan yang belum merata. PkM yang dilaksanakan berupa pendampingan pengembangan potensi SDM melalui mutu pelayanan pendidikan yang berdaya saing. Program yang dilakukan akan dapat membantu program yang akan dilaksanakan pemerintah Kabupaten Bangka Tengah seperti yang tertuang pada dokumen RPJMD (2021 – 2026), yaitu program pengelolaan pendidikan dan program pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Adapun program yang ditawarkan adalah Pendampingan peningkatan kualitas minat baca bagi penyampaian materi tentang sistem kompetensi guru, penyampaian materi tentang metodologi penelitian, pendampingan penulisan karya ilmiah. Batu Beriga is located in the Lubuk Besar sub-district. Batu Beriga has a population of 2,281 people and an area of 79.19 km2. Based on the RPJMD of Bangka Tengah, problems in the field of education in the implementation of PAUD programs, basic education (junior and elementary schools), and educators are not yet optimal. This is not optimal because the quality of education is not evenly distributed. The PkM that implemented is in the form of assistance in developing human resource potential through quality educational services that are competitive. The program carried out will be able to assist programs that will be implemented by the Central Bangka Regency government as stated in the RPJMD document (2021 – 2026), namely the education management program and the program for educators and education staff. The programs offered are Assistance in improving the quality of reading interest for the delivery of material on teacher competency systems, delivery of material on research methodology, assistance in writing scientific papers.

Hasil observasi pada salah satu sekolah di SMA Pangkalpinang adalah banyak siswa yang mengalami kesulitan parah dalam pembelajaran matematika. Pembelajaran matematika lebih bermakna dan mudah diingat oleh siswa jika konsep yang belum mereka ketahui dapat mereka temukan sendiri. Oleh sebab itu abstraksi reflektif siswa dirasa sangat penting untuk dikembangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan abstraksi reflektif siswa dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran matematika berbantuan augmented reality. Penelitian dilakukan melibatkan siswa kelas X sebanyak 44 orang yang terbagi pada dua kelas. dua kelas yang dilibatkan terdiri dari satu kelas eksperimen dan satu kelas lagi sebagai kelas kontrol masing-masing berjumlah 22 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes yang diberikan saat pretest dan postest. Soal pretest dan postest sudah disesuaikan dengan indikator abtraksi reflektif sehingga dapat dipastikan kredibel dalam pengukuran abstraksi reflektif siswa. Analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat kolmogorov smirnov dan levenenyang sebelumnya dilakukan uji N-Gain terlebih dahulu, lalu dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji U-Mann Whitney. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah, dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran matematika berbantuan augmented reality dapat meningkatkan kemampuan abstraksi reflektif siswa. The result of observations at one of the high schools in Pangkalpinang shows that many students experienced severe difficulties in learning mathematics. Mathematics learning is more meaningful and easy for students to memorize if they are able to find the unknown concepts on their own. Therefore, students' reflective abstraction is considered very important to develop. This study aims to improve students' reflective abstraction by using augmented reality assisted mathematics learning media. The research was conducted involving 44 grade 10 students who were divided into two classes. The two classes involved consist of one experimental class and one control class; each class consists of 22 students. The data collection used is the test technique given during the pretest and posttest. The pretest and posttest questions have been adapted to indicators of reflective abstraction so that it can be ascertained that the questions are credible in measuring student’s reflective abstraction. The data analysis used is the Kolmogorov Smirnov and Levenen prerequisite tests which were previously carried out by the N-Gain test first, then continued with hypothesis testing using the U-Mann Whitney test. The results obtained show that the application of augmented reality mathematics learning media can improve students' reflective abstraction abilities

The application of information technology is now implemented in almost all areas of our life. One of them is in the library where information technology applications can play a role in library book loan transactions. This is also applies to SMAN 1 Koba where the process of borrowing and returning books at SMAN 1 Koba still uses the traditional method, namely by recording in the library ledger. There are many drawbacks to using this traditional system, including inefficiency in terms of reporting and transaction services. To overcome this problem, we propose an Android-based library application that can be used to find out the transaction process in the library with catalog features, warehouses, book returns, maintain master data so that it can help manage the book collection in the library, the book search process uses catalogs, and book reports in the form of graphs. This study uses the Scrum method as a software development method. The programming languages used are java and PHP, and use MYSQL for the database. This study uses the black box testing method with functional test results that are all good.

Seiring dengan perkembangan dunia teknologi, perkembangan dari pelaporan keuangan melalui internet semakin meningkat pula. Hal ini akan menimbulkan dampak yang signifikan karena intensitas penggalian informasi masyarakat saat ini adalah mengandalkan media berbasis internet dikarenakan lebih efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana voluntary disclosure yang diproksikan dengan nonprofit organization index melalui internet financial reporting pada organisasi pengelola zakat di Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 11 organisasi dengan 3 tahun masa observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan internet financial reporting hanya 60,13% yang berarti masih banyak organisasi pengelola zakat yang belum melakukan internet financial reporting. Variable ukuran dan umur organisasi berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan informasi sedangkan variable kinerja dan tipe organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan informasi.

Dalam era digital yang semakin berkembang seperti sekarang ini, chatbot menjadi salah satu inovasi teknologi yang banyak digunakan sebagai media komunikasi dengan pengguna dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk layanan publik. Chatbot memiliki kemampuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan dan memberikan solusi dalam waktu yang lebih cepat dan efisien dibandingkan dengan interaksi manusia ke manusia. chatbot dapat membantu pelayanan publik dengan cepat serta responsive.Metodologi penelitian adalah gagasan ilmiah secara rasional, empiris, dan sistematis yang digunakan untuk melakukan suat kegiatan penelitian. Dalam penelitian rancang bangun chatbot ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus. Studi kasus merupakan pendekatan yang lebih memfokuskan tentang apa yang sedang diteliti yang mana dapat memaksimalkan pemahaman tentang kasus yang sedang ditelitiKebutuhan perangkat lunak merupakan faktor-faktor yang harus dipenuhi untuk merancang sebuah perangkat lunak (aplikasi) sehingga perangkat lunak tersebut sesuai dengan maksud dan tujuan pembuatan. Default Chatbot layanan publik adalah proses awal dimana user pertama kali memulai chatbot atau memberikan sapaan kepada chatbot, lalu ‘bot’ akan memberi respon yang sesuai dengan training phrases.
