Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the Village Government Strategy in developing the tourism sector in Semongkat Hamlet, Klungkung Village, Batulanteh District. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with primary data types obtained from observations and interviews and documentation. The focus of this research is Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat owned by Dusun Semongkat in the field of Tourism. The results of this study explain that Dusun Semongkat has a fairly good strength (Strength) of tourism potential and the government is more focused on building it, weaknesses (Weaknesses) of facilities and infrastructure that are still inadequate and a limited budget, opportunities (Opportunities) Situation, security and comfort of Hamlet Semongkat which is very conducive to the rapid development of mass media and technology as a means of supporting tourism in Semongkat Hamlet, the threat (Threats) of the rapid development and development of tourism outside Semongkat Hamlet as competitors is getting higher. There are several strategies to develop tourism in Semongkat Hamlet, increasing tourism promotion, developing tourism products, developing partnerships, developing through human resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan kemiskinan dalam rumah tangga, yaitu pendidikan, jumlah anggota keluarga dan pendapatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dan sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kepala keluarga penduduk miskin di Desa Baru Tahan sebanyak 599 jiwa atau 162 KK. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 KK dengan teknik purposive random sampling. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software smartPLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan dalam rumah tangga di Desa Baru Tahan; kedua jumlah anggota keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan dalam rumah tangga di Desa Baru Tahan; dan ketiga pendapatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan dalam rumah tangga di Desa Baru Tahan. Hal ini dikarenakan p-value tiap variabel kurang dari 0,05, sehingga Ho diterima. Selain itu, diperoleh juga nilai R sebesar 0,511 atau 51,1% yang berarti bahwa sebesar 51,1% kemiskinan dalam rumah tangga dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan, jumlah anggota keluarga dan pendapatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berujuan untuk mengetahui peran dari UMKM UD. Sumber Alam dalam meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga petani kemiri di Desa Batu Dulang Kecamatan Batu Lanteh Kabupaten Sumbawa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang menggunkan metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian, ini berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Dalam menganalisis data penelitian mengunakan metode deskriptif analisis yaitu data yan diperoleh dijabarkan melalui kata-kata kemudian didefinisikan sehingga dapt memberi ke jelasan. dalam penentuan informan peneliti menggunkan snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian peran Usaha Kecil Menengah dalam meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga petani kemiri, yang dilakukan di UMKM UD. Sumber alam di desa Batu Dulang ini menyimpulkan beberapa poin, yaitu 1) adanya peran UMKM UD. Sumber alam dalam meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga petani kemiri melalui usaha hubungan kemitraan, 2) UMKM UD. Sumber alam berperan dalam meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga petani kemiri di desa Batu Dulang kecamatan Batu Lanteh. Karna dengan adanya UMKM dapat berubah pendapatan petani kemiri, meskipun perubahan pendapatan yang diperoleh belum terlalu banyak akan tetapi hal tersebut merupakan peningkatan ekonomi keluarga, 3)adanya usaha UMKM UD. Sumber alam dalam memotivasi petani kemiri untuk meningkatkan nilai jual biji kemiri yang memiliki ekonomi tinggi, dan 4) adanya peran UMKM UD.sumber alam di desa Batu Dulang dalam menciptakan produk yang menjadi ciri khas desa setempat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the level of education on the number of poor people in West Sumbawa District. The variables in this study are the level of education as the independent variable and the number of poor people as the dependent variable. Data collection is obtained by documentation, observation, and literature study. Data were analyzed by calculating simple linear regression, statistical t test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The education level is divided into 3 levels, namely basic school, middle school and higher school. The results showed that the level of basic school had an effect on the number of poor people by 16.8%, the level of middle school had an effect on the number of poor people by 73.1%, The level of higher school had an effect on the number of poor people in West Sumbawa District by 48.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) on customer satisfaction of fishmongers in Kerato Market (Y), either partially or simultaneously. This research is associative research, which aims to analyze the influence or relationship between two or among more variables. The data in this research is quantitative in the form of respondents' responses that are collected by distributing a questionnaire. The respondents in this study were 30 customers in Kerato market who selected by accidental sampling. Data analysis performed multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t- test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F-test) and determination coefficient test (R2). The findings of this study indicate that both product and service quality affect on customer satisfaction of fishmongers in Kerato market, either partially or simultaneously. The t-count of each variable of product quality and service quality are 2,226 and 2,491, which is greater than the t- table at ? = 5%, which is 2,051. While the F-count value of the test result is 17,438, which is greater than the F-table value at ? = 5%, which is 3,35. The ability of the variable product quality and service quality in explaining the variation of changes in the customer satisfaction variable of fishmongers in Kerato market is 42,6% while the rest 57,4% can be explained by other variables outside the scope of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capacity, capital and collateral toward the rate of return on installments of financing in PD. BPR NTB Sumbawa. The data used in this study was primary data. The numbers of sample were 27. Technique used to determine sample was non-reliability sampling. The methods of analysis in this study were validity test, reliability of the data, data normality test, autocorrelation test. multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and test the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the multiple linear regression