Abstract

This research is a field research located in the district of Sumbawa Besar which aims to determine the management of market fees to improve public services. The case study of the Sumbawa Brang Seed Market in 2020. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to manage market fees to improve public services in the Sumbawa Seed Brang Market. , the perception of the sword on the management of user fees to improve public services in the Seed Brang market, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors for the results of the market retribution management in improving public services in the Brang Seed market. The data sources of this study used primary and secondary data using 4 informants from the market management office, market head, traders, and buyers. The results of this study indicate that the management of market retribution to improve public services in the bran seed market has not been running optimally. This can be seen from the lack of facilities and infrastructure provided by the management and government and there is no guarantee given to market service users. As for the responsiveness problem, the management and government are quite good at maximizing the existing potential. The traders are quite satisfied with what they have received so far although there is something that needs to be improved. The supporting factors that make public services in the bran seed market quite good are the responsive and friendly attitude of the officers, as well as good awareness from the management and users of market services. while the inhibiting factors are the limited rights and authority of the government management in meeting market needs and the government's lack of attention to market service users.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of land area factors, production costs factor, selling price factors and production quantities factor toward the welfare of onion farmers in Serading Village, Moyo Hilir Sub-District. This study was causal associative research. The data collected was primary data obtained through questionnaires. The populations in this study were onion farmers in Serading Village with the number of population were 76. The technique used to determine sample was refer to Slovin formula. The numbers of sample were 53 samples. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression analysis, t and F statistical tests and the determinant coefficient test (R2). The test was using the SPSS version 16.0 application for windows. The results of this study showed that the land area factor, production cost factor, selling price factor and production quantities factor had positive and significant effect toward the welfare of onion farmers either partially or simultaneously. The ability of the independent variables in affecting the welfare of onion farmers was 95% while the remaining of 5% was affected by other variables which were not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to know the right strategy in the developing SAMOTA tourism area in Sumbawa District. This study was field study and the approach used were mix method namely both qualitative and quantitative method. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The analytical method used was SWOT analysis to know the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Samota tourism area in Sumbawa District. The results of study showed that the Samota had very large potential of natural resources, besides that it was also supported by the designation of SAMOTA as a biosphere reserve by UNESCO, but the Treat of SAMOTA Area were that its development has not been able to be optimized, the less awareness of the societies, and the condition of infrastructure or facilities that were not sufficient.To optimize its development, it is need right strategy namely by increasing promotion by utilizing technology, improving facilities and infrastructure and supporting infrastructure, increasing public awareness, and improving the quality of Human Resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas program kelompok usaha bersama (KUBE) dalam meningkatkan pendapatan petani jagung di Desa Labangka. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori efektivitas dengan empat indikator penilaian, yaitu ketetapan sasaran, sosialisasi program, tujuan program dan pemantauan program. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif yang dikumpulkan dari sumber primer dan sumber sekunder. Sumber primer adalah pengurus program kelompok usaha bersama (KUBE) dan petani jagung anggota kelompok usaha bersama yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sedangkan sumber sekunder adalah Kantor Desa Labangka dan Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian Kecamatan Labangka untuk mendapatkan data berupa dokumen dan arsip terkait objek penelitian. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program kelompok usaha bersama (KUBE) belum efektif dalam meningkatkan pendapatan petani jagung di Desa Labangka. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari keempat indikator yang telah dijelaskan, hanya dua indikator yang bisa dikatakan baik, yaitu pada indikator ketepatan sasaran dan sosialisasi program. Sedangkan dua indikator lainnya, yaitu tujuan program dan pemantauan program belum berjalan secara efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of credit amount toward farmers’ income (case study in Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) of Amanah Berang Rea village, Moyo Hulu sub-district) in year of 2019. The type of study was associative with quantitative approach. The data in this study were primary and secondary. The data collection techniques used were documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression, statistical T test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of study showed that the amount of credit had an influence toward the income of farmers in Berang Rea Village, Moyo Hulu sub-district. This was based on the value of t-test with a t-value of 13.610 and a t-table value at a significant level of 5% of 1.992102, so it can be concluded that the t-value was higher than the t-table (13.610>1.992102). The significance value was 0.00<0.005, which means that there was a significant influence between the amount of credit and farmer income. Based on the results of the determination coefficient test (R2), the R2 value was 0.712, which means that the variable ability of the amount of credit in influencing the variation in changes in the amount of farmer income was 71.2%, while the remaining of 28.8% was influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the financial performance of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Sumbawa District using the principle of value for money, namely economic ratios, efficiency ratios and effectiveness ratios. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data obtained from existing secondary sources and collected using documentation techniques. The data that has been collected was analyzed using value for money analysis techniques which were measured based on economic ratios, efficiency ratios and effectiveness ratios. The results of study showed that the financial performance of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Sumbawa District if viewed from the economic level in fiscal year of 2010-2018 was got fluctuated and was categorized as economic, due to the economic ratio level was of less than 100%. If seen from the level of efficiency in fiscal year of 2010-2018 it was categorized as efficient and inefficient, because the efficiency ratio was less than 100%. If seen from the level of effectiveness in fiscal year of 2010-2018 it was categorized as effective and ineffective because the effectiveness ratio was more than 100% and some were less than 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to know how the influence of regional spending toward economic growth in Sumbawa district during the period of 2012-2018. This study was an associative study with a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this study was secondary data collected through the documentation method. The data collected were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis techniques, t test and the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of study, obtained a simple linear regression equation, namely Y = 55.194 - 4.058 LnX + e, the constant value was 55.194. This constant value states that if the independent variable (regional spending) was equal to zero, then the economic growth in Sumbawa Regency will be 55.194 percent. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination was 0.255 percent. This showed that the realization of regional spending contributed 25.5 percent toward economic growth, while the remaining of 74.5 percent was influenced by variables outside the regression model of this study. Based on the results of research using the t test shows that the results obtained from regional spending with a t-value of -1.308 were lower than the t-table of 2.571, which means that there was no significant or no significant (negative) relationship between regional spending on economic growth in Sumbawa district.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) on customer satisfaction of fishmongers in Kerato Market (Y), either partially or simultaneously. This research is associative research, which aims to analyze the influence or relationship between two or among more variables. The data in this research is quantitative in the form of respondents' responses that are collected by distributing a questionnaire. The respondents in this study were 30 customers in Kerato market who selected by accidental sampling. Data analysis performed multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t- test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F-test) and determination coefficient test (R2). The findings of this study indicate that both product and service quality affect on customer satisfaction of fishmongers in Kerato market, either partially or simultaneously. The t-count of each variable of product quality and service quality are 2,226 and 2,491, which is greater than the t- table at ? = 5%, which is 2,051. While the F-count value of the test result is 17,438, which is greater than the F-table value at ? = 5%, which is 3,35. The ability of the variable product quality and service quality in explaining the variation of changes in the customer satisfaction variable of fishmongers in Kerato market is 42,6% while the rest 57,4% can be explained by other variables outside the scope of this study.

