Abstract

This study aims to determine the profile of alumni from the Islamic Education Management Study Program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Raden Fatah State Islamic University in Palembang, focusing on their employment status and the alignment of alumni competencies. This research adopts a descriptive research approach with data collection conducted through surveys. The subjects of this study are alumni from the Islamic Education Management Study Program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Raden Fatah State Islamic University in Palembang, who graduated between 2017 and 2019, totaling 30 individuals. The research instrument utilizes a questionnaire consisting of closed and open-ended questions. Data collection is carried out by contacting the alumni, distributing the questionnaires directly and online via Google Forms. The analysis is conducted descriptively using percentage tables. The first job types of the alumni among 30 respondents are as follows: 15 respondents (50%) work in the field of education, 5 respondents (17%) are entrepreneurs, and 10 respondents (33%) work in office administration. The time taken to obtain the first job shows varied responses: less than 1 month for 3 respondents (10%), 1-3 months for 14 respondents (47%), 3-6 months for 8 respondents (26%), more than 6 months for 2 respondents (7%), and more than 1 year for 3 respondents (10%). The first salary amount is distributed as follows: less than Rp 1,000,000 for 9 respondents (30%), between Rp 1,000,000 - Rp 1,500,000 for 6 respondents (20%), between Rp 1,500,000 - Rp 3,000,000 for 10 respondents (33%), and between Rp 3,000,000 - Rp 5,000,000 for 5 respondents (17%). Regarding the alignment of alumni competencies with their first job compared to their expectations during their studies: 3 respondents (10%) felt their competencies were very suitable, 10 respondents (33%) felt they were suitable, 10 respondents (10%) felt they were somewhat suitable, and 3 respondents (10%) felt they were not suitable.

Abstract

This research is titled "Implementation of Student Administrative Services at MAN 2 Palembang." The aim of this study is to analyze how the implementation of student administrative services is carried out at MAN 2 Palembang. This research is a field study, employing a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the research data is ensured through source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of student administrative services at MAN 2 Palembang is well underway. The research findings demonstrate that student administrative services at MAN 2 Palembang are effectively executed, encompassing aspects such as effective guidance in the admission of new students, student discipline regulation, guidance and counseling documentation, as well as student learning progress recording. Effective guidance assists students in understanding the process of new student admission clearly, ensuring their comprehension without difficulty, setting clear objectives, and planning strategies to achieve them. Student discipline regulations ensure discipline and responsibility among students, while guidance and counseling documentation provide appropriate guidance and support. Recording student learning progress serves to provide a comprehensive overview of student development and aid them in their educational journey at MAN 2 Palembang.

Abstract

Maintenance of educational facilities and infrastructure involves managing and organizing these resources to ensure they are always in good condition and ready for use to achieve educational goals. This research aims to investigate the maintenance of classroom facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 5 Satu Atap Pangkalan Lampam. The type of research used is qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data in this research is ensured through time triangulation, technique triangulation, and source triangulation. The results indicate that the maintenance of classroom facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 5 Satu Atap Pangkalan Lampam is quite good. This is evident from the awareness, understanding, organization, implementation, and documentation aspects. Supporting factors include adequate funding and good cooperation between teachers and students in classroom maintenance activities. The inhibiting factors are mainly due to a lack of awareness and understanding among students regarding the maintenance of classroom facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the evaluation of new student admissions through the zoning system is conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Sembawa Banyuasin. The researcher employs a descriptive qualitative approach, using qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion. To ensure data validity, the study uses source triangulation and technique triangulation. The research findings indicate that the evaluation of new student admissions through the zoning system at SMP Negeri 2 Sembawa Banyuasin has been well-implemented. The evaluation shows indicators such as transparency, openness, fairness, and equity. The evaluation of new student admissions through the zoning system has been carried out effectively, adhering to the zoning admission process by ensuring transparency, openness, fairness, and equity for all members of the community wishing to enroll their children at SMP N 2 Sembawa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Nurul Akhlaq Desa Biaro Baru, Kecamatan Karang Dapo, Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus kualitatif yang menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informasi diperoleh dari tata usaha sebagai informan kunci, serta kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa sebagai informan pendukung. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan dapat dilaksanakan lebih efektif dan efisien jika menerapkan; 1) perlunya koordinasi antar bagian yang memberikan pelayanan administrasi, terutama bagian waka kurikulum yang kurang berkoordinasi dengan bagian tata usaha terkait kebutuhan siswa; 2) memaksimalkan komunikasi antar tiap bagian agar pelaksanaan administrasi dapat berjalan efektif; 3) pemberian motivasi dari pimpinan inut dibawahnya agar dapat memaksimalkan pemberian pelayanan; 4) pemberian arahan yang mudah dipahami, baik kepada siswa maupun kepada pemberi layanan. Proses pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan didukung oleh fasilitas administrasi yang memadai serta kerja sama siswa sebagai pemilik kebutuhan. Meskipun terdapat kendala-kendala yang dihadapi yaitu dari siswa yang sebagian besar masih sungkan dan takut untuk mengutarakan kebutuhannya serta keterampilan staff tata usaha dalam memberikan pelayanan.

Abstract

Artikel ini berjudul “Pelaksanaan Administrasi Kepegawaian di SMP Negeri 44 Palembang”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan administrasi kepegawaian di SMP Negeri 44 Palembang, dan untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan administrasi kepegawaian di SMP Negeri 44 palembang. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitain kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 44 Palembang. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, kepala tata usaha, guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan abservasi, wawancara dan dokumntasi, sumber data diperoleh dari informan kunci yakni kepala tata usaha dan informan pendukung yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan administrasi kepegawaian di SMP Negeri 44 Palembang sudah berjalan dengan baik karena hal ini dilihat dari segi waktu yang dilaksanakan lebih efektif dan efisien jika menerapkan, komunikasi antara pemimpin dan karyawan sangat diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan dan Lembaga, koordisi adalah proses mengintegrasikan (memadukan) menyingkronisasikan dan menyedehanakan pelaksanaan tugas yang terpisah-pisah secara terus menerus untuk mencapai tujuan secara efektif dan efisien, motivasi adalah suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh atasan atau pimpinan terhadap bawahnya agar bekerja dengan baik dan semangat melakukan tugas dan tanggung jawab, pengarahan yang baik bukanlah suatu bentuk kedikatatoran. Peran pekerja mengharapkan dapat diberikan informasi-informasi yang diperlukan mengenai jumlah, kualitas dan batas kebiasaan berpengaruh pada semua bentuk pengarahan.