test showed that the variable capacity had a positive effect toward the rate of repayment of financing installments with a capacity coefficient of 0.413, the variable capital had a positive effect toward the rate of return on financing installments with a capacity coefficient of 0.533. Collateral variable had a positive effect toward the repayment rate of financing installments with a collateral coefficient of 0.225. The results of the t test of this study indicate that the variable capacity has a significant effect on 0.01<0.05. The variable capacity was significant of 0.01<0.05. Collateral variable was not significant 0.102>0.05. The results of the F test of the Capacity, Capital, and Collateral variables simultaneously had a significant effect toward the repayment rate financing installments in PD. BPR NTB SUMBAWA with a significant level of 0.000<0.05. The coefficient of determination was found in the R square value of 0.792, the independent variable in explaining the dependent variable was 79.2%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the marketing strategy of coffee in Batu Rotok Village, Batu Lanteh Sub-District in 2020. Type of this study was descriptive. Type of data used in this study was qualitative data in the form of informants' answers obtained directly through interviews. The informants of this study were coffee farmers in Batu Rotok Village, Batu Lanteh District. The data that had been collected were analyzed using the SWOT analysis technique. Based on the results of study showed that the internal factors that become strength of the coffee products produced in Batu Rotok Village was superior quality compared to other regional production, but the weakness was that production activities to marketing were still done traditionally. Meanwhile, the external factor that becomes an opportunity for coffee production in Batu Rotok Village was that the demand for coffee was still increase along with the increasing number of coffee connoisseurs, but the threat was that more and more modern companies were emerging which become competitors in marketing the coffee products. The strategy that can be used was to improve the quality and image of products that are well known to the public and expand market reach by utilizing various social media for marketing activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze online bussiness strategies (e-commerce) in increasing consumer buying interest. This research was conducted at the Orin Babok Online Shop. The type of research used is associative research. The data used is quantitative data with primary data sources. Data collection is done by the questionnaire method. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis technique, t test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results showed that the online bussiness strategy (e-commerce) had a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest at the Orin Babok Online Shop. A positive relationship means that if the online marketing strategy (e-commerce) increases, the consumer's buying interest will also increase. This is indicated by the value of the calculated coefficient of tcount which is greater than the value of ttable (18,767 > 2,011). The results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) obtained the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.878. This means that the magnitude of the influence of online bussiness strategy variables (e-commerce) on consumer buying interest at Orin Babok Online Shop is 87.8%, while the remaining 12.2% is caused by other variables beyond the scope of this study, such as product quality, prices, discounts and others.

Abstract

A change in international policy has from the widespread Covid-19 pandemic, which has affected every country worldwide. Restrictions placed on community activities across all industries, of course, have a significant impact on productivity, particularly for actors involved in business, particularly the Small and Medium Industry (IKM) chips in Sambilawang village, located in the Serang district. The shift in customers' purchasing habits was the cause of the slump in product sales. The development of post-pandemic marketing strategies is an absolute necessity if companies are going to be able to compete effectively. In this research, researchers relied on a qualitative approach that was primarily descriptive. Using SWOT analysis, one can consider internal and external factors and choose the best action. These alternative strategies use SWOT and QSPM metrics to determine marketing strategy priorities. The goal is to make businesses more competitive after the pandemic has passed. The objective of the research was to devise a post-pandemic marketing strategy to increase the competitiveness of emping SMEs doing business in Sambilawang Village, located in the Serang Regency. The study's findings should aid SMEs in expanding the distribution of emping products in Sambilawang, a village in Indonesia. The results revealed that the Sambilawang village's Small and Medium Emping Industries located in quadrant V, with an IFAS value of 2.7042, an EFAS value of 2.9441, and an alternative strategy based on the priority of the QSPM matrix value of 4.9626, namely increasing product promotion through digital marketing and digital branding. To broaden the marketing network through the market and collaboration with relevant agencies and local governments, to enhance one's skill set, expand one's access to business capital, and secure additional patents.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of fast and secure credit (KCA) on the income of customers of PT. Moyo Hilir Service Unit Pegadaian. This type of research is associative research to determine the influence or relationship between two or more variables. The variables that will be studied in this study are fast and secure credit Loans (KCA) as the independent variable (free), and Customer Income as the dependent variable (tied). This study uses quantitative data types obtained from primary sources, namely all fast and secure credit (KCA) customers at PT. Pegadaian Service Unit Moyo Hilir January-June 2022 totaling 51 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The data that has been collected is processed with the help of the SPSS program and studied using simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial parameter hypothesis testing (t test), and determination coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that the granting of fast and secure credit (KCA) has a positive and significant effect on the income of PT. Moyo Hilir Service Unit Pegadaian. The variable ability of granting fast safe credit (KCA) in explaining variations in changes in customer income variables of PT. Pegadaian Service Unit of Moyo Hilir is 80.7%, while the remaining 19.3% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.