Abstract

One sources of regional revenue that was considered very important and contributed greatly to the region was the Regional Retribution. This study aims to know the contribution of market retribution toward regional retribution of Sumbawa Barat District in 2015-2019. The variables in this study consisted of the independent variable, namely the contribution of market retribution (X) and the dependent variable, namely regional retribution (Y). The population in this study were the number of shop houses, the number of stall, daily tickets and toilet. The sample used was saturated sampling technique, in which all members of the population were used as research samples. Data collection was obtained through literature study and documentation which were analyzed using the contribution equation formula. The results of study showed that the revenue of market retribution in Sumbawa Barat District was fluctuated every year. The fluctuation was caused by decreasing and increasing in revenue from market retribution and decreasing and increasing realization of regional retribution revenue. The contribution of market retribution toward regional retribution in 2015 was of 4,12%, in 2016 was 4,5%, in 2017 it was 2.60%, in 2018 it was 5.62% and in 2019 it was 8.57%.

Abstract

This study aims to know the implementation and factors influenced the implementation of Amanah financing products at syariah pawnshop unit of Seketeng market. Type of this study was descriptive, which is a study that aims to describe a symptom or condition without connecting or comparing with other variables. The data used was qualitative data in the form of informants’ answer related to the object of study obtained through interviews. The informants in this study consisted of key informants, namely the head of the syariah pawnshop unit of seketeng market and the main informants, namely the pawnshop employees or special customers of trust financing product with the number of informants were 5 informants. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques of Miles and Huberman which consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion/verification. The results of study showed that the implementation of amanah financing products at syariah pawnshop unit of Seketeng Market used the ijarah vomitiyah bi tamlik (IMBT) financing system, which is buying and selling activities in the form of service leases that end with transfer of ownership. The pawnshop will sell certain items to customers on credit with a guarantee, the guarantee will remain in the pawnshop during the installment payment process. The problems in implementing it was the ineffective billing process so that the installment payment process by customers did not run optimally. The solution that could be done was by optimizing the process of analyzing prospective customers prior to acceptance.
