Abstract

School-based management is the result of a translation of School Based Management (SBM) is a political approach that aims to redesign school management by giving power to the Principal in an effort to improve school performance which includes teachers, students, principals and increasing community participation. School-based management is a model of education that provides flexibility for schools to develop and implement educational programs in schools according to their needs through empowering existing resources including community participation so that it better reflects efforts to improve the delivery of educational services in a democratic, transparent and accountable manner. in a real way to achieve educational goals that are more efficient and effective without compromising the goals of National Education.

Abstract

Assessment is the process of collecting and processing information to measure the achievement of student learning outcomes. The process is carried out through various assessment techniques, using various instruments, and comes from various sources to be more comprehensive. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which is research that prioritizes data collection or the reality of the problem based on the disclosure of data revealed by informants and written or spoken words from people or observed behavior with actual reality. The results of this study found that the process of obtaining assessments on students there are 2 (two) types of test techniques consisting of, description (essay) and objective tests. In taking assessments on students can be carried out on an ongoing basis to monitor the process of progress, improvement of results in the form of daily tests, midterm tests, semester tests, class promotion tests.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) to know the meaning of social media and learning achievement, 2) Knowing the positive and negative impacts of social media, 3)Benefitssocial media on student achievement 4) Social media relations with learning achievement. The type of research used is qualitative research using the library method, collecting data by considering the results review theses, journals, books and studies relevant to the impact of the media social impact on student learning achievement. The data that the author focuses on is data the impact of social media on student learning achievement. Can be concluded that social media greatly affects learning achievement, the influence is in the form of negative influence good or bad, so the role of parents and teachers at school is needed is expected to help students in improving learning achievement through social media.
