Abstract

The title of this study is the Effect of Leader Behavior and Employee Commitment on Employee Work Achievement at Village Aro Health Center, Muara Bulian District. The Effect of Leader Behavior and Employee Commitment is treated as an independent variable and Employee Work Performance is treated as the dependent variable. This study aims to (1) To clarify the description of leader behavior (2) To clarify the picture of employee commitment (3) To clarify the description of employee work performance (4) To analyze the influence of Leader Behavior and Employee Commitment on Work Performance of Village Aro Community Health Center Muara Bulian District . The method used is the survey method. The population as well as samples in this study were 43 respondents. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and analysis involving the determination of the regression coefficient correlation test. The results of this study indicate that (1) Leader behavior variables based on questions the average value of the 5 indicator indicators amounted to 3.48, it can be seen the respondent answered agree. (2) The leader behavior variable based on the question of the average value of the 5 question indicators is 3.34 so that the respondents can answer neutral. (3) Work performance variables based on the questions of the average value of the 5 question indicators amounted to 3.48, so the respondents answered neutral. (4) Leader Behavior and Employee Commitment have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Aro Village Health Center, Muara Bulian District, which is 76.6%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the management of the school operational assistance fund (BOS). This research was conducted at SDN 34./1 Teratai. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Where the focus of this research is to describe / describe the Implementation of BOS SD Fund Management in 34 / I Teratai Public Elementary School, Muara Bulian Subdistrict, Batang Hari Regency, 2017. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that the implementation of the management of BOS funds at SDN 34 / I Teratai has been running as it should in accordance with the Responsibility instructions for the use of BOS funds in 2017 even though the management of BOS funds has been carried out as well as possible but errors and shortcomings are still found even though only a small scope such as misplaced position and tax issues and even then it does not happen again but it is not an intentional element of the BOS funds manager and the problems encountered can still be corrected and resolved properly.

Abstract

The study aims to find out : (1) To determine the condition of the financial performance ot PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero) viewed from short Economics value added, (2) To determine the condition of the financial performance of PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero) seen from market value added, (3) To Analyze the condition of PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero), this type of research is academic research. The analysis tool used in this study uses financial ratios. Based on the results of the above research, it can be seen the condition of the financial performance of PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero) through the EVA approach, which in 2012 amounted to 538.895.600 shows that the condition of financial performance is healthy, in 2013 amounted to 1.446.588.000 indication that the condition of healthy financial performance, in 2014 amounted to – 164.001.000 indication that the condition of financial performance unhealthy, in 2015 amounted to – 1.132.748.100 indication that the condition of financial performance is unhealthy, and in 2016 amounting to – 1.584.975.000indicated that the condition of financial performance is unhealthy. The condition of the financial performace PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero) through the MVA approach, which in 2012 amounted to 4.117,99 shows that the condition of financial performance is good, in 2013 amounting to 4.533,54 indicates that the condition of financial performance is good, in 2014 amounted to 4.135.00 indicatesing that the condition of financial performance was good, at in 2015 amounting to 4.073.94 indicates that the condition of financial performance is good, and in 2016 amounting to 7.210.01 indicates that the condition of financial performance is good.

Abstract

This study entitled "Analysis of Recruitment Process and Selection of Employees at PT. Dua Kelinci Kabupaten Pati ", which aims to find out how the employee recruitment process at PT. Dua Kelinci Kabupaten Pati, to find out how the employee selection process at PT. Dua Kelinci Kabupaten Pati, to analyze the employee recruitment process at PT. Dua Kelinci Kabupaten pati. and to analyze the employee selection process at PT. Dua Kelinci Kabupaten Pati. This research was conducted at PT. Dua Kelinci Kabupaten Pati. Methods of analysis Data processing is carried out by qualitative descriptive analysis method, which is to compare existing theories of relevance to the implementation found in the company. The results of this study indicate that PT. Dua Kelinci Kabupaten Pati conduct two types of recruitment, namely Internal Recruitment (from within the company) and External Recruitment (from outside the company). Selection at PT. Dua Kelinci Kabupaten Pati, there are several stages that must be followed by prospective employee participants, while the stages are Psychological Test, Initial Interview, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), Interview of Directors. Based on the results of qualitative descriptive analysis at PT. Dua Kelinci Kabupaten Pati, shows that the recruitment and selection process for employees at PT. Dua Kelinci Kabupaten Pati have good criteria according to existing theories and procedures.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) to determine the performance of the employees of the Argo Motor Honda Sridadi Dealer. (2) To determine the marketing strategy of Honda Motor at Dealer Argo Honda Sridadi. (3) To analyze the employee's performance on the marketing strategy of Honda motorcycles at the Argoo Honda Sridadi Motorcycle Dealer. Descriptive quantitative and qualitative research methods are data collection methods using interviews, observations and questionnaires with a sample of 35 respondents and data analysis tools using a Likert scale. The results showed descriptively based on the results of the questionnaire, it can be concluded that the performance variable of the Argo Motor Honda Sridadi Dealer employee with a total index of 29.4 and an average index value of 2.94 and is in the scale range of 2.6 < x < 3.4 with the classification of descriptive analysis is Good Enough (CB), meaning that the respondents' responses, namely consumers descriptively agree with the indicators of work quality, work quantity, implementation of duties and responsibilities imposed by the company on all employees. based on the results of the questionnaire on the marketing strategy variable with an index of 30.4 and an average index value of 3.8 and in the range of a scale of 3.4 < x < 4.2 with a descriptive analysis classification of Good (B), meaning that the respondents' responses are descriptively, consumers agree with the marketing strategy carried out by the Argo Motor Honda Sridadi Dealer.

Abstract

To improve employee performance, a human resource management strategy is needed in order to improve the performance of BKPSDMD employees in Batang Hari Regency. This study aims to determine: 1) To find out the strategy of managing human resources at the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDMD) Batang Hari Regency, 2) To determine the performance of employees at the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency ( BKPSDMD) Batang Hari Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results show that the benefits of the human resource management strategy implemented by the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDMD) of Batang Hari Regency can directly provide good results in improving the performance of the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDMD) of Batang Hari Regency.

Abstract
