Abstract

Penyebab kelangkaan komoditi pertanian adalah karena kebijakan lockdown dan PSBB di awal pandemi, serta perilaku punic buying dari konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membandingkan antara kebijakan harga komoditi beras, gula dan kedelai dengan realita harga yang terjadi di tahun pertama pandemi Covid-19.  Data sekunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data harian dan bulanan harga komoditas dari SP2KP Kementerian Perdagangan dan BPS. Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan grafik dan dibandingkan dengan kebijakan harga yang berlaku saat ini pada tiga komoditas tersebut. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan harga untuk komoditi beras, gula dan kedelai di tahun pertama pandemi Covid-19 belum menunjukkan keberpihakan kepada petani. Tingginya harga beras di tingkat ecer tidak berbanding lurus dengan kenaikan harga gabah di tingkat produsen. Harga gula yang fluktuatif dikarenakan periode impor gula bersamaan dengan periode panen tebu. Penghapusan tarif impor kedelai menjadi 0% menjadikan petani domestik bersaing secara face to face di pasar global. The cause of the scarcity of agricultural commodities is due to the lockdown policy and PSBB (large-scale social restrictions) at the beginning of the pandemic Covid-19 and the punic buying behavior from consumers. The research objective was to compare the commodity price policies for rice, sugar, and soybeans with the price realities that occurred in the first year of the Covid-19 pandemic. Secondary data used in this study are daily and monthly data on commodity prices from SP2KP of the Ministry of Trade and BPS. The data is analyzed using charts and compared with the prevailing price policies for these three commodities. The study results show that the price policy for rice, sugar, and soybean commodities in the first year of the Covid-19 pandemic has not shown partiality to farmers. The high price of rice at the retail level is not directly proportional to the increase in grain prices at the producer level. Sugar prices fluctuate because the sugar import period coincides with the sugar cane harvest period. The elimination of import tariffs to 0% allows domestic farmers to compete directly in the global market.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an alternative choice for millennials to pursue it as a main source of income. In the academic environment, entrepreneurship is a subject and a general subject given from elementary school to university level. The output of this course is the interest of students to become entrepreneurs. One of the sub-materials of entrepreneurship is the ability to develop business plans. Business planning is a blueprint for entrepreneurs who have or will run. The approach in business planning that is widely used is the Business Model Canvas. The BMC approach is considered very simple, easy, and complete so that it is able to summarize the business plan in a single sheet of dialog boxes consisting of 9 elements. The purpose of this service activity is to provide counseling and workshops with business planning materials using the BMC approach. Counseling is carried out using lecture and workshop methods with an FGD approach. The results of student service activities become aware of what BMC is and can implement business planning using the BMC approach. Entrepreneurship mentoring activities must continue to be carried out for all circles of society, especially the millennial generation in order to improve the national economy and build the welfare of the community it self.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan bunga rosella dapat dilakukan dengan mengolah bunga rosella menjadi berbagai bentuk sajian makanan dan minuman. Harapannya, selain cara untuk menikmati rosella dalam bentuk yang berbeda juga dalam rangka meningkatkan nilai produk dari olahan bunga rosella. Tujuan pertama pengabdian masyarakat di BPP Purbolinggo untuk memberikan penyuluhan kepada pengurus-pengurus KWT dan Penyuluh di Lingkungan Kerja Kecamatan Purbolinggo yang mengambil tema tentang inovasi pangan dengan memanfaatkan bunga rosella. Tujuan kedua  memberikan pelatihan kegiatan pengolahan rosella menjadi sirup, selai dan puding rosella. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode pendidikan masyarakat dan pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian adalah bertambahnya pengetahuan dan ketertarikan peserta terhadap olahan rosella. Antusiasme yang tinggi juga terlihat saat pelaksanaan praktek membuat sirup, selai dan puding rosella. Peserta juga meminta materi penyuluhan dan benih rosella untuk ditanam di lahan pekarangan rumah masing-masing. Pemateri merekomendasikan peserta untuk memperoleh referensi yang bervariasi tentang pengolahan bahan makanan bernilai gizi tinggi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi.

Abstract

Sugar is one of the national strategic food commodities. National demand for sugar will increase in line with the increase in population, people's income and the growth of the food and beverage processing industry. Palm sugar is sugar made from coconut sap through the process of filtering coconut sap water, heating it and then molding it.The purpose of this study is to determine consumer preferences for palm sugar products and the attributes most preferred by consumers. The method used is survey method. Purposive location etermination. Respondents were determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis using Conjoint Analysis. The results of research on consumer preferences are that they prefer the color of palm sugar to dark brown-black, the taste of sugar is very sweet, the size of palm sugar is large, the packaging of leaves and the price is not too high or expensive.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the potential for developing free-range chicken rearing in Braja Dewa Village is. The research was conducted in Way Jepara District, East Lampung. The research was conducted in Way Jepara District, East Lampung. In this study using a survey method. The number of samples is 20 respondents, the population can be considered homogeneous because it has relatively the same characteristics or traits among one another. The research was conducted April-May 2023. The data obtained for the formulation of alternative strategies, namely qualitative and quantitative data which will be processed and analyzed using the SWOT analysis method to determine both potential and development in free-range chicken farming activities. The results of the study with SWOT analysis are that the potential in the strategy for developing free-range chicken farming run by the people of Braja Dewa Village, Way Jepara District, East Lampung Regency is strongly influenced by external factors, namely the highest opportunity is high market demand for free-range chicken meat. While internal factors, the highest strength is the high selling price of free-range chicken. This means that the internal position of free-range chicken farming business development has a strong position in terms of strengths and weaknesses.

Abstract

Salah satu pembangunan pertanian bertujuan guna meningkatkan produksi hasil pertanian dalam hal pemenuhan kebutuhan akan pangan dan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan yang diterima petani. Terjadinya peningkatan hasil produksi usahatani merupakan indikator keberhasilan suatu usahatani, akan tetapi tingginya produksi hasil pertanian atau suatu komoditas diperoleh per satuan luas lahan belum dapat menjamin tingginya pendapatan kegitan usahatani bayam yang banyak dipengaruhi beberapa faktor seperti harga ditingkat petani dan biaya- biaya produksi lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana keadaan kegiatan usahatani, kelayakan dan titik impas usahatani bayam di Lokasi penelitian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan masyarakat yang bekerja sebagai petani sayuran di Desa Sumber Agung Kecamatan Way Jepara Kabupaten Lampung Timur dan telah melakukan usahatani tanaman bayam. Metode dalam pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara Sampling Jenuh sebanyak 20 orang petani responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keaadaan usahatani bayam di Lokasi penelitian masih bersifat tradisional dan status kepemilikan lahan yaitu sewa, bagi hasil dan milik sendiri serta pola atau system tanam yang belum efektif dan efisien. Rata-rata dalam penggunaan biaya usahatani bayam sebesar Rp 2.530.992,28 dengan rata-rata penerimaan yang diterima sebesar Rp. 9.431.958,26 dan pendapatan rata-rata sebesar Rp. 6.773.833,70. Rata-rata luas lahan petani bayam dilokasi penelitian adalah 3,30 Rante. Hasil perhitungan kelayakan usahatani bayam layak untuk diusahakan dengan R/C Ratio rata-rata sebesar 3,72. Nilai Break Even Point dalam unit sebesar 937,35 ikat dan nilai Break Even Point dalam rupiah sebesar Rp. 312.010.
